Effects of GA3 and NAA on Fatty Acid Degradation in Germination and Seedling Growth of Cassia obtusifolia L. Seed

[Objectives]To understand the content changes of fatty acid compositions and seedling growths during seed germinations of Cassia obtusifolia L.[Methods]The fatty acid compositions of germinations and seedling growths of *** seeds treated with different concentrations of gibberellin(GA3)and naphthalene acetic acid(NAA)were analyzed using gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS),and the germination rates,root lengths,plant heights and fresh weights of their seedlings were analyzed.[Results]The contents of eicosenoic acid,α-linoleic acid,arachidic acid,eicosadienoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid of *** seeds treated with different concentrations of GA3 and NAA decreased with germination *** were significant differences between the ratios of germinations of *** seeds treated with different concentrations of GA3 and ***3 and NAA of different ratio treatments could promote seedling heights and fresh weights of ***,but increases of seedling heights and fresh weights were *** acid,α-linoleic acid,arachidic acid,eicosadienoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid were remarkably negative correlation with seedling heights and fresh weights.[Conclusions]The fatty acid components of *** seed germination and growth of their seedlings were *** indicated that GA3 and NAA treatments can affect fatty acid metabolism,the germination rates,root lengths,plant heights and fresh weights of *** is intended to provide a theoretical basis and technological reference for standardized cultivated techniques of ***.

[Objectives]To study the protective effects of Manshenkangning Prescription on adenine-induced renal interstitial fibrosis in rats,and explore the possible mechanism.[Methods]Sixty Wistar male rats were divided into normal group,model group,control group(administered with 10 mg/(kg·d)losartan)and high,medium and low dose experimental groups(30,15,7.5 mg/(kg·d)Manshenkangning).The rat models of renal interstitial fibrosis were induced by intragastric administration of adenine(250 mg/(kg·d)).After 2 h,the above drugs were administered intragastrically for 21 consecutive days and the administration time was 30 consecutive *** creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24 h urinary protein(24 h MTP)and glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)were measured by biochemical method;renal histopathological changes were observed by hematoxylin-eosin(HE)*** collagen deposition in rats was observed by Masson staining.[Results]The SCr in model group and the high,medium and low dose experimental groups were(340.00±22.99),(176.80±18.60),(234.75±13.59),(266.11±14.78)μmol/L,and BUN were(23.74±2.51),(14.53±2.25),(18.78±0.88),(18.90±2.14)mmol/L;24 h MTP were(675.86±74.58),(323.81±41.83),(438.84±34.69),(493.76±37.04)mg/d;eGFR were(19.30±2.48),(49.96±10.95),(32.61±10.75),(27.18±5.98)mL/min,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the normal group(all P<0.05).HE staining and Masson staining showed that compared with normal group,the renal interstitial lesions in model group were severe and the renal interstitial collagen material was deposited in a large *** renal interstitial tubule injury was relieved and the renal interstitial collagen deposition was reduced in experimental *** the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.01).[Conclusions]Manshenkangning can significantly protect the kidney against the progress of interstitial fibrosis in *** possible mechanism is to regulate the activity of SIRT1 and inhibit the expression of CO

AIM: To integrally understand the effects of human vascular endothelial cells(VECs) on the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs).METHODS: Various kinds of human VECs of different origins were co-cultured with human aortic smooth muscle cells, a representative of human VSMCs. To exclude the irrelevant effects due to growth competition between VECs and VSMCs, the proliferation of VECs had previously been arrested via a low-dose gamma rayirradiation. To discriminately analyze the proliferation of VSMCs from that of VECs, the former cells were labeled with red fluorescent dye while the latter cells were labeled with green fluorescent dye before performing coculture experiments. After 4 d, total cells were harvested and subjected to flow cytometric analyses. Decrements in red fluorescence intensities due to proliferationmediated dilutions were measured and mathematically processed using a specific software to quantitatively evaluate the proliferation of VSMCs. The findings obtained from the flow cytometry-based analyses were further validated by microscopic observations. RESULTS: Commercially available primary cultured human VECs exclusively promoted VSMC proliferation regardless of their tissue origins and we termed these pro-proliferative VECs as "typeⅠ". By contrast, VECs freshly generated from human bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitors cells or human pluripotent stem cells including embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells suppressed VSMC proliferation and we termed these anti-proliferative VECs as "typeⅡ". Repetitive subcultures as well as oxidative stress induced "type Ⅱ VECs to typeⅠ" conversion along with an induction of regulator of G-protein signaling 5(RGS5)Compatibly, anti-oxidant treatments suppressed both the subculture-dependent "typeⅡ to typeⅠ" conversion and an induction of RGS5 gene. “电子竞技是否属于体育”这一基础性争议伴随了电子竞技诞生、成长和高速发展的全过程。为解除这一概念纷争，可以从两个层面入手：在理论层面上，通过对照电子竞技和体育的构成要素、辨析“身体活动”的程度和表现可知，“竞技”是能够包含“电子竞技”和“体育”的上位概念，即“电子竞技”属于“竞技”的一种，“体育”也属于“竞技”的一种。二者属于大体平行的关系。在实务层面上，从监管主体的角度看，没有任何一个部门的职权能像体育行政部门那样接近于电子竞技，无论电子竞技的归属如何，都只能由体育行政部门主导监管；从法律规制的角度看，体育行政部门至少应当对竞赛规则、赛事举办、赛事参与者等“竞技”事项完善立法，并对体育类法律规范的适用、第三方规则的审查等问题加以明确。
