Discussion on Relationship Between Meridians and Viscera of Decreased Ovarian Reserve from the Perspective of"preventive treatment of disease"by Acupuncture

Based on extensive historical data,clinical experience,and modern scientific research,we discuss the relationship between meridians and viscera of decreased ovarian reserve(OR)from the perspective of"preventive treatment of disease"by *** is believed that the endogenous protection mechanism of acupuncture in"preventive treatment of disease"lies in harmonizing Yin and Yang and dredging meridians;stimulating righteousness and rejecting the evil outside;preventing disease;co-cultivating body and spirit,and regulating *** incidence ofOR dysfunction is closely related to the uterus-related meridians and *** mechanism of acupuncture treatment of OR dysfunction may be related to reproductive endocrine hormone levels,ovarian tissue morphology,immune system,granulosa cell apoptosis,and related signal transduction *** clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of diminished OR is reflected in improving menstruation and ovulation;improving OR function,promoting pregnancy;improving local ovarian microenvironment;improving negative emotions,improving quality of life,and thus affecting pregnancy *** article summarizes the mechanism of action and clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of decreased OR function based on recent findings,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of acupuncture in the treatment of disease,and provides the rationale for the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of decreased OR function.

Characteristics of 240 randomized controlled trials for adjusting constitution in preventive treatment of disease:A bibliometric analysis

Background:A growing number of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)have explored the significance of adjusting constitution for preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).In this study,we sought to comprehensively analyze the characteristics of these ***:All RCTs related to constitutional adjustment and preventive treatment of disease were included in the *** was screened searching seven databases,including Pubmed,Web of Science,Embase,SinoMed,CNKI,Chongqing VIP,and Wangfang Database,from inception to December *** pertaining to bibliometrics,participants,and interventions were extracted and ***:Two hundred and forty papers were published between 2007 and 2018,involving 240 RCTs with 55977 total *** size in these RCTs ranged from 30 to *** them,59 RCTs addressed disease prevention prior to onset involving 11 healthy states of participants,mainly for general health or sub-health population(40.68%)using health care and non-drug *** control the development of existing disease(n Z 174),59 diseases were *** on the number of RCTs and sample sizes,diseases including type 2 diabetes mellitus,primary hypertension,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,and hyperlipoproteinemia accounted for 51.15%of the total patients *** therapy as an intervention was frequently *** preventing recurrence after recovery(n Z 7),over 4 kinds of health status in participants were *** therapy combined with health care was mostly *** RCTs reported positive outcomes,with only one reporting negative findings(1/240).Conclusion:The number of RCTs of constitutional adjustment on preventive treatment of disease has gradually increased since *** and intervention measures from the above-mentioned types of RCTs exhibit their own *** systematic reviews or meta-analyses on constitutional adjustment for preventive treatment of disease are warranted.

BACKGROUND Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is characterized by hyperandrogenism, hyperinsulinemia, ovarian polycystic changes, and irregular ovulation, often occurring in women of childbearing age for whom it can be a cause of infertility. Hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis dysregulation is important in the pathogenesis of PCOS and the associated chronic excess of sex hormones can lead to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, and malignancies such as endometrial cancer, and breast cancer. At present, most scholars agree that lifestyle interventions in conjunction with drug treatment can help PCOS patients achieve their goals of successful pregnancy and *** To investigate the clinical effect of an online and offline(O2O) preventive health management model on PCOS with kidney deficiency and phlegm *** A total of 82 patients with PCOS of the kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type who were admitted to Beijing Luhe Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from April 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with oral Diane-35 for 3 mo and received preventive O2O medical health management for 6 mo(including eating and living, exercise, drug management). The control group was treated with oral Diane-35 for 3 mo and completed outpatient health education. The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score, acne score, hair score, sex hormone level and clinical effects were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Clinical observation of neck Gongfa exercise intervening people at high risk for cervical spondylosis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of neck Gongfa exercise in intervening people at high risk for cervical ***:A total of 212 participants from 8 companies at high risk for cervical spondylosis were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 105 participants in the control group receiving health education and 107 participants in the trial group receiving an additional neck Gongfa *** successive 3-month interventions,the two groups were compared in terms of cervical soft tissue tension and neck disability index(NDI)*** incidence of cervical spondylosis was observed 3 months ***:During the process,10 cases dropped out in the trial group,and the control group had 9 dropout *** the intervention,the cervical soft tissue tension value and NDI score improved in both groups(P<0.05)and showed significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).At the 3-month follow-up,the trial group had a lower incidence rate of cervical spondylosis than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For people at high risk for cervical spondylosis,neck Gongfa exercise can effectively improve cervical soft tissue tension and motor dysfunction and lower the incidence of cervical spondylosis in the short run.

目的:探讨体重与舌象特征的相关性。方法:以1655名体检者为对象,测量身高和体重,计算体重指数,并进行中医舌诊,拍摄数字舌图。计数资料应用卡方检验或非参数检验,采用二元Logistic回归进行相关性分析。结果:1655名体检者中,体重正常组843人(占50.94%),体重超重/肥胖组724人(占43.74%),体重过低组88人(占5.32%)。与体重正常组比较,体重超重,肥胖组的暗红舌、紫舌、紫暗舌、黄苔、灰黑苔、厚腻苔出现率增高,剥脱/少苔/无苔出现率降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);体重过低组的红/绛舌、红点舌、薄白苔出现率增高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。Logistic回归结果表明,暗红舌、紫舌、紫暗舌、黄苔、灰黑苔、厚腻苔与体重指数呈正相关,淡红舌、红/绛舌、红点舌、薄白苔、白苔与体重指数呈负相关。结论:体重与舌象特征具有一定的相关性。主要体现在舌色方面。体重异常人群中,体重超重/肥胖人群的异常舌色以暗红舌为主;体重过低人群的异常舌色以红/绛舌为主。不同体重人群的舌形均基本正常,舌苔的异常均以黄厚苔为主。舌诊可为体重异常者的中医健康管理和"治未病"提供依据。
