For the inefficiency and inaccuracy of appraisal method of traditional estate appraisal theory, the real estate appraisal system based on GIS and BP neural network was established. The structure of the system was designed which includes appraisal model, trade case, GIS database and query analysis module. With the help of the L-M algorithm in MATLAB software, BP neural network was improved and the trade cases were trained, then the BP neural network which has already been trained was tested. At the same time, the BP neural and GIS were put together to construct the hedonic price estimate model. The C# and ArcGIS9.3 were used to achieve the system in VS2008. City basic geographic data and real estate related information were used as the basic data in practice. The results show that the functions of querying, adding and editing the spatial data and attribute data are achieved and also the efficiency and accuracy of real estate are improved, so that the new method of real estate is provided by the system.

Let f, g_1, ···, g_s be polynomials in R[X_1, ···, X_n]. Based on topological properties of generalized critical values, the authors propose a method to compute the global in?mum f~? of f over an arbitrary given real algebraic set V = {x ∈ R^n| g_1(x) = 0, ···, g_s(x) = 0}, where V is not required to be compact or smooth. The authors also generalize this method to solve the problem of optimizing f over a basic closed semi-algebraic set S = {x ∈ R^n| g_1(x) ≥ 0, ···, g_s(x) ≥ 0}.

real time measurement of temperature field can be achieved by colorimetric method using ICCD as sensor. However, due to limited dynamic response range of the ICCD, the measurable range of temperature is very small. In order to expand the temperature measuring range, a device was developed which can take several two color images with different shutoff times subsequently within very short time. First, the principle of real time measurement of temperature field with two color thermal images is introduced. Then theoretical analysis on this method, including determination of various parameters, such as shutoff time, number of temperature range, wavelength of the colors, etc. is described. Experiments were conducted, which proved that theoretical analysis coincides with the experimental results.

A Hybrid Procedure for Finding real Points on a real Algebraic Set

Motivated by the idea of Shen, et al.'s work, which proposed a hybrid procedure for real root isolation of polynomial equations based on homotopy continuation methods and interval analysis,this paper presents a hybrid procedure to compute sample points on each connected component of a real algebraic set by combining a special homotopy method and interval analysis with a better estimate on initial intervals. For a real algebraic set given by a polynomial system, the new method ?rst constructs a square polynomial system which represents the sample points, and then solve this system by a special homotopy continuation method introduced recently by Wang, et al.(2017). For each root returned by the homotopy continuation method, which is a complex approximation of some(complex/real) root of the polynomial system, interval analysis is used to verify whether it is an approximation of a real root and ?nally get real points on the given real algebraic set. A new estimate on initial intervals is presented which helps compute smaller initial intervals before performing interval iteration and thus saves computation. Experiments show that the new method works pretty well on tested examples.

Traffic sign detection is one of the key components in autonomous *** autonomous vehicles armed with high quality sensors capture high definition images for further *** traffic signs,moving vehicles,and lanes is important for localization and decision *** signs,especially those that are far from the camera,are small,and so are challenging to traditional object detection *** this work,in order to reduce computational cost and improve detection performance,we split the large input images into small blocks and then recognize traffic signs in the blocks using another detection ***,this paper proposes a three-stage traffic sign detector,which connects a Block Net with an RPN–RCNN detection *** Net,which is composed of a set of CNN layers,is capable of performing block-level foreground detection,making inferences in less than 1 ***,the RPN–RCNN two-stage detector is used to identify traffic sign objects in each block;it is trained on a derived dataset named TT100 *** show that our framework can achieve both state-of-the-art accuracy and recall;its fastest detection speed is 102 fps.

Digital radiography （DR） and whole-body fluorescent optical imaging （WFOI） have been widely applied in the field of molecular imaging, with the advantages in tissues and functional imaging. The integration of them contributes to the development and discovery of medicine. We introduce an equipment, performance of which is better than that of another molecular imaging system manufactured by Kodak Corp. It can take real-time small animal imaging in vivo, with lower cost and shorter development cycle on the LabVIEW platform. At last, a paradigm experiment on a nude mouse with green fluorescent protein （GFP） transgenic tumor is given to present a real-time DR-WFOI fusion simultaneous image.

Graphics processing unit （GPU） based fast calculation method for computer generated spherical hologram （CGSH） of a real-existing object is proposed. Three-dimensional （3D） point cloud is constructed by capturing a real-existing object from multiple directions using a depth camera. The GPU based calculation is used in both hologram generation part and numerical reconstruction part of the CGSH. The improved calculation efficiency is verified by comparing the computation speed between central processing unit （CPU） based and GPU based imDlementation.
