A laser scanning confocal imaging-surface plasmon resonance （LSCI-SPR） instrument integrated with a wavelength-dependent surface plasmon resonance （SPR） sensor and a laser scanning confocal microscopy （LSCM） is built to detect the bonding process of human IgG and fluorescent-labeled affinity purified antibodies in real time. The shifts of resonant wavelength at different reaction time stages are obtained by SPR, corresponding well with the changes of the fluorescence intensity collected by using LSCM. The instrument shows the merits of the combination and complementation of the SPR and LSCM, with such advantages as quantificational analysis, high spatial resolution and real time monitor, which are of great importance for practical applications in biosensor and life science.

Nuclear security usually requires the simultaneous detection of neutrons and gamma *** the development of crystalline materials in recent years,Cs2LiLaBr6(CLLB)dual-readout detectors have attracted extensive attention from researchers,where real-time neutron/gamma pulse discrimination is the critical factor among detector performance *** study investigated the discrimination performance of the charge comparison,amplitude comparison,time comparison,and pulse gradient_(m)ethods and the effects of a Sallen–Key filter on their *** results show that the figure of merit(FOM)of all four methods is improved by proper *** them,the charge comparison method exhibits excellent noise resistance;moreover,it is the most_(s)uitable method of real-time discrimination for CLLB ***,its discrimination performance depends on the parameters t_(s),t_(m),and t_(e).When t_(s)corresponds to the moment at which the pulse is at 10%of its peak value,t_(e)requires a delay of only 640–740 ns compared to t_(s),at which time the potentially optimal FOM of the charge comparison method at 3.1–3.3 MeV is greater than *** FOM obtained using the t_(m)value calculated by a proposed maximized discrimination difference model(MDDM)and the potentially optimal FOM differ by less than 3.9%,indicating that the model can provide good guidance for parameter selection in the charge comparison method.

Existing semantic segmentation networks based on the multi-column structure can hardly satisfy the efficiency and precision requirements simultaneously due to their shallow spatial *** this paper,we propose a new efficient multi-column network termed as LadderNet to address this *** LadderNet includes two branches where the spatial branch generates high-resolution output feature map and the context branch encodes accurate semantic *** particular,we first propose a channel attention fusion block and a global context module to enhance the information encoding ability of the context ***,a new branch fusion method,i.e.,fusing some middle feature maps of the context branch into the spatial branch,is developed to improve the depth of the spatial ***,we design a feature fusing module to enhance the fusion quality of these two branches,leading to a more efficient *** compare our model with other state-of-the-arts on PASCAL VOC 2012 and Cityscapes *** results demonstrate that,compared with other state-of-the-art methods,our LadderNet can achieve average 1.25%mIoU improvement with comparable or less computation.

The Na I:Tl scintillator is an innovative material for dual-gamma-ray and neutron detection with a low ^(6)Li *** achieve real-time n/γ discrimination,a zero-crossing time comparison algorithm based on trapezoidal pulse shaping was *** algorithm can operate efficiently at low sampling rates and was implemented on a single-probe portable digital n/γ discriminator based on a field-programmable gate *** discriminator and Na I:Tl,^(6)Li detector were tested in a neutron-gamma mixed field produced by an ^(241)Am-Be neutron source to evaluate the performance of the *** figure of merits was measured as 2.88 at a sampling rate of 50 MHz,indicating that the discriminator with its embedded algorithm has a promising n/γ discrimination *** discrimination at sampling rates of 40 and 25 MHz demonstrates that the capability of this method is not limited by low sampling rates.

This paper presents the high-order iterative learning control(HILC)in which we use the error from last repetition as well as the error in the current cycle to adjust the command in the next run.A stability theory is developed based on frequency response for high-order iterative learning control(ILC)as a generalization of all lower order ***-stage is used as a test bed to investigate the efficacy of the high-order ILC over the first order ILC in both simulations and *** transfer function of X-axis and Y-axis are derived by system identification method for being a model in *** was successfully done on real *** results show that the final error levels of HILC are well below than the first order ILC in both X- axis and Y-axis.
