Analisys of Immunohistochemical prognostic markers in Canine Mammary Cancer and Its Relation to Postsurgical Survival

Background: Several animal models, including dogs, have been useful to compare the pathogenesis of mammary neoplasm in humans, showing biological parallelism in the growth and development of breast cancer. The causes of cancer could be attributed to change in several tumor suppressor genes. The relationship between molecule associated to senescence and clinical prognosis of patients affected by mammary cancer is little known. Beyond a collection of data, the major interest of the present study was to carry out a clinical follow-up of patients affected by these tumors, through association with new molecular markers by immunohistochemical technic. Upon completing the study, 15 patients survived, while 45 died. In the case of malignant neoplasms, 40 patients died because of the illness. The type of surgery most used by veterinarian surgeons was the simple lumpectomy, followed by the regional mastectomy. Sentinel node was removed by surgery only when clearly affected. Result: Markings against steroid hormones were positive. Regarding the markings against HER2 and Ki-67, they were negative in all cases. The markings against P53 and CD31 were all positives. Markings against molecules associated with cellular senescence were all positives. No statistical differences were found in immunomarcation for the different antigens used as clinical prognosis factors in mammary neoplasms. Conclusions: According to the study conditions, the survival of patients affected by breast tumors is directly related to diagnosis and malignancy histological grade, but not to animal breed, number of affected glands or patient reproductive status. On the other hand, immunohistochemical markings were not related to the patient prognosis. For this reason, it is important to highlight the persistance of a high percentage of mammary neoplasm cases clinically diagnosed with poor results on patient survival. Purpose/Background:Tertiary lymphoid structures(TLS) are ectopic lymphoid structures in cancers that are largely associated with favourable prognosis. However, the prognostic value of TLSs in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) is largely unknown, and the association between tumour infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs) and TLSs has been rarely explored in OSCC. In this study, we investigated the clinical significance of TLS in OSCC.

Early diagnosis and prognosis prediction have been the major challenge for gastric cancer *** discover bio-marker candidates for early detection and for prediction of patient survival,we analyzed gene expression profile in 45 advanced gastric cancers and 21 non-cancerous gastric mucosa by Illumia Human-6 Beadchips,each of which contains 47,292 transcripts hybridizing extracted tissue *** patient-matched pairs of cancer and normal tissues were *** samples had detailed clinical records and follow-up information up to 5 years after *** 3678 differential-expressed genes were detected between tumor and normal tissues among which 2088 were up-regulated in ***,964 genes,which are known targets of 189 microRNAs,were expressed in an up-regulated pattern consistently,implying the microRNA genes may either be mutated or down-regulated in cancer *** of candidate microRNA genes is *** the differentially expressed genes,we selected a panel of 43 distinguished ones as the potential tumor diagnosis ***,26 genes appeared to associate with 5-year survival significantly therefore may be further validated as prognosis-related *** attempt to find genes correlating to various clinical or pathological features including lymph node metastasis,tumor size,and depth of invasion,we also identified a series of gene-sets whose differential expressions representing tumor clinical *** together,our results provide multi-sets of potential bio-markers associated with invasion and development of gastric cancer. Objective: The purpose of this study is to screen important biomarkers that affect the prognosis of patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma by bioinformatics analysis technology, and build a new algorithm to establish a prediction model that can identify immune subtypes of patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, to screen and describe the biological characteristics of immunotherapy beneficiaries more ***: Part I Screening of prognostic signaling pathways and construction of immune subtype prediction model for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma based on multi omics1. In this study, the important signal pathway and biological markers that affect the prognosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma were screened by multi-layer histochemical prognosis analysis. The research methods are as follows:(1) The data of HNSCC multi-layer histochemistry(including transcriptional data, gene mutation data, gene copy number change data and gene methylation data)and clinical prognosis data were downloaded. The transcriptional data were TCGA level3 counts, The formula is standardized to TPM data, and the proportion of expression 0 is more than 20%, or the gene with the median value of 0 is deleted, and the gene type is annotated according to Vega standard;the methylation data is annotated with VEP software;the copy number change data is evaluated by gistic2 software according to CNV. All data are normalized and standardized.(2) The signal pathway and biomarkers that affect the prognosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma were screened by MOSClip multi-omics histography.(3) The biological function of cells was annotated by the Reactome database.(4)The clinicopathological parameters, survival status and total survival period of the patients were obtained by retrospective collection of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma patients.(5)The expression of IL2 RG in the tumor tissues of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma was verified by
