Feline calicivirus(FCV)was a highly prevalent RNA virus causing upper respiratory tract infections in cats through the mouth and nose around the world,result in the death of cats especially under 1 year old with upper respiratory tract disease(URTD)and virulent systemic disease(FCV-VSD)[1].Infected cats usually presented with mouth ulcers,salivation and gingivitis-stomatitis.Furthermore,both recovered cats and asymptomatic carriers can still carry and spread the FCV virus for extended periods of time,contributing to the potential for outbreak.This presented a significant threat to the health and lives of cats,and rare wildlife and took a heavy financial loss on the pet industry,making the prevention and control of the virus difficult.Hence,rapid identification of FCV in clinical samples was necessary to prevent the spread of FCV and avoid financial loss.

Early diagnosis and treatment of cancer requires the development of tools that are both sensitive and selective in detecting spermine.In this study,we presented a"supramolecular cyclization-induced emission enhancement"strategy for the sensitive and selective detection of spermine.A new pillar[5]arene probe(P1)demonstrated excellent solution/solid dual-state emission properties,and the addition of certain spermine(Spm)resulted in fluorescence enhancement due to the synergy of multiple weak interactions that restricted the free motion of P1 in the P1⊃Spm complex.This mechanism was further confirmed by time-resolved spectroscopy,DFT calculations,and IGM analysis.With its low limit of detection and high selectivity,P1 is a promising tool for measuring spermine in artificial urine samples.

Upper gastrointestinal(GI)hemorrhage presents a substantial clinical challenge.Initial management typically involves resuscitation and endoscopy within 24 h,although the benefit of very early endoscopy(probes,with concerns over tissue injury from monopolar electrocoagulation.Novel methods such as Hemospray and Endoclot show promise in creating mechanical tamponades but have limitations.Currently,the first-line therapy includes thermal probes and hemoclips,with over-the-scope clips emerging for larger ulcer bleeding.The gold probe,combining bipolar electrocoagulation and injection,offers targeted coagulation but has faced device-related issues.Future advancements involve combining techniques and improving endoscopic imaging,with studies exploring combined approaches showing promise.Ongoing research is crucial for developing standardized and effective hemorrhage management strategies.

Macrocycle confinement induced guest near-infrared(NIR)luminescence was research hotspot currently.Here in,we reported a cucurbit[7]uril(CB[7])confined 3,7-bis((E)-2-(pyridin-4-yl)vinyl)-10-Hphenothiazine bridged bis(4-(4-bromophenyl)pyridine)(G),which not only boosted its NIR luminescence but also realized detection of HClO/ClO^(-)in living cells and lysosome imaging.Fluorescence spectroscopy experiments were performed to calculate the detection ability of probe G to HClO/ClO^(-)up to 147 nmol/L.As compared with G,supramolecular probe G■CB[7]formed after encapsulated by CB[7],the detection ability towards HClO/ClO^(-)was improved to 24 nmol/L which was ascribe to the macrocycle CB[7]confinement increasing the fluorescence intensity to 103 folds.Accompanying the excitation wavelength changing,the fluorescence red-shifted to 820 nm when excited by 570 nm light,which was used to NIR lysosome imaging.Meanwhile,the supramolecular assembly G■CB[7]was also successfully used to highly sense to exogenous HClO/ClO^(-)in RAW 264.7 cells and live animal.

Imaging the charge distributions and structures of molecules and clusters will promote the understanding of the dynamics of the quantum system.Here,we report a method by using an Ar atom as a tip to probe the charge distributions of benzene(Bz)cations in gas phase.Remarkably,the measured charge distributions of Bz^(+)(δ_(H)=0.204,δ_(C)=-0.037)and Bz^(2+)(δ_(H)=0.248,δ_(C)=0.0853)agree well with the calculated Mulliken distributions,and the structures of Bz2 is reconstructed by using the measured charge distributions.The structures of two Bz2isomers(T-shaped and PD isomers)can be resolved from the measured inter-molecular potential V(R)between two Bz ions,and the structures of Bz dimer agree well with the theoretical predictions.
