With the large number of attributes, reduction of its attributes is a crucial step in the clustering analysis of data The main task of the present work is to construct a novel clustering analysis method motivated by the fundamental idea from information system, the computer simulation shows that the reduction of attributes gives a better accuracy of clustering rate.

Knowledge reduction is one of the main problems in rough sets theory. The attribute reduction algorithms of decision table based on discernible matrix are required to construct discernible matrix, which is the core of the algorithms,the process is associated with the intersection of sets and discernibility function computing,in this paper,the system is equipped with a lattice structure,the operations on the decision table are transmitted into lattice operation,in this frame, we pave a way to explore the attribute reduction with lattice approaches.

By using attributes core and indiscernibility relation in rough sets, attributes reduction algorithm is given,expert knowledge system is simplified, the minimal set of effective rules is acquired, and a fuzzy Petri net is built. The Petri net can effectively decrease the complexity of the net structure. The algorithm proposed can be used to fuzzy reasoning by using a fuzzy Petri net,and an example illustrates the efficiency of combining rough sets and fuzzy Petri net.
