Charging infrastructure planning for electric vehicle in India:Present status and future challenges

The challenge to deal with environmental contamination along with national goals such as energy security,reliability,and self-dependency due to depleting fossil fuel resources has motivated researchers to find an alternate solution in the transport *** to this,electrification of the transport sector has become an achievable solution that has caught attention with increasing penetration in the market *** is a participant in the Paris Agreement which aims to curtail the production of greenhouse gases and limit the escalating *** intervention and changes in policy and regulations are the key aspects of technological *** to internal combustion engine(ICE)-based vehicles,the consumers’frame of mind concerns about adapting to e-mobility is anxiety over charging times and driving ***,the development of charging stations plays a crucial role in promoting electric vehicles(EVs).This study investigates to identify different barriers that exist in the Indian context related to the adoption of ***,this work emphasizes the recent developments in charging infrastructure planning in ***,the status of installed charging stations is *** appropriate charging stations are associated with several challenges,which are also highlighted to provide guidance to public and private entities that can be adopted in their respective business *** India has the second largest population and is the seventh largest country in the world,the EV adoption rate of India is considerably low compared to other countries;for India,there is a long way to match the growth rate of EV *** it becomes essential to develop a robust and suitable charging infrastructure to promote the sale and use of EVs in India.

Research on the development and planning of renewable energy in Tibet

With the rapid social and economic development of the Tibet Autonomous Region,the situation in regard to energy supply and demand is increasingly ***,the development of renewable energy in Tibet has been given considerable practical significance by its peculiar ecological *** the complementarity of renewable energies in Tibet,using the method of factor analysis,we derived four major factors:level of economic development,social development,industrial development,and energy endowment,which help to evaluate development conditions in different regions of *** these four factors equally,we used the hierarchical clustering method to determine the order of regional *** we acquire a three-stage planning project for renewable *** the first stage,Lhasa plays a leading role in promoting the development of renewable energy,particularly that based on solar and wind *** are two phases in the second stage,the first being to simultaneously develop solar and wind energy in Xigaze and *** second is to develop solar and wind energy in accordance with the time of year in Qamdo,Nagqu,and Ali,with 1.145billion kWh electricity to be *** third stage is to develop energy production in Lhoka Prefecture,with 1.369billion kWh electricity to be *** the end of the three-stage project,consumption of available electricity will have reached 4.045 billion kwh,with major social and economic benefits.

Community participation and community based management are topical themes in current policy and discussion revolving around decision-making processes especially those dealing with natural resources *** review shows that while governments have accepted the need to either cede or devolve control and management of natural resources to the local communities,the communities are not part and parcel of the planning and budgeting which are crucial in *** were seen to be more involved in the implementation of natural resource management programs but lacked ownership of the *** causes lack of commitment to the programs and at times hostile reaction from the *** communities are always at the receiving end when it pertains to losses in the *** participation was shown to be effective when the local population is involved not as co-operating users but as natural resource managers or owner managers.

Optimum care for patients with a terminal illness is dependent on understanding their values,beliefs,and preferences on end-of-life issues and providing service that meets their *** the only way to explore patients’living wills,advance care planning(ACP)is an important means to honor patient autonomy and respect their human rights and *** has been recognized as a key indicator for quality palliative care and endorsed into national health systems by many high-income countries;however,it is little known in China's *** is now facing a growing aging and terminally ill population with many unmet needs for end-of-life care;therefore,it is imperative to implement ACP in *** this review,we clarify the relevant concept and suitable population for ACP,describe the current situation of implementation in high-income countries,and provide better suggestions for the future development of ACP in the mainland of China.

