C4 components are useful in industry and should be separated as individuals. A new process was proposed to separate them by extractive distillation, with the advantages of low equipment investment, energy consumption and liquid load in the columns. One principle to improve the extractive distillation process was put forward. Moreover, the analysis of operation state of the new process was done. There were eight operation states found for the whole process, but only one operation state was desirable. This work provides a way to effectively separate C4 mixtures and helps the reasonable utilization of C4 resource.

A growing number of international studies have highlighted that ambient air pollution exposures are related to different health outcomes. To do so, researchers need to estimate exposure levels to air pollution throughout everyday life. In the literature, the most commonly used estimate is based on home address only or taking into account, in addition, the work address. However, several studies have shown the importance of daily mobility in the estimate of exposure to air pollutants. In this context, we developed an R procedure that estimates individual exposures combining home addresses, several important places, and itineraries of the principal mobility during a week. It supplies researchers a useful tool to calculate individual daily exposition to air pollutants weighting by the time spent at each of the most frequented locations (work, shopping, residential address, etc.) and while commuting. This task requires the efficient calculation of travel time matrices or the examination of multimodal transport routes. This procedure is freely available from the Equit’Area project website: (https://***). This procedure is structured in three parts: the first part is to create a network, the second allows to estimate main itineraries of the daily mobility and the last one tries to reconstitute the level of air pollution exposure. One main advantage of the tool is that the procedure can be used with different spatial scales and for any air pollutant.

To design a stepping-mode laser blanking process,in this study,CAD software was redeveloped based on VBA and a computer interface was established in the process design system. The program employs the modularization method to perform functions including one-key initialization of the process planning environment,creation and deletion of blanking steps,automatic identification of belt coordinates,recognition of the number of blanking steps in each domain,and the output and import of process data. The difficult problem of recognizing CAD block references with the same name in the automatic acquisition of belt coordinates is solved using the selection sets method,which greatly improves the efficiency of the process design,while also guaranteeing rapid development of the flexible data mold in stepping-mode laser blanking.

The multi-component extraction systems have accurately described by establishing the balance state equations of the system. On the basis of the state equation of cascade-extraction system,bi-component equivalents to multi-component in process design were studied for rare earth extraction *** equivalent mixture extraction ratio in equivalent systems which are set up from two distribution components and the equivalent separation factor from two groups separated components were calculated by formulas.

The Hydroforming Process Design of an Automotive Part

Tube hydroforming （THF） is currently an active area of development in the automotive industry on account of its advantages it offers in comparison to other manufacturing processes. In this paper, four simulations were carried out having the same cross sectional area but different axial feeding and load paths to improve the process design in THF process, in order to help establish the feasibility of the THF processes for specific components and have the potential to reduce the number of forming trials required to standardize the process for production of high quality hydroforming components. In addition, the studies also focus on development of an experiment simulation procedures for the entire hydroforming process. The simulation results focus on the % reduction thickness. It has also focus on the axial feed and load paths which becomes an important and useful method for planning the process design analysis, design of forming process and also planning of the tool. Since they play an important role and also determine accordance of forming limits such as wrinkling, bursting and crushing .The geometry model is analyzed base on different axial load and load paths. The key issues include geometry modeling, materials selection, meshing, boundary conditions, load definition and contact between the tube and the dies. On the base of the simulation, an optimized process parameter combination has obtained and has been verified by the instrument panel frame hydroforming experiment. The works show that: a. The hydroforming of an automotive part requires proper selection of process parameters, i.e. the internal pressure and axial feeds. b. The combination of the internal pressure and axial feeds are crucial to the success of the hydroforming operation. c. This paper presents a process development and design of chlorine dioxide production based on hydrogen peroxide. The process is characterized by cleaner production, high efficiency, and waste minimization. Optimization of process conditions, selection of equipment, and experiment of recycle of waste acid are carried out. The process design is realized in consideration of several aspects such as operation, material, equipment design and safety. An industrialized process flowsheet is developed according to experiment. A pilot testing is carried out to confirm the lab results. process design of chlorine dioxide production based on hydrogen peroxide is realized.

The Mo/HZSM-5 catalyzed,non-oxidative methane dehydroaromatization reaction provides a promising direct approach for production of benzene as well as naphthalene from CH4 resources and therefore its early industrial application is highly desired.A simplified methane dehydroaromatization process that consists of only one reactor unit and two product separation units is presented,and the factors that could significantly affect the process efficiency are quantitatively *** efficiently separating and recycling up to 70vol%unreacted CH4 from the stream out of condensable aromatics separation unit might become the main problem in maximizing the process efficiency,increasing the operating temperature as high as possible of the CH4 converter in the reactor unit and raising the system operation pressure to a level somewhat higher than one atmosphere should help maximize the process *** process-required high reaction temperatures,however,Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst suffers from vary rapid deactivation due to serious coke ***,it becomes necessary to employ a reactor system that enables continuous and simultaneous regeneration of deactivated catalyst so as to maintain the catalytic activity and stability of catalyst over a sufficiently long operation *** years of sustained R&D efforts of the author’s team have led to a few applicable technologies related to preparation of a fluidizable binder-free Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst for use in fluidized bed reactors,regeneration of deactivated Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst using H_(2),and design and operation of a dual-bed circulating fluidized bed reactor system for continuous processing of the Mo/HZSM-5 catalyzed methane dehydroaromatization *** at 1073 K and under a continuous regeneration mode,an in-house developed binder-free 6%Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst has proven to be capable of providing a stable benzene yield of approximately 13%over a cumulative period of 1800 ***,minimizing the cataly
