本文报导一种综合利用猪胰脏的方法。猪胰脏经溶剂提取、盐析得到胰酶(Pauoieatin),弹性酶(eleitael),再从提取酶后的废液中,DEAE-32纤维素制得胰激肽释放酶(Kallikiein)。
