Two groups of hens(control and immunization group)were arranged in an experimental design with an immunization schedule of 3 injections of BSA antigen.IgY antibodies were extracted from egg yolks by two precipitation processes(chloroform and polyethylene glycol precipitates)and quantified using a standard curve of protein concentration.The purification of IgY was confirmed by SDS-PAGE.Total protein extracted from egg yoks were less contaminated with yellow pigments(lutein and zeaxanthin)nd by using chloroform precipitate.The 2 week post-immunization,IgY-1 concentration increased respectively to 3903±726μg.ml(chloroform-1 extraction process)and 2937±294μg.ml(PEG extraction process)(P

Polyether polyurethane was synthesized from modified wheat straw oxygen-alkaline lignin, polyethylene glycol and two different diisocyanates (diphenylemethane-4, 4’-diisocyanate, tolulene diisocyanate) by solution casting method, its properties were investigated. The results show that modified wheat straw oxygen-alkaline lignin can substitute part of polyethylene glycol to react with diisocyanate to synthesize polyurethane. The molar ratio of NCO to OH and modified wheat straw oxygen-alkaline lignin content affect the properties of lignin-based polyether polyurethane respectively. The addition of plasticizer in the polyurethane synthesis process improves the properties of synthesized polyurethane, especially the elasticity of polyurethane. The synthesized polyurethane from modified wheat straw oxygen-alkali lignin can be used as both engineering plastic and hard foam plastic in future.

Firstly,2'-carboxyl-2,4-dihydoxybenzophenone was prepared by the Friedel-Crafts reaction using resorcinol and phthalic anhydride as raw materials, nitrobenzene as solvent in presence of aluminum chloride as catalyst. The synthesis process was optimized. The best experimental condition was that aluminum chloride:resorcinol:phthalic anhydride was 3.5:1.2:1. reaction temperature is 30℃, reaction time is 18 hours. Yield is 73.7%. The chemical structure of the product was confirmed by FT-IR,'H-NMR, UV. The product had broad ultraviolet absorption at about 284nm and 316nm.A new water-soluble ultraviolet absorbers based on polyethylene glycol and 2'-carboxyl-2,4-dihydoxybenzophenone was synthesized. The synthesis process was optimized. The best experimental condition was that DCC/DMAP was the catalyst and n(UV-C)/n(PEG) was 2.4:1. Reaction time is 24 hours at room temperature Conversion rate is 76%. The chemical structures of the product were confirmed by FT-IR,'H-NMR, UV. The product had broad ultraviolet absorption at about 286nm and 317nm.The influence of different molecular weight of polyethylene glycol on the water solubility of the product was studied, The photostability was estimated by percentage of remanet, which was computed by UV absorbance. Investigated the stability of pH and the compound stability of the products with surfactant was investigated. It is concluded that the products have good photostability and good compound stability with surfactant.A new water-soluble ultraviolet absorbers was synthesized with UV-C and amine-terminated polyethylene glycol which was prepared by Gabriel reaction using polyethylene glycol as raw material. The conversion was 78%. The chemical structures of the product were confirmed by FT-IR,1H-NMR, UV. The product had broad ultraviolet absorption at about 284nm.It's solubility and the most solubility in the water was studied. The photostability was estimated by percentage of remanet, which was computed by UV absorbance The stability of pH and the compound stability

苯甲酰甲酯在有机合成中有广泛应用。Hendrickson等报道应用苯甲酰甲基作为酸和酚羟基的保护基团,它在许多条件下很稳定,但又可在较温和的条件下除去。苯甲酰甲酯的经典合成方法是利用羧酸盐与α-溴代苯乙酮反应制得,但此法存在着反应时间长、烃化试剂被水解、产率低、产品不纯等缺点。1974年Durstr报道以冠醚作相转移催化剂的苯甲酰甲酯的合成方法,可获得较好结果,但冠醚有较难制备、价格昂贵、毒性大的缺点。新近报道聚乙二醇可以折迭成螺旋结构(Ⅰ),因此具有类似冠醚的性质,可与金属正离子络合,此络合正离子可与负离子形成离子对而进入有机相中,起到相转移催化作用。

The novel magnetic nano-spheres were prepared using C and polyethylene glycol as ligands.Their morphology,structure and composition were characterized by transmission electron microscope,fourier transform infrared and elementary analysis.The prepared materials presented uniform sphere with size distribution about 200 nm.The magnetic characteristics of magnetic nano-materials were measured by vibrating sample magnetometer.The target products owned a saturation magnetization value of 50 emu g and superparamagnetism.Their adsorption capability was also studied by static tests,and they were applied to enrich benzenesulfonamide from calf serum.The results of tests proved that C-PEG owned better adsorption capability,bio-compatible property and dispersivity in aqueous samples.

