Lunnan heave had experienced denudation during late Caledonian and Hercynian movements and reconstruction during Indosinian movement. Lunnan heave and its circumference areas are located on the direction of petroleum migration, and experienced three reservoir formation cycles that are divided by wave cycle: The first reservoir formation cycle is characterized by breakage, the second by alteration, and the third by enrichment. Three layers of dissolving-cave developed on the vertical in Lunnan area. Development degree of slit-cave system and their connectivity are important factors to control petroleum enrichment in the weathering crust reservoir. The area where dissolving-caves are communicated by silts and faults was a fine petroleum enrichment area, and water was often encountered in the area with isolation cave while drilling because of no oil and gas origin. In 2018,the petroleum and chemical industries of China achieved steady economic *** main business income of the entire industry was 12.4 trillion CNY,an increase of 13.6%over the previous *** total profit was 83.93 billion CNY,an increase of 32.1%over the previous *** total national oil and gas production reached 334 million tons of oil equivalent,increasing by 2.4%*** the total production,crude oil production was 189 million tons,decreased 1.2%,and natural gas production was 161.02 billion cubic meters,increased 7.5%year on *** crude oil production was 462 million tons,an increase of 10.1%over the last *** gas production was 125.72 billion cubic meters,increased 31.9%.The annual processing capacity of crude oil was 604 million tons,up by 6.8%.The refined oil production was 360 million tons,up by 3.6%.The industry structure was optimized for production growth in 2018,the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and products structure adjustment were sped up,energy efficiency was improved,and overall industrial benefit was *** present,the economic operation of the industry is still not very stable,and downward pressure is still great,mainly being reflected in the overcapacity of some industries,high cost operation of enterprises,increased tax burden,and weak *** the slow recovery of the global economy and the key support of high-quality development through technological innovation,it is expected that the petroleum and chemical industry of China will achieve the general objective of steady growth in 2019.

A new nanocomposite polymer gel is synthesized for reduction of excess water production in petroleum reservoirs at real operating *** new nanocomposite gel contains SiO2 nanoparticles,partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)and chromium *** pressure and high temperature tests using porous carbonate core are carried out to evaluate the effects of nanoparticles on the synthesized polymer gel *** is shown that the residual resistance factor ratio of water to oil using the synthesized polymer gel nanocomposite in this work is much higher than that of the ordinary polymer *** presented results confirm the high performance of the synthesized nanocomposite polymer gel for decreasing the water flow through porous carbonate bed.A mathematical model for description of oil and water flow behavior in the presence of synthesized nanocomposite polymer gel is also *** presented nano polymer gel leads to considerable cost saving in enhanced oil recovery(EOR)processes.

Biochar (BC) and rhamnolipid (RL) is used in bioremediation of petroleum hydrocarbons,however,the combined effect of BC and RL in phytoremediation has not been studied until *** this paper,the phytoremediation of petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated soil using novel plant Spartina anglica was enhanced by the combination of biochar (BC) and rhamnolipid (RL).Samples of petroleum-contaminated soil (10,30 and 50 g/kg) were amended by BC,BC+ RL and rhamnolipid modified biochar (RMB),*** 60 day's cultivation,the removal rate of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs) for unplanted soil (UP),planted soil (P),planted soil with BC addition (P-BC),planted soil with BC and RL addition (P-BC + RL) and planted soil with addition ofRMB (P-RMB) were 8.6%,19.1%,27.7%,32.4% and 35.1% in soil with TPHs concentration of 30 g/kg,*** with UP,the plantation of Spartina anglica significantly decreased the concentration of C8-14 and tricyclic ***,the application of BC and RMB alleviated the toxicity of petroleum hydrocarbons to Spartina anglica via improving plant growth with increasing plant height,root vitality and total chlorophyll ***-throughput sequencing result indicated that rhizosphere microbial community of Spartina anglica was regulated by the application of BC and RMB,with increase of bacteria and plant mycorrhizal symbiotic fungus in biochar and RMB amended soil.

Using the exposure simulation experiment, the action of petroleum affecting the accumulation of the trace metals including copper （Cu） and cadmium （Cd） in littoral polychaete Nereis diversicolor collected from the Shuangtaizi Estuary in Liaoning Province, China was examined. The results showed that there was a markedly non-linear relationship between the accumulation of Cu in worms and the experimental concentration of Cu in exposure solutions when the concentration of petroleum remained at 0, 100, and 220 μl/L, respectively. However, significantly non-linear relationship for worms exposed to Cd was observed only when the concentration of added petroleum was 0 and 220 μl/L. The accumulation of Cu in worms did not differ significantly among the three different levels of petroleum concentrations combined with various concentrations of Cu. So was the accumulation of Cd in worms （p〉0.05）. However, the addition of petroleum in exposure solutions brought about an increase in the accumulation of Cu in Nereis diversicolor, in comparison with single Cu pollution. On the other hand, when the concentration of added petroleum remained at 100 μl/L, the accumulation of Cd in worms was lower than that in worms exposed to various concentrations of only cadmium. However, the worms exposed to Cd and petroleum 220 μl/L did not show obvious and identical increase in the accumulation of Cd, compared with single Cd exposure. The accumulation of both Cu and Cd in worms did not increase significantly with the increases in concentrations of Cu or Cd in exposure solutions combined with petroleum （0, 100, and 220μl/L） under the experimental conditions. Although Nereis diversicolor is exposed to very high Cu and Cd in exposure solutions, accumulation and detoxification mechanisms are sufficient to cope with the extra metal influx in order to survive.

