Comparison between global phenomenological and microscopic optical potentials for proton as projectile below 100 MeV

For 112 target nuclei （52 elements） with proton as projectile, we calculate the reaction cross sections and elastic scattering angular distributions, as well as the X^2 values for 16 kinds of proton optical model potentials： two sets of phenomenological global optical potentials and the microscopic optical potentials proposed by Shen et al for 14 sets of Skyrme force parameters： GSI-6, SBJS, SKM, SGI-Ⅱ, SKa-b, SCOI-Ⅱ. We find that for obtaining the proton microscopic optical potential based on the nuclear matter approach with Skyrme force, SGI, SKa and SKb are the three sets of optimal Skyrme force parameters.

Radius studies of 8Li and 8B using the optical-limit Glauber model in conjunction with relativistic mean-field theory

We study the reaction cross sections(σR) and root-mean-square(RMS) radii of 8Li and 8B,the halo-like nuclei,with stable target 12C,27Al and 9Be within the standard optical-limit Glauber model,using densities obtained from relativistic mean-field(RMF) formalisms and other types of *** is found that the experimental σR can be reproduced well at high *** RMS radius and △r extracted by RMFtheory and harmonic oscillator distribution are *** find that the RMS radius and △r of 8B are larger than those of *** addition,we analyze in detail the relationship between σR and density distribution.

Capture cross sections of ^(15)N(n,γ)^(16)N at astrophysical energies

We have reanalyzed reaction cross sections of 16N on a 12C target. The nucleon density distribution of 16N, especially surface density distribution, was extracted using the modified Glauber model. On the basis of dilute surface densities, the 15N（n, γ）16N reaction is discussed within the framework of the direct capture reaction mechanism. The calculations agree quite well with the experimental data.
