Objective In order to understand the infection of CT in patients with genitourinary tract inflammation in Zhejiang province,and to provide laboratory basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) nucleic acid in genitourinary tract was detected by fluorescent *** Pathogen nucleic acid was extracted from secretion samples by magnetic bead ***-DNA was detected in 13650 suspected urogenital tract infection patients in Zhejiang People’s Hospital from January 1,2017 to December 31,2017 by real-time fluorescent *** 11164 were female and 2486 were male of the 13650 suspected urogenital tract infections.A total of1310 were positive for CT-DNA,with a positive rate of 9.60%(1310/13650).Among 1310 patients with CT infection,1159(10.38%) were female,151(6.07%) were male,and the infection rate of female was higher than that of male.13650 patients with suspected genitourinary tract infection were divided into 6 age groups,namely 60 years *** proportion of each age group was 3.31%(452 cases),38.99%(5322 cases),38.10%(5200 cases),14.12%(1927 cases),4.09%(558 cases)and 1.40%(191 cases),*** The detection rate of CT infection in patients with genitourinary tract inflammation is high,suggesting that clinical attention should be paid to CT detection of this *** addition,the fluorescent pcr method for the detection of CT infections in genitourinary tract has the advantages of rapid,high sensitivity,high specificity,simple and suitable for clinical promotion.

Objective To investigate the suspected patients with genital herpes simplex virus type Ⅱ infection in Zhejiang,in order to provide reference for clinical prevention and *** real-time fluorescene quantitative pcr was used to test herpes simplex virus type Ⅱ nucleic acid of 2230 cases of suspected outpatients with genital herpes from 2008 to 2016 in the Zhejiang Provincial People’ s *** The positive rate of 2230 casas of outpatients with suspected genital herpes including 1554 female cases and 676 male cases was 24.98%(557/223)with HSV-Ⅱ.The positive rate of 26.06% among females(405/1554);male positive rate was 22.49%(152/676),there was no significant difference of the positive detection rate between male and female(P>0.05).Five age groups were age 50 years,the positive detection rate of this Five age groups was 3.05%(17 cases),42.01%(234 cases),29.80%(166 cases),14.72%(82 cases),10.23%(57 cases),*** The detection rate of HSV-Ⅱ in the outpatients with suspected genital herpes infection was high in Zhejiang,which illustrated that clinical diagnosis should pay attention to detect HSV-Ⅱ nucleic acid in outpatients with suspected genital herpes *** was no difference of HSV-Ⅱ infection between male and female,but the highest positive detection rate of HSV-Ⅱ DNA was among 20-50 years ***-time quantitative pcr was compatible for clinical application with its features of fast,high sensitivity,simplicity in detection of HSV-Ⅱ.