Effect of electric intensity on the microbial degradation of petroleum pollutants in soil

Electro-bioremediation is an innovative method to remedy organic-polluted soil. However, the principle of electrokinetic technology enhancing the function of microbes, especially the relationship of electric intensity and biodegradation efficiency, is poorly investigated. petroleum was employed as a target organic pollutant at a level of 50 g/kg （mass of petroleum/mass of dry soil）. A direct current power supply was used for tests with a constant direct current electric voltage （1.0 V/cm）. The petroleum concentrations Were measured at 3275-3285 nm after extraction using hexane, the group composition of crude oil was analyzed by column chromatography. The water content of soil was kept 25% （m/m）. The results indicated the degradation process was divided into two periods： from day 1 to day 40, from day 41 to day 100. The treatment of soil with an appropriate electric field led the bacteria to have a persistent effect in the whole period of 100 days. The highest biodegradation efficiency of 45.5% was obtained after treatment with electric current and bacteria. The electric-bioremediation had a positive effect on alkane degradation. The degradation rate of alkane was 1.6 times higher in the soil exposed to electric current than that treated with bacteria for 100 days. A proper direct current could stimulate the microbial activities and accelerate the biodegradation of petroleum. There was a positive correlation between the electric intensities and the petroleum bioremediation efficiencies with a coefficient of 0.9599.

Comparative evaluation for catalytic gasification of petroleum coke and asphaltene in subcritical and supercritical water

Subcritical and supercritical water gasification of petroleum coke and asphaltene was performed at variable temperatures(350–650°C),feed concentrations(15–30 wt%)and reaction times(15–60 min).Nickel-impregnated activated carbon(Ni/AC)was synthesized as a catalyst for enhancing syngas yields at optimal gasification conditions(650°C,15 wt%and 60 min).Structural chemistry of precursors and chars developed at different gasification temperatures was studied using physicochemical and synchrotronbased approaches such as carbon–hydrogen–nitrogen–sulfur(CHNS)analysis,thermogravimetric and differential thermogravimetric analysis(TGA/DTA),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier-Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),Raman spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS).Asphaltene testified to be a better precursor for catalytic hydrothermal gasification leading to 11.97 mmol/g of total gas yield compared to petroleum coke(8.04 mmol/g).In particular,supercritical water gasification using 5 wt%Ni/AC at 650°C with 15 wt%feed concentration for 60 min resulted in 4.17 and 2.98 mmol/g of H_2from asphaltene and petroleum coke,*** the same conditions,the respective CH_4yields from catalytic gasification of asphaltene and petroleum coke were 2.54and 1.07 mmol/***,asphaltene also seemed to an attractive feedstock for the production of highly aromatic chars through hydrothermal gasification.

Vertical response of microbial community and degrading genes to petroleum hydrocarbon contamination in saline alkaline soil

A column microcosm was conducted by amending crude oil into Dagang Oilfield soil to simulate the bioremediation process. The dynamic change of microbial communities and metabolic genes in vertical depth soil from 0 to 80 cm were characterized to evaluate the petroleum degradation potential of indigenous microorganism. The influence of environmental variables on the microbial responds to petroleum contamination were analyzed. Degradation extent of 42.45% of n-alkanes(C8–C40) and 34.61% of 16ΣPAH were reached after 22 weeks. Relative abundance of alkB, nah, and phe gene showed about 10-fold increment in different depth of soil layers. Result of HTS profiles demonstrated that Pseudomonas, Marinobacter and Lactococcus were the major petroleum-degrading bacteria in0–30 and 30–60 cm depth of soils. Fusarium and Aspergillus were the dominant oil-degrading fungi in the 0–60 cm depth of soils. In 60–80 cm deep soil, anaerobic bacteria such as Bacteroidetes, Lactococcus, and Alcanivorax played important roles in petroleum *** analysis(RDA) and correlation analysis demonstrated that petroleum hydrocarbons(PHs) as well as soil salinity, clay content, and anaerobic conditions were the dominant effect factors on microbial community compositions in 0–30, 30–60, and 60–80 cm depth of soils, respectively.
