BACKGROUND As a significantly important part of clinical practice,the professional nursing process can be advanced in many *** the fact that case reports are regarded to be of a lower quality grade in the hierarchy of evidence,one of the principles of evidence-based medicine is that decision-making should be based on a systematic summary of ***,the evidence on the reporting characteristics of case reports in the nursing field is *** To use the CARE guidelines to assess reporting quality and factors influencing the quality of case reports in the nursing *** Nursing science citation indexed(SCI-indexed)journals were identified from the professional *** of the identified journals was searched on their website for articles published before December ***-one sub-items on the CARE checklist were recorded as“YES”,“PARTLY”,or“NO”according to information reported by the included *** responses were assigned corresponding scores of 1,0.5,and 0,*** overall score was the sum of the 21 sub-items and was defined as“high”(more than 15),“medium”(10.5 to 14.5),and“low”(less than 10).The means,standard deviations,odds ratios(OR),and the associated 95%confidence interval(CI)were determined using Stata 12.0 *** Ultimately,184 case reports from 16 SCI-indexed journals were identified,with overall scores ranging from 6.5 to 18(mean=13.6±2.3).Of the included case reports,10.3%were regarded low-quality,52.7%were considered middle-quality,and 37%were regarded *** were statistical differences in the mean overall scores of the included case reports with funding versus those without funding(14.2±1.7 vs 13.6±2.4,respectively;P=0.4456)and journal impact factor<1.8 versus impact factor≥1.8(13.3±2.3 vs 13.6±2.4,respectively;P=0.4977).Five items from the CARE guidelines,5a(Patient),6(Clinical findings),8c(Diagnostic reasoning),9(Therapeutic intervention),and 11d(The main take-away lessons)were

This paper introduced ITU-R TG 5/1 task group, as well as the current research situation, especially illustrated some interference scenario. Based on 5G high frequency candidate band, radio communication services and the electromagnetic compatibility analysis work, we studied all recommendations and reports related to candidate sub bands, and then classified three very important sub-bands’ recommendations and reports, which had played a positive role in promoting 5G high-frequency candidate band radio interference coexistence analysis research.

Promoting direct policy communication between policy makers and the public is both an important function of government annual reports (GARs) and a key issue in democratic *** to this survey,conducted in 19 major cities in China,to promote the policy communication function of the GARs the government should make full use of changes in public policy communication habits and the convergence of public policy preferences in different groups while dealing with routine problems such as “public opinion deficits” and “being popular among the institutional staff but unnoticed the non-institutional staff.”

The construction industry in the State of Kuwait has recently witnessed a rapid growth as the volume of construction projects increased significantly over the past decade. Because of the progress and growth of the industry and the size of the projects, the volume of disputes between the parties to the various contracts has increased accordingly. As projects become larger and more complex, their management and control become more difficult, especially in the absence of effective standard systems to for managing project progress and determining the delay, if any. Even the simple issues, as well as the large ones, if neglected and unaddressed in a timely manner, can cause huge problems that concerns to all project parties. Irrespective of addressing and managing construction delays legally, the resulting legal disputes always have other negative effects on the contracting parties. If the parties to the contract have an insight that enables them to forecast and identify the issues that may cause a conflict before it occurs, that eliminates a myriad of problems before they occur, and greatly reduces the chances of further conflict between contracting parties. This paper presents a framework for a novel progress reporting system that can help minimize contract disputes in the state of Kuwait.

Critical discourse analysis(CDA) can help people better understand the subjective view and the hidden ideology in a news discourse. Based on M.A.K. Halliday's theory of transitivity and classification, this essay analyzes 3 reports from The New York Times and finds that despite how news reports may seem objective, every report contains the author's own opinion he/she tries to convince the readers. Special attention needs to be paid when we come across news discourse and we shouldn't let the hidden ideology in the reports manipulate our own viewpoint toward this world.
