reducible or imidazolyl polycations of block poly(imidazole/2-dimethyl aminoethyl) are of promising in gene delivery. Dimeric poly(2-dimethyl aminoethyl) methacrylate-block-polyvinylimidazole (rDPDMAEMAIM) and reducible poly (2-dimethylaminoethyl) methacrylate (rDPDMAEMA) with single disulfide bond in the backbone was synthesized by oxidizing their dithioester-terminated polymers. The polyplexes sizes, rDPDMAEMAIM/pDNA and rDPDMAEMA/ pDNA (plasmid DNA) are in the ranges of 100 nm - 150 nm at the weight ratio of 12:1, and the zeta potential of rDPDMAEMAIM/pDNA from 9.6 mV to 22.7 mV in PBS solutions increases with their weight ratios of 1:1 to 18:1. The results show that the rDPDMAEMAIM/pDNA polyplexes have higher transfection activity and lower cytotoxicity than that of rDPDMAEMAIM/pDNA against 293T cells in vitro in the presence of serum, indicating that the PDMAEMAIM present a promising nonviral gene vector.

This paper investigates the synchronization of directed networks whose coupling matrices are reducible and asymmetrical by pinning-controlled schemes. A strong sufficient condition is obtained to guarantee that the synchronization of the kind of networks can be achieved. For the weakly connected network, a method is presented in detail to solve two challenging fundamental problems arising in pinning control of complex networks: (1) How many nodes should be pinned? (2) How large should the coupling strength be used in a fixed complex network to realize synchronization? Then, we show the answer to the question that why all the diagonal block matrices of Perron-Frobenius normal matrices should be pinned? Besides, we find out the relation between the Perron-Frobenius normal form of coupling matrix and the differences of two synchronization conditions for strongly connected networks and weakly connected ones with linear coupling configuration. Moreover, we propose adaptive feedback algorithms to make the coupling strength as small as possible. Finally, numerical simulations are given to verify our theoretical analysis.

In this paper, Ce_(0.2)Zr_(0.8)O_2 composite supports were prepared by different Ce-addition methods including impregnation of cerium(CeZr-imp), impregnation of citric acid and cerium(CeZr-CA) simultaneously and deposition precipitation method(CeZr-DP), respectively. The as-prepared supports were applied to prepare 10 wt% MoO_3/Ce_(0.2)Zr_(0.8)O_2 catalysts for sulfur-resistant methanation. The N_2 adsorption/desorption,X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman spectroscopy(RS), X-ray photoelectron(XPS), temperature-programmed reduction by hydrogen(H_2-TPR) were undertaken to get textural properties, morphological information and structures of the catalysts. The results showed that Mo O_3 was highly dispersed on the surface of these three supports and Ce was mostly of coexisted in Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+) redox pairs. Compared with Mo/CeZrimp, the CO conversion increased by 10% and 15% for Mo/CeZr-CA and Mo/CeZr-DP, respectively. This was mainly attributed to the larger specific surface area, Ce^(3+) concentration and content of active MoS_2 on the surface of catalysts.

Cancer vaccine contributing to the success of the treatment and prevention of tumors has attracted a huge attention as a strategy for tumor immunotherapy in recent years.A major challenge of cancer vaccine is to target cytosols of dendritic cells(DCs)in the lymph nodes(LNs)to enhance efficiency of antigen cross-presentation,which elicits high levels of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes to destruct tumor ***,we address this issue by conjugating ovalbumin(OVA)to PEG-PCL using disulfide bond(-ss-),and the degradable pH-responsive polymer-PEI-PCL as delivery *** addition,the mol ratio of PEG-PCL to PEI-PCL in the mixed micelles was tailored to deliver the OVA to ***,CpG ODN_(1826),a TLR-9 agonist,was further introduced into a mixed micelle of 30nm or less as a unique tumor ***,the results demonstrated the mixed micelles with 1:1mol of PCL-PEG and PCL-PEI can effectively migrate to distal LNs where antigen were efficiently captured by DCs,meanwhile,OVA was modified to the surface of mixed micelles via disulfide bonds(-ss-)for promotion efficiency of antigen *** surprisingly,combination of tumor vaccine with anti-PD-1,the therapy of ectopic melanoma(B16-OVA)and lung metastasis melanoma(B16-OVA)is excellent therapeutic *** together,our works offers a novel strategy for the cytosol delivery of antigens to achieve potent cancer immunotherapy.

Let A be a real matrix or a sign pattern of order n. N_-(A) denotes the number of negative entries in A. In 1972 R DeMarr and A Steger conjectured: If A is a real matrix of order n such that A~2≤0, then (N_-(A~2)≤)(n-1)~2+1. Now the conjecture is proved to be true when A is reducible or a matrix of order n≤3 and some sufficient conditions for N_-(A~2)≤(n-1)~2+1 are given. It is also proved that N_-(A~2)≤n~2-(4n+)5 when A is a reducible combinatorially symmetric sign pattern such that A~2≤0, and the extreme sign patterns are characterized.

Let Aut. （X） denote the group of homotopy classes of self-homotopy equivalences of X, which induce identity automorphisms of homology group. We describe a decomposition of Aut. （X1 V…VXn） as a product of its simpler subgroups. We consider the subgroup Aut∑（X） of all self homotopy classes α of X such that ∑α=1∑X： ∑X → ∑X, and also give some properties of Aut∑（X）.
