Considering problems existing in current artificial anal sphincter models, an artificial anal sphincter model based on rectal perception function reconstruction is proposed in this paper. Feature of rectal pressure signal was extracted with wavelet packet transform, then Fisher Linear Discriminant Analysis and defecation prediction was conducted with SVM（Support Vector Machine）. The bio-mechanical compatibility of the artificial anal sphincter model was also studied in this paper. The structure of the actuator was designed. For the purpose of testing the bio-mechanical compatibility and the feasibility of the model, finite element analysis was conducted for the contact of the rectum and actuator referring to the bio-mechanical feature of rectum. The simulation results of the pressure cloud chart and the displacement cloud chart show that the pressure in the compression zone is lower than that of the driving pressure threshold value of the normal mesenteric vessels to ensure the normal blood supply of the rectum. The medical mechanism owns good feasibility and bio-mechanical compatibility, which provides an important reference for the solution of the clinical fecal incontinence problems.
