自我管理学习（SRL：self-regulated learning）能力是信息时代下学生学习的必备能力。自我管理学习认为，学生需通过持续监测学习进程来达到控制学习的效果。学生在监测学习的过程中发现仍需要继续学习的内容，随之调控之后的学习策略和学习计划。在此过程中，准确检测学生对内容的掌握情况至关重要，它直接关系着学生自我管理学习的效果。教育的基础目标是使学生获得持久保留的知识，而不是短暂的记忆。

在远洋船舶运输中,设备失效是导致各类事故的一个重要因素。文中引入RM F技术,将其应用到远洋船队的定量风险评估中,以及时查找并消除设备方面的事故隐患。首先找出潜在的风险事件及相关风险因素,然后运用模糊综合评判方法和事故损失综合评估理论对设备风险事件的模糊概率和损失程度后果进行量化,最后依据风险评价结果对需要控制的风险源给出控制措施。实例分析亦表明,运用RM F技术能对远洋船舶的各类设备及属具实施科学的风险管理。

Based on the equations of state from the relativistic mean field theory without and with the inclusion of strangeness-bearing hyperons, we study the dimensionless spin parameter j = cJ/（GM2） of uniformly rotat- ing neutron stars. It is shown that the maximum value of the spin parameter jmax of a neutron star rotating at the Keplerian frequency fK is .jmax - 0.7 when the star mass M 〉 ***⊙, which is sustained for various versions of equations of state without and with hyperons. The relationship between j and the scaled rotation frequency f /fK is found to be insensitive to the star mass or the adopted equation of state in the models without hyperons. However, the emergence of byperons in neutron stars will lead to an uncertainty of the spin parameter j, which in turn could generate a complexity in the theoretical study of the quasi-periodic oscillations observed in disk-accreting compact-star systems.

With the inclusion of the isovector scalar channel in the meson-nucleon couplings, taking DD-MEδ as an effective interaction, the moments of inertia of neutron stars possessing various stellar masses are studied within the density dependent relativistic mean field(rmf) theory. The isovector scalar channel contributes to the softening of the neutron-star matter equation of state(EOS)and therefore the reduction of the maximum mass and radius of neutron stars. Smaller values of the total moment of inertia I and the crustal moment of inertia ?I are then obtained in DD-MEδ via numerical procedure in comparison with those in other selected rmf functionals. In addition, the involvement of the isovector scalar channel lowers the thickness of the neutron star crust and its mass fraction as well. The sensitivity to both the crustal mass and stellar radius causes the crustal moment of inertia to be more obviously reduced than the total one, eventually leading to a suppression on the fraction of crustal moment of inertia?I/I in DD-MEδ. The results indicate the crustal moment of inertia as a more sensitive probe of the neutron-star matter EOS than the total one, and demonstrate that the isovector scalar meson-nucleon couplings in the rmf theory could exert influence over the physics of pulsar glitches.

The nonlinear isoscalar-isovector terms which are used to simulate the density dependence of the symmetry energy are considered in the relativistic mean field model. The charge density distributions of ^23,24O are investigated by considering the contribution from the isoscalar-isovector couplings. Contrarily to the uncertainty of the neutron radius of ^208Pb, a considerable uncertainty exists for the charge radii of ^23,24O. The data-to-data correlation between the neutron thickness of ^208Pb and that of ^23,24O is enhanced by the inclusion of the pNN tensor coupling. This enhancement is closely related to the structural factor, the 2s1/2 occupation of the out-layer neutrons.

The ground state properties of He isotopes are studied in the nonlinear relativistic mean-field（rmf）theory with force parameters NL-SH and TM2. The modified Glauber model is introduced as a gatekeeper to check the calculations. The investigation shows that the rmf theory provides a good description on the properties of He isotopes. The many-body space information of ^4He ＋ neutrons is obtained reliably. As a product, the calculation gives strong evidence for a neutron halo in ^5He.
