This paper presented a new method called reaction class isodesmic reaction method（RCIRM）for accurately calculating thermokinetic data of a large number of reactions in a reaction *** method is based on the isodesmic reaction theory framework within the reaction class *** thermokinetic data of a given reaction in a class can be exactly calculated from a relatively low level of electronic structure theory via RCIRM with less computational *** new method was applied to an important hydrogen abstraction reaction class in the combustion of *** for representative reactions from RCIRM and direct ab initio theories reveal that low-level ab initio method BH＆HLYP through RCIRM can reproduce the results from the high-level ab initio ***,the accurately reaction barrier heights and Gibbs free energies of all the target reactions were computed by RCIRM and the corresponding rate constants in a temperature range from 500 to 2000 K also have list off.
