The proton exchange membranes(PEMs) were prepared through the solution mixing method of sulfonated poly(etlier ether ketone ketoneXsPEEKK) and cellulose. Cellulose was dissolved by 1-ally 1-3-methylimidazolium chioride(AMIMC1) and then mixed with sPEEKK solution. sPEEKK/cellulose(SC) composite membranes were prepared by solution casting. The membranes have high flexibility and transparency, which meant the compounding in molecular level. Meanwhile, the composite membranes showed excellent mechanical properties and high proton conductivity. The mechanical property reached 29 MPa, and the proton conductivity was as high as 0.32 S/cm. Thus, as a kind of biomaterials, cellulose could be ail excellent reinforcing material for poly(aryl ether ketone)(PAEK) based PEMs.

The proton spectral and angular distributions simultaneously within the target normal direction and laser propagation direction by using an angle-resolved proton energy spectrometer are *** the protons generated in the interactions of 100 fs,800nm laser pulses with aluminum foil targets,the deviations of proton beam centers of different energies from the target normal direction towards the laser propagation direction are *** is probably because of the toroidal magnetic fields generated at the rear target surface,which deflect protons *** a result,protons in low energy range have large deviation angles,protons in middle energy range have the smallest deviation angles,while protons in high energy tail have large deviation angles.

We predict proton single event effect(SEE)error rates for the VATA160 ASIC chip on the Dark Matter Particle Explorer(DAMPE) to evaluate its radiation *** proton test facilities,we built a Monte Carlo simulation tool named PRESTAGE to calculate the proton SEE *** is based on the particle transport toolkit *** adopts a location-dependent strategy to derive the SEE sensitivity of the device from heavy-ion test data,which have been measured at the HI-13 tandem accelerator of the China Institute of Atomic Energy and the heavy-ion research facility in *** AP-8,SOLPRO,and August 1972 worst-case models are used to predict the average and peak proton fluxes on the DAMPE *** results show that the averaged proton SEE error rate for the VATA160 chip is approximately 2.17×10^(-5)/device/***-case error rates for the Van Allen belts and solar energetic particle events are 1-3 orders of magnitude higher than the averaged error rate.

Using a real-space real-time implementation of time-dependent density functional theory coupled to molecular dynamics（TDDFT-MD） nonadiabatically,we theoretically study both static properties and collision process of cytosine by150-1000 eV proton impact in the microscopic *** calculated ground state of cytosine accords well with *** is found that proton is scattered in any case in the present *** bond break of cytosine occurs when the energy loss of proton is larger than 22 eV and the main dissociation pathway of cytosine is the breaks of C1 N2 and N8 *** the range of 150 eV≤Ek≤360 eV,when the incident energy of proton increases,the excitation becomes more violent even though the interaction time is *** in the range of 360 eVproton increases,indicating that the interaction time dominates *** also show two typical collision reaction channels by analyzing the molecular ionization,the electronic density evolution,the energy loss of proton,the vibration frequency and the scattering pattern *** result shows that the loss of electrons can decrease the bond lengths of C3 NS and CSN6 while increase the bond lengths of C4 H11,C5 H12 and C4 C5 after the ***,it is found that the peak of the scattering angle shows a little redshift when compared to that of the loss of kinetic energy of proton.

The first-principles calculations based on density functional theory are performed to study F-,Cl-,and N-related defects of amorphous SiO_(2)(a-SiO_(2)) and their impacts on carrier trapping and proton *** possible geometric configurations of the impurity-related defects,the formation energies,the hole or electron trapping of the neutral defects,and the mechanisms to suppress proton diffusion by doping N are *** is demonstrated by the calculations that the impurity atoms can interact with the oxygen vacancies and result in impurity-related *** reactions can be utilized to saturate oxygen vacancies that will cause ionization damage to the semiconducting ***,the calculated formation energy indicates that the F-or Cl-related oxygen vacancy defect is a deep hole trap,which can trap holes and prevent them from diffusing to the a-SiO_(2)/Si ***,three N-related defects,namely N(2)o-H,N(2)o=O,and N(3)o-Vo,tend to act as shallow hole traps to facilitate hole transportation during device *** N(2)o and N(3)o configurations can be negatively charged as deep electron traps during the oxide charge buildup after ionization *** addition,the nudged elastic band(NEB) calculations show that four N-related defects,namely N(2)o,N(2)o-H,N(2)o=O,and N(3)o are capable of capturing protons and preventing them from diffusing to and de-passivating the *** research reveals the fundamental properties of the F-,Cl-,and N-related defects in amorphous silica and the details of the reactions of the carrier trapping and proton *** findings help to understand the microscopic mechanisms that alleviate ionization damage of semiconducting devices by doping a-SiO_(2).

proton conductivity of proton exchange membranes(PEMs)strongly relies on microscopic morphology,which can be modulated by engineering the distribution of ionic ***,poly(arylene ether)s with densely distributed allyl functionalities are polymerized from a tetra-allyl bisphenol A *** subsequent thiol-ene addition with sodium 3-mercapto-1-propanesulfonate yields comb-shaped sulfonated fluorinated poly(arylene ether)s(SFPAEs)with ion exchange capacities(lECs)ranging from 1.29 mmol·g^-1 to 1.78 mmol g^-*** SFPAEs exhibit superior proton conductivity over the whole temperature range,which is attributed to the enhanced hydrophilic/hydrophobic phase separation as evidenced by small angle X-ray scattering *** SFPAE-4-40 with an IEC of 1.78 mmol·g^-1 shows the largest proton conductivity of 93 mS-crrr1 at room temperature under fully hydrated condition,higher than that of Nafion ***,the vanadium redox flow battery(VRFB)assembled with SFPAE-4-40 separator exhibits higher energy efficiency than the VRFB assembled with Nafion 212.

This paper presents an investigation into the impact of proton-induced alteration of carrier lifetime on the singleevent transient(SET) caused by heavy ions in silicon–germanium heterojunction bipolar transistor(SiGe HBT).The ioninduced current transients and integrated charge collections under different proton fluences are obtained based on technology computer-aided design(TCAD) *** results indicate that the impact of carrier lifetime alteration is determined by the dominating charge collection mechanism at the ion incident position and only the long-time diffusion process is *** a proton fluence of 5 × 1013 cm-2, almost no change is found in the transient feature, and the charge collection of events happened in the region enclosed by deep trench isolation(DTI), where prompt funneling collection is the dominating ***, for the events happening outside DTI where diffusion dominates the collection process, the peak value and the duration of the ion-induced current transient both decrease with increasing proton fluence, leading to a great decrease in charge collection.