New High Performance Polycarboxylate performance more prominent such as: high water reduction,adaptability, cost less, is an important research direction of development in the new century water reducer industry.This paper introduces the research development process polycarboxylate water reducer, promote the use of home and abroad, analyzes the mechanism of polycarboxylate water reducer, and the synthesis of various factors. Simple Discussion Synthesis Polycarboxylate optimal conditions. In this paper, the experiment is divided into two steps to prepare high performance polycarboxylate water reducer,experimental results are as follows.The experimental materials acrylic acid and methoxy polyethylene glycol acrylate, prepared by orthogonal experiment methoxy polyethylene glycol acrylic acid monomer, esterification rate of solids and infrared spectra of the products were determined in general close to 50%.Introduced by the order of the individual components and add the amount of analyte in the experiment, the researchers in the various processes that monomer addition ratio of n [AA]: n [MPEGA]:n [SAS]: n [AM] = 3.75: 1.00 : 2.5: 3.75 when the AA mixed, MPEGA solution was mixed dropwise a mixture of acrylic acid and allyl sulfonate, the synthesized polycarboxylate superplasticizer plasticity and dispersion is the strongest.

目的建立类鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌(Burkholderia pseudomallei,B.pseudomallei,BP for short)感染人急性单核白血病细胞THP-1的细胞模型,探讨聚乙二醇3350(PEG 3350)促进细胞融合对细菌侵入细胞及胞内生存的影响,对比类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌与其减毒株(Burkholderia thailandensis,B.thailandensis,BT for short)的感染特性,为进一步阐明类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌感染机制奠定基础。方法通过绘制细菌生长曲线,探讨类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌及其减毒株的增殖规律;通过投射电镜观察细菌胞内感染状态和宿主细胞的超微病理变化;分析不同时相的细菌入胞率和胞内生存状态探讨细菌与宿主细胞的相互作用;通过检测受感染细胞培养液的上清和病人血清中的细胞因子,评价宿主细胞的反应性和PEG对于细菌侵入细胞及胞内生存的影响,以及对比细胞受类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌与其减毒株感染后的炎症反应性,从而评价该模型的稳定性。结果确定了B.pseudomallei和B.thailandensis的生长规律和感染时相特征及超微病理损伤。炎症因子测定中,两种细菌感染细胞后分泌的TNF-α出现感染中期的高峰,受BP感染的细胞的IL-6分泌则呈双峰改变,受BT感染的细胞IL-6的分泌和PEG对细胞分泌炎症因子的影响更为复杂。同时,病人血清中细胞因子的检测则没有出现显示出一定的规律,与其临床转归关系也不明确。结论本试验成功构建类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌感染THP-1细胞的模型,初步探讨了类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌感染宿主细胞机制,为进一步研究该病原菌与宿主细胞的相互作用提供了前提条件。

In this study,a series of novel polymeric SSPCM were successfully synthesized using polyethylene glycol（PEG） as the phase change ingredient,MDI as the cross-linking agent and graphene oxide（GO） as the skeleton material.TEM and SEM images reveal that the novel SSPCMs possess a regular lamellar structure consisted by the graphene nanosheets and PEG were homogeneously intercalated into the sheets through self-assembly of functional groups.DSC curves indicate that the synthesized SSPCMs possess high phase change enthalpies which are almost equal to those of pure PEG.Furthermore,the phase-change temperatures and latent heats of the SSPCMs have little change after 100 thermal cycles,displaying a good thermal cycling stability.Moreover,both PXRD and in-suit XRD further confirm that the SSPCMs maintain the same crystal structure with pure PEG which ensures the SSPCMs with good phase change behaviors.Thermal conductivity confirms that the highly thermal conductive graphene sheets effectively enhance the thermal conductivity of the SSPCMs and supply them with a fast thermal-responsive rate.In a word,the prepared SSPCMs with high phase change latent heat have great potential applications in thermal energy storage.