The planning and Scheduling of Business Process in Agile Supply Chain System

The rapidly developing global competition is leadin g to the worldwide enterprise alliance, with which the geographical dispersion of production, assembly and distribution operations comes into being. Supply chain system is such a kind of enterprise alliance, managing the material and informat ion flows both in and between enterprises, such as vendors, manufacturing and assembly plants and distribution centers. In the present research work, we can see that supply chain system can quickly respond to customer needs and adapt to the dynamic change of the market so as to improve the competence of enterprises in the chain. Thus, in supply chain system, it’s most important to enhance the speed with which the products are produced and distributed to the customers who order them and reduce the operating costs at the same time. However, because of the special characteristics, such as dynamic and distributed , etc., often in Agile Supply Chain System (ASCS), there are many dynamic tasks, and many urgent changes of the processes, which make the planning work and mana gement become very difficult and complex. Thus, in Agile Supply Chain System, we first need an efficient planning work, which can program the processes properly to get a primary scheme. And then the local scheduling work based on the primar y scheme will play a important role to deal with the dynamic and distributed pro blems in the business process in ASCS. So, this paper will be organized as below . At the first of this paper, we will discuss the situation in which Agile Suppl y Chain System is applied, and then we will elaborate the characteristics of Agi le Supply Chain System. With that, the shortcomings of the process managements t hat are, at present, used in Supply Chain Systems will be displayed clearly. Sec ond, we will introduce the planning methods in our research work. And then, the local scheduling will be discussed in detail, based on the primarily planned wor kflow. In this paper, the design, customization and implem en tation of an integrated Advanced planning and Scheduling (APS) system for a Semi conductor Backend Assembly environment is described. The company is one of the w orldwide market leaders in semiconductor packaging technology. The project was d riven by the company’s quest to achieve a competitive edge as a manufacturing po werhouse by providing the shortest possible cycle time with a high degree of fle xibility through the application of Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) tech nology. Gintic was responsible for the planning & Scheduling functions through o ur APS tool kit, which is called Gintic Scheduling System (GSS). Our APS system is to be integrated with the other two key software systems, namely, the Enterpr ise Resource planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), with the C IM framework. The project was divided into four major execution phases. Phase One activities w ere focused on the gathering and analysis of the end users requirements in order to establish the ’As-Is’ situation and the wish list & the expectation of the ’To-Be’ system. planning and Scheduling prototypes were built using GSS to iden tify the functionality gap between the existing GSS system and the ’To-Be’ mode l, in order to determine the customization effort needed. The project team perfo rmed detailed system analysis, design and development of the ’To-Be’ system dur ing Phase Two of the project. There are a total of four planning and scheduling modules, including Capacity planning (CP), Daily Lot Release (DLR), Daily Produc tion Scheduling (DPS) and Dynamic Operation Scheduling (DOS). The detailed desig n specifications of each of the features and functionality were confirmed and ac cepted by the end users before the commencement of the development effort. The c ompleted and tested modules were delivered in stages for testing and acceptance by the end user during the Phase Three of the project. Pilot product line was

In the context of additive manufacturing processes,the influence of specimen deformation from different welding paths is conducted by using CMT-AM.A least-squares method was used to quantitatively measure specimen *** values of S(i.e.,the sum of the distance from each feature point in a plane to the ideal plane)from different welding paths had significant influence on deformation of deposited *** the value of S increasing,the deformation of deposited layer gradually *** this result,a suitable welding trace plan was ascertained,which was successfully used to acquire well-formed and densely organized specimens during the arc-welding additive manufacturing *** results provide a foundation for experiments based on deposited layer scanning trace planning.

A Cooperation-planning Model Based on Bilevel Programming Decision

This paper is based on a resource constrained active network project;the constraint of the local resource and the time constraint of the cooperation resource are considered *** the respective benefit of the manager and cooperation partners is also considered *** a cooperation planning model based on bilevel multi-objective programming is de- signed,according to the due time and total *** an extended CNP based on the permitted range for resource and time requests is presented.A larger task set in scheduling cycle is on the permitting for the request of cooperation resource and time while the task manager itself may be permitted biding for *** a result,the optimization space for the cooperation planning is *** not every bidding task is successfully bid by invitee,and the task manager itself takes on some bidding ***,the genetic algorithm is given and the validity and feasibility of the model is proved by a case.
