预处理方法对聚氨酯再生沥青混合料性能的影响

为研究聚氨酯应用于再生沥青混合料(Ram)的可行性,研究了聚氨酯再生沥青混合料(PRA)的强度和路用性能.对Ram进行抽提沥青、普通热拌、热拌+再生剂预处理后,经聚氨酯常温再生得到试件PRA-1、PRA-2和PRA-3;以大孔隙聚氨酯混合料(PPM)和开级配抗滑磨耗层(OGFC)为对照,测试PRA的劈裂强度、孔隙率、抗冻性、马歇尔稳定度和抗剥落性.结果表明:PRA-1的劈裂强度约1.8 MPa,马歇尔稳定度较大,但抗冻和抗剥落性低于OGFC,性能接近PPM;PRA-2受沥青影响,劈裂强度(约1.0 MPa)和马歇尔稳定度略低,抗冻和抗剥落性优于PRA-1,性能接近OGFC;PRA-3受沥青和再生剂影响,强度和稳定度过低,不具有使用意义.因此聚氨酯应用于Ram的可行性与预处理方法密切相关,其中抽提沥青和普通热拌处理方法具有一定应用意义,但不推荐在PRA中掺入再生剂.

Objective:To investigate antioxidant potential of pentoxifylline on spermatozoa of small ruminants including Rams and bucks.Methods:The levels of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)production in Ram and buck spermatozoa incubated with 0(control),4 and 8 mM of pentoxifylline were measured after 45-min incubation.Then,the motility paRameters of Ram and buck spermatozoa incubated with 0(control),1 mM of H2O2,1 mM of H2O2 plus 4 mM of pentoxifylline,and 1 mM of H2O2 plus 8 mM of pentoxifylline were analysed.H2O2 was estimated using a fluorometric assay and spermatozoa motility characteristics were analyzed using computer aided sperm analyzer.Results:Pentoxifylline significantly decreased the levels of H2O2 produced from both Ram and buck spermatozoa(PRameters for the two species significantly decreased after incubation with H2O2(PRam and buck sperm samples,the rapid and static subpopulation motility paRameters were the most affected categories by pentoxifylline addition compared to the medium and slow categories.Conclusions:Pentoxifylline possesses an antioxidant capacity proved by its ability of reducing H2O2 levels as well as by increasing motility values of stressed spermatozoa.Therefore,pentoxifylline could be recommended as antioxidant additive for spermatozoa of small ruminants under stress conditions.

An attempt has been made with overlaying of stain-less steel on mild steel by the technique of friction surfacing. This investigation elaborates the excellence acquired by different combination of the process paRameters used in friction surfacing specifically traverse speed of the cross slide, speed of rotation of the spindle and the uniaxial compressive load. Excellent overlaying has been obtained amongst the chosen materials. To which, the coating can be done with various set of process paRameters. It has been observed that the bond strength of the coating was found to be at a maximum of 502 MPa by Ram tensile test.Based upon this results the surface methodology was characterized with scanning electron microscope.For authenticating the results, the coated specimen was subjected to salt spray test. The bonding microstructure was characterized using optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Corrosion resistance of surfaced coatings was found to be more inferior to that of mechtrode material and greater with the substrate.

Objective:To determine the in-vitro effect of the total alkaloid extract of Peganum(P.)harmala seeds on Ram epididymal sperm.Methods:Semen was divided into six groups according to the following concentrations of the P.harmala total alkaloids:1,5,10,50,and 100μg/mL,and the control group.The samples were incubated at ambient temperature(21℃-24℃)for 24 h,and analyzed in terms of motility,membrane integrity,and oxidative status.Results:The sperm kinematic paRameters,i.***.straight-line velocity,curvilinear velocity,average path velocity,were significantly higher when treated with P.harmala at concentrations ranging from 1 to 10μg/mL compared to the control group(PRam epididymal sperm was concentration-dependent and significantly different compared to the control group(PRam epididymal sperm treated with concentrations 1,5,and 10μg/mL of P.harmala extracts compared to the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Low concentrations(1-10μg/mL)of P.harmala extracts stimulate sperm motility,preserve membrane integrity and protect Ram spermatozoa from lipid peroxidation.

