Suitable rescue path selection is very important to rescue lives and reduce the loss of disasters, and has been a key issue in the field of disaster response management. In this paper, we present a path selection algorithm based on Q-learning for disaster response applications. We assume that a rescue team is an agent, which is operating in a dynamic and dangerous environment and needs to find a safe and short path in the least time. We first propose a path selection model for disaster response management, and deduce that path selection based on our model is a Markov decision process. Then, we introduce Q-learning and design strategies for action selection and to avoid cyclic path. Finally, experimental results show that our algorithm can find a safe and short path in the dynamic and dangerous environment, which can provide a specific and significant reference for practical management in disaster response applications.

In multipath routing of wireless sensor network(WSN), greedy path selection is always prone to cause path oscillation(frequent path changes) between each couple of sensor and sink nodes. To alleviate the side effect, we propose an adaptive path selection model(called a WSN path selection model based on the adaptive response by attractor selection(ARAS) model(WARAS)) inspired by metabolism behaviors of Escherichia *** model consists of two main features. The first one is a new formula for a parameter called path-activity used to indicate adaptation goodness of multipath traffic transmission in dynamic network environments, which is inversely proportional to absolute value of difference between current path quality and best path *** second one is a novel attractor expression for attractors of multi-attractor equations to concretely specify stochastic effect of noise items in the equations on the path selection. Then, in an experimental WSN scenario composed of many source nodes and their shared neighbor nodes, we validate a dynamic-adaptive selection characteristic of the WARAS on distributing loads of the neighbor nodes. Subsequently, we design a path quality probe scheme in a multipath ad hoc on-demand distance vector routing(AODV) protocol. Compared with the greedy path selection through the path quality probe scheme, simulation results show the WARAS can perform better on reducing network delay and the path oscillation.

In conventional shared risk link group （SRLG）-diverse path selection （CSPS） algorithm in survivable GMPLS networks, SRLG is taken into account when selecting the backup paths, while the primary path selection method is the sarne as the algorithms without SRLG constraint. A problem of CSPS algorithm is that, after a primary path is selected, the success probability to select an SRLG-diverse backup path for it is low. If SRLG is taken into account when computing the primary path, then the probability to successfully select an SRLG-diverse backup path will be much increased. Based on this idea, an active SRLG-diverse path selection （ASPS） algorithm is proposed. To actively avoid selecting those SRLG links, when computing the primary path, a link that share risk with more links is assigned a larger link cost. To improve the resource utilization ratio, it is permitted that the bandwidth resources are shared among backup paths. What is more, differentiated reliability （DiR） requirements of different customers are considered in ASPS algorithm. The simulation results show that, compared with CSPS algorithm, ASPS algorithm not only increases successful protection probability but also improves resource utilization ratio.

In order to let information path selection in small world theory solidify, a path selection algorithm based on AHP（Analytic Hierarchy Process） for small world with three-weight is proposed in this paper. First, the small world model with three-weight which contain distance, connections and density between vertexes is established. Then we use AHP to set up a three-level hierarchy and use it to analyze synthetic weight of vertexes to make a path selection. Last, we test and verify the algorithm. Simulation results show that proposed algorithm can quickly and easily select an information path.

It is a challenging problem to provide quality-of-service （QoS） guarantees in next generation high-speed network, and the QoS routing is one of the key issues of the problem. For the problem of multi-constrained QoS routing in high-speed network, especially under the inaccurate link state information, the success ratio of the different constraint combination is analyzed statistically, and a constraint analysis method based on the computer simulation is proposed. Furthermore, the approximately equal loose-tight order relation between each two constraints is constructed, and then an algorithm based on the experimental analysis is presented. Finally, the simulation result demonstrates that the algorithm has the higher success ratio, and the theoretical analysis proves its correctness and universality.

For a long time, the dualistic economic structure existed between urban and rural areas has caused agricultural and rural development to lag far behind that of city in China. Severe shortage of basic public services in rural areas has become an important reason to restrict the development of rural economy and farmers’ living standards. This paper analyzes the supply of basic public services between urban and rural areas from the perspective of equalization of path selection and shows there is a big gap in current urban and rural public services based on datum. Based on in-depth analysis, it puts forward a sound legal protection mechanism concerning public goods in rural areas in order to form the pattern of diversification of supply for rural public services and gradually to improve public finance system;reform and innovate organization foundation for rural public services;establish series of policy, such as public service supply system which is farmers’ needs-oriented, striving for having the farmers access to the path selection of equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas in China.

Autonomous navigation using an inter-satellite ranging and communication with inter-satellite links（ISL） is the trend of satellite navigation system development. By controlling the direction of phased array antenna flexibly, the directional crosslink can achieve more information from other satellites. However, the efficiency of communication is affected at the same time. In this paper, we analyse the navigation satellite network assembled directional crosslink, and then we propose a solution to describe the progress of information transmission based on building directional graph. Then we present a method of finding Earliest Journey and Shortest Journey. According to simulation result, the method we present is practicable and we also achieve some valuable conclusions.
