Urbanization has led to the rapid development of the construction industry.However,this has also led to higher requirements for the construction engineering management.Other than the quality monitoring of engineering construction,the energy-saving properties of the building should also be considered.Therefore,a scientific management approach should be adopted to improve green building management.This paper primarily examines the importance of quality management in green building construction,along with the factors influencing it.It also identifies the quality issues present in current green building construction.Finally,it proposes measures for quality management in the green building construction process to facilitate the industry’s healthy development.

In the digitalization context,a financial shared services center(FSSC)is designed to engage quality management in providing standardized financial shared services and risk control,completing the fundamental financial work,and offering value-added financial services to customers.The means that all these services are delivered has drawn attention from both theoretical and practical communities.Yet few researches has been conducted so far in this regard.Based on the Grounded Theory research method,this paper looks at the related quality management methods and summarizes findings in financial shared services centers,based on the case study of HX Financial Shared Services Center.This paper also analyzes FSSC definition,FSSC quality management,digitalization applied in FSSC quality management,and FSSC e-quality management development in this digitalization context.This paper can serve as references to counterparts engaging in FSSC quality management and to supplement the prevailing theories on FSSC quality management application.

The assembly process of aerospace products such as satellites and rockets has the characteristics of single-or small-batch production,a long development period,high reliability,and frequent disturbances.How to predict and avoid quality abnormalities,quickly locate their causes,and improve product assembly quality and efficiency are urgent engineering issues.As the core technology to realize the integration of virtual and physical space,digital twin(DT)technology can make full use of the low cost,high efficiency,and predictable advantages of digital space to provide a feasible solution to such problems.Hence,a quality management method for the assembly process of aerospace products based on DT is proposed.Given that traditional quality control methods for the assembly process of aerospace products are mostly post-inspection,the Grey-Markov model and T-K control chart are used with a small sample of assembly quality data to predict the value of quality data and the status of an assembly system.The Apriori algorithm is applied to mine the strong association rules related to quality data anomalies and uncontrolled assembly systems so as to solve the issue that the causes of abnormal quality are complicated and difficult to trace.The implementation of the proposed approach is described,taking the collected centroid data of an aerospace product’s cabin,one of the key quality data in the assembly process of aerospace products,as an example.A DT-based quality management system for the assembly process of aerospace products is developed,which can effectively improve the efficiency of quality management for the assembly process of aerospace products and reduce quality abnormalities.

quality 4.0 is an emerging concept that has been increasingly appreciated because of the intensification of competition,continually changing customer requirements and technological evolution.It deals with aligning quality management practices with the emergent capabilities of Industry 4.0 to improve cost,time,and efficiency and increase product quality.This article aims to comprehensively review extant studies related to quality 4.0 to uncover current research trends,distil key research topics,and identify areas for future research.Thus,46 journal articles extracted from the Scopus database from 2017 to 2022 were collected and reviewed.A descriptive analysis was first performed according to the year-wise publication,sources of publication,and research methods.Then,the selected articles were analyzed and classified according to four research themes:quality 4.0 concept,quality 4.0 implementation,quality management in quality 4.0,and quality 4.0 model and application.By extracting the literature review findings,we identify the quality 4.0 definitions and features,develop the quality curve theory,and highlight future research opportunities.This study supports practitioners,managers,and academicians in effectively recognizing and applying quality 4.0 to enhance customer satisfaction,achieve innovation enterprise efficiency,and increase organizational competitiveness in the era of Industry 4.0.

One of the challenges in anatomic pathology laboratories is to meet the increasing need for pathological diagnosis,using quality management(QM)activities and systems to ensure that patients receive their accurate and timely pathology report.The aim of this paper is to review anatomic pa-thology QM from both management and technical perspectives,including the past,present,and future opportunities.First,the evolution of the QM concept and scope will be discussed.Next,current QM system imple-mentation and laboratory accreditations will be discussed from the man-agement perspective,and common medical errors in anatomic pathology in different testing cycles will be analyzed.Finally,selected future management systems to improve the level of total QM worldwide for patient safety and the potential of informatics to be used as an auxiliary tool in anatomic pathology will be discussed.

Cracking during construction is a common occurrence in modern bridge engineering that can directly impact the overall safety of the bridge.Therefore,it is essential to focus on preventing and controlling cracks.As the construction technology for bridge engineering has evolved,the internal quality of construction has significantly improved.However,the appearance quality remains a crucial factor that reflects the technical expertise of a construction company.Therefore,minimizing cracks and improving the appearance quality of concrete are critical issues that require the attention of construction units,supervision departments,and construction companies.This article will analyze the causes of cracking and suggest corresponding prevention and treatment methods.

In the context of big data, many large-scale knowledge graphs have emerged to effectively organize the explosive growth of web data on the Internet. To select suitable knowledge graphs for use from many knowledge graphs, quality assessment is particularly important. As an important thing of quality assessment, completeness assessment generally refers to the ratio of the current data volume to the total data volume.When evaluating the completeness of a knowledge graph, it is often necessary to refine the completeness dimension by setting different completeness metrics to produce more complete and understandable evaluation results for the knowledge graph.However, lack of awareness of requirements is the most problematic quality issue. In the actual evaluation process, the existing completeness metrics need to consider the actual application. Therefore, to accurately recommend suitable knowledge graphs to many users, it is particularly important to develop relevant measurement metrics and formulate measurement schemes for completeness. In this paper, we will first clarify the concept of completeness, establish each metric of completeness, and finally design a measurement proposal for the completeness of knowledge graphs.

Objective To study the drug quality management of four community pharmacies and provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving the drug management level in Kangping County.Methods Literature research and investigation research were adopted in this paper to analyze the current situation and problems of drug management in four community pharmacies in a town of Kangping County.Results and Conclusion The problems of four community pharmacies in a town of Kangping County are low level of drug quality management,insufficient quality and capability of the practitioners and physician’s illegal act such as some licensed pharmacists paid from the linked pharmacies.There are also problems in facilities and equipment,drug display and storage,and document management,which reflects the lack of local drug supervision.Based on the above problems,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the drug quality management of four community pharmacies in Kangping County.

The safety management of urban railway engineering construction involves many different aspects and a wide scope,playing an important role in guaranteeing the safety of construction projects.management agencies have more stringent requirements on the quality of railway construction.The overall quality of a construction project should meet the construction requirements before the project can be carried out.In this article,the problems in the actual work of the entire life cycle of safety management are explained,and the lessons and experience pertaining to the safety and quality of urban railway construction projects are discussed.The purpose of this paper is to provide references for the management of urban railway construction.
