Simple planar structure Hydrogen Gas Sensor Device with Large Response

Hydrogen gas sensor device with simple planar structure based on p^+ silicon substrate with n-type epi-layer was fabricated only by using a lift-off technique of an evaporated metal *** device consists of Ohmic source and drain electrodes and platinum Schottky gate *** sensor device has a little similar property as ***-voltage characteristics between the source and drain of the device are sensitive to hydrogen *** voltage difference between in hydrogen ambient and oxygen ambient is about 2.3 volts for a constant current of 0.9 *** device can detect 0.4% hydrogen gas in *** on oxidation reaction of hydrogen on the surface of the platinum gate,hydrogen sensitivity of the device changes by the coexisting oxygen *** flow in the buried channel formed between the gate electrode and the p^+n *** was confirmed that the gate bias influences the *** current-voltage property changes also depending on the wiring method.

Electromagnetic Modeling of a planar structure Integrating a Via-Hole Using the Method FWCIP

We present in this paper a new formulation of the iterative method FWCIP “Fast Wave Concept Iterative Process” based on the wave concept. It calculates the electromagnetic parameters of a planar structure including a via-hole. This is modelled by the electromagnetic field that it creates in the structure. The validation of results found by this new formulation is ensured by comparison with those obtained by HFSS “high frequency structural simulator” software from Ansoft. They show that they are in good agreement.

Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have emerged as one of the most promising candidates for photovoltaic applications. Low-cost, low-temperature solution processes including coating and printing techniques makes PSCs promising for the greatly potential commercialization due to the scalability and compatibility with large-scale, roll-to-roll manufacturing processes. In this review, we focus on the solution deposition of charge transport layers and perovskite absorption layer in both mesoporous and planar structural PSC devices. Furthermore, the most recent design strategies via solution deposition are presented as well, which have been explored to enlarge the active area, enhance the crystallization and passivate the defects, leading to the performance improvement of PSC devices.

Modeling of Radiating Aperture Using the Iterative Method

We are interested in this work to electromagnetic leakage, for example the door of the microwave oven (or shielding of electronic functions working in the microwave band containing holes for ventilation circuit) which must be transparent (chain link) but the level of electromagnetic leakage issued by this device must not exceed certain standards. This work started with this article in which we are interested in a simple structure consisting of a multilayer structure incorporating a radiating aperture. We show in this paper mainly the interests of this study and the limitations of using these structures. Modeling of this device is provided by the wave concept iterative procedure (WCIP) which is simple to implement and is characterized by the fast execution method. The validation of our work is carried out by comparing our results with those calculated by the Ansoft HFSS software which shows a good agreement.

Organometal halide perovskite is an ideal photovoltaic material that exhibits a direct optical bandgap(1.5 eV), a long diffusion length, a broad range of light absorption covering the visible to near infrared spectrum. Most importantly, organo-lead halide perovskites behave the ambipolar characteristics and work very well with organic carrier transport materials [1]. They have been applied as active layer in both mesoporous structure and planar heterojunction solar cells with the highest demonstrated power conversion efficiency(PCE) exceeding 15% [2,3]. Moreover, solution processed low cost, high efficiency photovoltaic devices have been persistently pursued in the past decade for renewable solar to electric energy conversion. Recently, low temperature solution processed planar structure perovskite solar cells attract great attention due to their low cost, easy fabrication, and flexible application. Recently, the PCEs of solution processed perovskite solar cells have been over 12% [4]. That the obvious efficiency losses in solution processed perovskite solar cells can be mainly ascribed to the charge recombination at imperfect interfaces chemical defects in perovskite films [5]. In this abstract, we report a low temperature solution process to form relatively high quality continuous CHNH PbI layer that was used in planar perovskite solar cells(as shown in Fig. 1). Through increasing the weight ratio of CHNHI and PbI from 1:1 to 2:1, the highest performance was obtained at the weight ratio of 1.2:1 and the result was shown in Fig. 2. The PCE was 10.79%, with an open circuit voltage of 0.99 V, a short current density of 18.51 m A/cm, and a fill factor of 58.54%. The work is under optimizing in our group, and we believe that the performance will be further improved soon.

We fabricated organic-inorganic planar perovskite solar cells(PSCs) with the architecture Glass/ITO/InO/SnO/CsPbI/Spiro-OMeTAD/*** systematically study the influence of InO to the devices ***/SnO act as an electron transport layer with appropriate energy level alignment and enhance charge transfer,which result in uniform,compact and low trap density perovskite ***,a planar PSCs with PCE of 23.24%(certified efficiency of 22.54%) is *** contrast,the control device based on/SnO only achieved 21.42% efficiency.A high V of 1.17 V is achieved with potential loss at only 0.36 *** important,the target device maintain 91% of its initial efficiency after 180 h under 1 sun continuous *** results demonstrate and pave the way for the development of efficient photovoltaic devices.