面对前所未有的大流行情况,受影响最大的公司来自航空业。摩洛哥国家航空公司摩洛哥皇家航空公司已决定关闭所有边界,仅经营特殊航班。但是,在此期间收到的有关公司的负面评论数量迅速上升。为了解决这个问题,我们决定制定Ram的数字营销策略,该策略将帮助公司度过危机,并在在线交易和互动日益强大的世界中获得竞争优势。本文首先提出了用于分析和阐述数字营销策略的基础概念和模型,从电子声誉到通过数字营销策略和运营的数字营销组合。为了评估Covid19对航空公司的影响,阐述了两个层次的分析,一方面通过PESTEL和基准进行环境分析,另一方面通过SWOT进行牢固的分析。结果很明显,Covid19改变了航空业的运营方式,维持的关键是在线渠道。为了在这个渠道上取得成功,首先必须彻底分析Ram所面临的挑战,并编写一份满意度调查表来确定客户的行为及其对Covid19后的服务期望。受到不良的电子声誉,被忽视的社交媒体以及在不同在线渠道上的不良客户体验。为了解决这个问题,我们制定了一种以客户为中心的数字营销策略,并考虑了电子声誉管理,品牌内容,展示和移动策略以及客户体验的重要性,并通过KPI采取措施来始终调整数字化运营。许多有价值的结果帮助制定了新的数字营销策略,其中利用了AR和交互式内容等创新手段来利用这一新策略。

Objective:To test the effects of extenders and packaging methods on morphological and functional characteristics of frozen thawed Ossimi Ram semen.Methods:Ram semen was pooled,diluted in 3 different extenders:Tris-egg yolk(TEY),Tris-soybean lecithin(TSBL),and Tris-butylatedhydroxytoluene(TBHT),equilibrated at 5℃for 4 h,and packaged in straws or pellets for freezing.Semen was evaluated for sperm progressive motility,viability,abnormality,and membrane integrity after dilution,equilibration and thawing.The percentages of viable,early apoptotic,apoptotic,and necrotic spermatozoa as well as comet assay paRameters were determined in post-thawed semen.Total antioxidants capacity,malondialdehyde and lactic dehydrogenase were assayed in thawed seminal plasma.Results:After equilibration,only sperm membrane integrity was significantly higher(PRam semen cryopreserved with TEY gives the best physical,morphological and functional characteristics in straws compared with pellets,followed by semen diluted with TSBL.However,semen diluted with TBHT or TSBL,regardless of packaging method,showed the highest impact on antioxidant status of cyopreserved Ram semen.

探讨基于Ram(罗伊适应模式)的护理干预在肺小结节人群全程管理中的应用价值。方法本次研究对象为六安市人民医院体检中心健康体检过程中通过低剂量螺旋CT发现的180例肺小结节患者,采用单纯数字随机分配的方式,分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组采用全程管理模式,观察组采用全程管理模式联合基于Ram的护理干预措施,分析比较两组患者的护理效果。结果通过实验观察,比较两组患者负性心理情绪评分,观察组明显低于对照组(PRam的护理干预措施的应用,可以缓解患者的负性心理情绪,提高患者对于肺结节的认知度、复查依从性及就诊满意度,提高患者肺癌的早期筛查率,具有一定推广价值。

结合CTCS-2级与CTCS-3级列控系统设计和运用经验,铁路总公司提出了CTCS-1级列控系统的研制需求,该系统车载ATP设备将取代LKJ与机车信号对既有线列车的控制.本文以CTCS-1级ATP为主要研究对象,对比分析模块级冗余与系统级冗余方案下CTCS-1级ATP系统可靠性.根据CTCS-1级列控系统总体技术方案,构建模块级冗余与系统级冗余ATP可靠性框图,建立对应增强型贝叶斯网络(BN)模型.借助增强型BN正向推理,求解两种设计方案下ATP可靠性定量指标,评估两种设计方案的优劣.利用增强型BN模型逆向推理,求解列车超速防护(ATP)设备故障下基本单元条件失效概率,查找两种冗余设计方案的潜在薄弱环节.评估结果表明:两种方案下CTCS-1级ATP Ram指标均满足需求规范要求,但采用模块级冗余设计的CTCS-1级ATP Ram指标更优;外围冷备模块条件失效率明显高于其他模块,为CTCS-1级ATP的薄弱环节.

The propagation properties of the surface acoustic waves（SAWs） in a ZnO-SiO2-Si multilayered piezoelectric structure are calculated by using the recursive asymptotic method.The phase velocities and the electromechanical coupling coefficients for the Rayleigh wave and the Love wave in the different ZnO-SiO2-Si structures are calculated and analyzed.The Love mode wave is found to be predominantly generated since the c-axis of the ZnO film is generally perpendicular to the substrate.In order to prove the calculated results,a Love mode SAW device based on the ZnO-SiO2-Si multilayered structure is fabricated by micromachining,and its frequency responses are detected.The experimental results are found to be mainly consistent with the calculated ones,except for the slightly larger velocities induced by the residual stresses produced in the fabrication process of the films.The deviation of the experimental results from the calculated ones is reduced by thermal annealing.
