Kalman filter is a powerful tool in target tracking and self-localization across wireless sensor networks with many *** paper considers the filters design for networked systems with combined constraints of bandwidth and random delay,and proposes a kind of universal networked Kalman estimator for given linear time invariant(LTI) or determinate parameters(DP) systems,which are also called linear and determinate parameters(LDP) systems ***,two modeling ways to treat bit quantization error vector are given and the corresponding LDP systems taken after bit quantization are ***,we introduce an equivalent weighted summation form of the conventional linear Kalman filter,which fully uses two essential characteristics,namely offline computation property from the LDP systems and linear weighted summation property from the linear minimum mean square error ***,by adopting the replacement and innovation compensation operations,a kind of integrated networked estimator,involving two estimation algorithms with different modeling ways to bit quantization error actually,is presented based on the weighted summation filter for random delay *** proposed universal networked estimation algorithms have some outstanding advantages such as extensive application,concise algorithm structure,high estimate accuracy,and good running *** examples are demonstrated to validate the proposed networked estimation algorithms.

To establish easily proved conditions under which the random delayed recurrent neural network with Markovian switching is mean-square stability,the evolution of the delay was modeled by a continuous-time homogeneous Markov process with a finite number of *** employing Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals and conducting stochastic analysis,a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach was developed to derive the criteria for mean-square stability,which can be readily checked by some standard numerical packages such as the Matlab LMI Toolbox.A numerical example was exploited to show the usefulness of the derived LMI-based stability conditions.

In this paper,the asymptotical mean-square stability analysis problem is considered for a class of cellular neural networks (CNNs) with random delay. Compared with the previous work,the delay is modeled by a continuous-time homogeneous Markov process with a finite number of states. The main purpose of this paper is to establish easily verifiable conditions under which the random delayed cellular neural network is asymptotic mean-square stability. By using some stochastic analysis techniques and Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional,some conditions are derived to ensure that the cellular neural networks with random delay is asymptotical mean-square stability. A numerical example is exploited to show the vadlidness of the established results.

A fault tolerant synchronization strategy is proposed to synchronize a complex network with random time delays and sensor faults. random time delays over the network transmission are described by using Markov chains. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and stochastic analysis, several passive fault tolerant synchronization criteria are derived,which can be described in the form of linear matrix inequalities. Finally,a numerical simulation example is carried out and the results show the validity of the proposed fault tolerant synchronization controller.

This paper studies the mean-square consensus problem for linear discrete-time multi-agent systems over random delay network. The channel is assumed to be symmetric and identical, and each agent adopts a convex local consensus protocol. Based on the mean-square small gain theorem, the mean-square consensus condition, both sufficient and necessary, for the multi-agent system is proposed, which results in a simultaneous performance problem. Two numerical examples are illustrated to verify the proposed results.
