How do start-ups enhance risk tolerance and core competition through product,technology,and service development?What is the relationship between the core competitiveness of start-ups and r&d investments?Based on the perspective of entrepreneurial ability,222 questionnaires were used to study the factors affecting the risk tolerance of start-ups and analyze the effect of risk tolerance on r&d *** research shows that the interactions of entrepreneur ability and start-up funds have a positive effect on the risk tolerance of start-ups,and the risk tolerance can positively promote r&d investment willingness and intensity for new products,technologies,and ***,r&d investment willingness plays a partial intermediary role between the risk tolerance of start-ups and the intensity of r&d investments.

＜正＞How the absorptive capacity affects a firm’ r＆d investment is analyzed in the paper based on Kamien and Zang’s （2000） stage game model. They show if firms do not form a research joint ventures （under competing）, the maximum symmetric equilibrium r＆d budgets occur at 0＜δ＜5/9 with all spillovers .But in our paper we shows the different equilibrium outcome through the help of software computing under this competing version.

This study delves into the dynamics of green product innovation,artificial intelligence(Al)adaption,and intellectual capital,investigating their impact on the competitiveness of firms in *** emphasizes the crucial role of government intervention and r&d investments in this *** on the responses of 214 top managers in Oman,the research employs structural equation modeling to analyze the intricate relationships between these *** findings underscore a significant positive correlation between green innovation,Al implementation,and intellectual capital,with government involvement and r&d investments as vital *** study provides a novel perspective on the synergy of technology,innovation,and intellectual capital in developing *** offers essential insights for business leaders,policymakers,and scholars,highlighting the necessity of integrating advanced technologies and sustainable practices in business strategies to achieve competitive *** research adds to the existing body of knowledge on innovation and *** offers practical implications for enhancing firm performance in Oman and similar emerging markets.

Absorptive Capacity and Knowledge Flows for Large International Finns： A Survey

The main objective of this paper is that of surveying both theoretic and econometric models exploring the existence of knowledge spillovers and quantifying firm＇s ability to identify, assimilate, and exploit existing information （absorptive capacity）. In so doing, we explore different methodologies through which we may analyze the knowledge transmission： both the production function approach and the knowledge function approach. In order to construct the spillover stocks, different dimensions are considered： geographic and technological.
