Objective:Since nursing is a performance-based profession,clinical learning environments play an important role in the acquisition of professional abilities and train nursing students to enter the nursing profession and become a registered *** study aimed to investigate the relations among professional identity,wellness,and future hope in nurse ***:A cross-sectional,analytic,descriptive,correlational study design was used to test these relations in the study where 210 nurse interns’students were selected using a convenience sampling from Zagazig University hospitals and Suez Canal University hospitals in *** questionnaires consisted of 4 parts,namely demographic characteristics,professional Identity Scale for Nursing Students(PISNS),Holistic Health and Wellness Survey,and Hope ***:Less than half of the study sample had chosen nursing specialty by own will(43.8%),while slightly more than half of them had a"very good"graduation level,and had no nursing role *** lowest mean professional identity score was for independence in career choice while the highest was for social *** repor ted physical wellness mean-score was the least,while social wellness was the *** identity,wellness,and future hope scores differed significantly based on nurse interns’personal *** were statistically significant,positive,weak-to-moderate correlations among the scores of professional identity,wellness,and future hope;however,the"choice of nursing study by own will"was a statistically significant independent positive predictor of the scores of professional identity,wellness,and future ***:Nurse interns’professional identity,wellness,and future hope were positively ***,nurse interns’wellness was the lowest,and it should be fostered as it was the main predictor for future *** internship programs should be modulated to improve nurse interns’professional identity,par ticularly

According to the fraud"triangle theory",the causes of professional embezzlements committed by executives of China’s state-owned enterprises are mainly from pressure,opportunities and *** them,pressure is a huge psychological burden and desire generated by the combined action of the self-interested value orientation of the economic man and the value-oriented market economy in the pursuit of *** refers mainly to the weak restrain on the asset operation responsibility of the executives,the cultural atmosphere of advocating the status and authority in the enterprises,and the lack of necessary power balance and internal control,all of them are caused by the system defects of the company systems under the public *** mainly have such forms as"kickbacks","borrowed money"and unreasonable design of remuneration and incentive systems,*** effective way to prevent executives of state-owned enterprises from committing professional embezzlement is to select the personnel with excellent conduct and ability as executives,create the corporate culture of honesty and trustworthiness,perfect a variety of mechanisms and systems,urge the effective implementation of the system,and maintain the normal operation of the mechanism.

The impact of Chinese"family"culture is deeply rooted in Chinese family *** kind of culture,which has its origination from the patriarchal relations of Confucian culture,affects the Chinese family business at both positive and negative *** a professional manager,an outsider of the family,joins into the business and tries to help its development with his or her professional skills,the"family"culture may show its negative effects,hindering the role the professional manager should *** is based on such consideration that we try to take the expectancy theory as a starting point and put forward the following suggestions:during the process of introducing professional managers,the private business should take full account of the attitudes and influences of family members into considerations,develop reasonable performance objectives and remuneration package with the professional manager,and achieve the purpose of effectively motivate professional managers to serve the enterprise by safeguarding the psychological contract between them.

One of the foremost tasks in conducting any research in the field of social sciences involves ascertaining a need for such research to be carried *** Analysis (NA)is the primary tool used in recording the perceptions of stakeholders in educational *** present study employed a sequential exploratory strategy to gather the views of 15 Non-Native English Speaking Teachers (NNEST) from the North of *** first aim of the study was to determine the extent to which a need for L2 pragmatics instruction existed in Thailand,an Asian English as a Foreign Language (EFL)***,the study aimed to collect the suggestions of the participants regarding tasks,methods of instruction,and other activities that would enable the delivery of such instruction using in-service professional development workshops in *** data to reach the objectives were collected by employing a semi-structured interview and an online questionnaire. The present paper discusses the qualitative findings,which were determined using content analysis followed by thematic analysis of the *** findings reveal a definite need for L2 pragmatics instruction for Asian NNESTs in ***,the participants indicated a preference for explicit L2 pragmatic *** addition,the participants favored an enhancement of L2 pragmatic strategies in speech acts that would be relevant in academic,and pedagogical contexts in Thailand.

Background: The characteristics of geriatric health services facilities (GHSFs) in Japan include provision of care focused on the life of the residents, and there is a need for cooperation between care workers and physical therapists responsible for the care. Our goal is to create an organizational system that allows nurses to succeed professionally. To do this, we must first discuss the professional behavior of nurses in GHSFs. Objectives: The aim of the present study was to clarify the professional behavior of nurses in GHSFs using a questionnaire survey. Method: We used a descriptive, cross-sectional design. The study was conducted in 1000 GHSFs all over Japan. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The questionnaires consisted of 24 items for determining the professional behavior of nurses, the background information of respondents. The professional behavior of nurses was analyzed using principal factor analysis (Promax rotation). Results: A total of 1189 nurses participated. Of those, 91% (n = 1084) were women, and mean age was 48.2 years. Most participants were staff nurses (n = 791;66%). We extracted 16 items by factor analysis, which were classified into four factors (professional development, autonomy, positive assertiveness to colleagues, and advocating for patient). Conclusion: The professional behaviors as identified in this study are similar to those reported in previous studies of clinical nurses in hospital. However, some subscale results are specific to the characteristics of GHSFs. The ability to understand professional behaviors has significant implications in terms of affirming and identifying sources of quality of care and creating a professional practice environment within GHSFs.

The question of whether the prevalence increase observed in autism due to an actual increase in the incidence of autism is a matter of concern to professional psychologists, and has been a matter of debate. As professionals trained in diagnosis and research methodology, the opinions of psychologists are of interest. We report the results of what we believe to be the first survey of professional opinion on the topic. Results suggest that among professional psychologists with a terminal degree (n = 88), the majority believe that diagnostic changes can not fully account for the observed increase;72% reported either the true rate may have, or definitely has, increased. In this sample, the professionals who are certain about the occurrence of a real increase (n=20) are five times as many as those who do not think the increase has occurred (n=4). These results are not meant to document whether or not an increase has or has not occurred, but instead speak to the question of consensus opinion among professional psychologists. What experts believe is an empirical question, and statements about what experts believe should be empirically based.

The professional stress is a physical and emotional harmful reaction. In fact, it presents a major public health problem in Morocco. Our work is directed to study the differences between the various groups of professional and non-professional drivers in terms of stress reactions, noise nuisance and implication in the production accidents. The present study is transversal descriptive type based on a questionnaire and neuropsychological tests conducted by 60 non-professional drivers and 60 taxi drivers in Kenitra. Two scales evaluated the stress: the Resistance Test of Stress (TRS) and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). According to this last scale, 63.5% of the taxi drivers were considered as stressed. These drivers have the following specific components: mood trouble, sleep trouble, pressure of time, work boredom, stress sensation and tiredness at the end of driving. 65% of drivers take a pause after 5 to 6 hours of work. According to the Test of Resistance at the Stress, the taxi driver’s populations are more homogeneous but are less likely to resist stress compared to their non-professionals counterparts. Indeed to work on the professional stress requires a qualitative and quantitative approach phenomenon allowing a more complete vision. This study sheds new light on the understanding of stress at work by using new measurement and evaluation methods such as TRS, with an aim to reduce or to eliminate the number of road accident.
