Urban underground infrastructures(UUIs)are a vital component of built capital for urban ***,many cities are now home to a multitude of disused or underutilized UUIs,not least aged purpose-built underground facilities,causing a waste of valuable underground space resource *** the process of urban renewal,adaptive reuse can be an attractive solution to breathe new life into underutilized UUIs,while addressing some of the modern problems of the built environment by an economically feasible ***,there is a prevalent absence in the current literature of the overarching planning and decision-making approaches for an adaptive reuse development of underutilized *** the intention of addressing this shortfall,this paper first lays out development strategies,then sets the generic patterns for adaptive reuse of disused or underutilized *** the city of Qingdao,China as a case study,detailed planning and decision-making approaches with the aid of multi-source data and spatial analysis tools are *** is anticipated that the findings of this research will assist the adaptive reuse development of UUIs in providing theoretical guidance and empirical evidence,thereby enhancing the role of urban underground space use in contributing to urban revitalization and urban sustainability.

A Bus planning Algorithm for FPC Design in Complex Scenarios

Flexible printed circuit(FPC) design in complex scenarios has a list of pin concentration areas, which lead to extremely congested intersection regions while connecting the pins. Currently, it is challenging to explore the routability and to find topologically non-crossing and routable paths manually for the nets timely. The existing bus planning methods cannot offer optimal solutions concerning the special resource distribution of the FPC design. To investigate an effective way to shorten the routing time of FPC and achieve enhanced performance, a bus planning algorithm is proposed to tackle complex area connection problems. On the basis of the pin location information, the routing space is partitioned and generally represented as an undirected graph, and the topological non-crossing relationship between different regions is obtained using the dynamic pin sequence. Considering the routability and electrical constraints, a heuristic algorithm is proposed to search the optimal location of the crossing point on the region boundary. Experimental results on industrial cases show that the proposed algorithm realize better performance in terms of count and routability in comparison with numerous selected state-of-the-art router and methods.

A framework that integrates planning,monitoring and replanning techniques is *** can devise the best solution based on the current state according to specific objectives and properly deal with the influence of abnormity on the plan *** framework consists of three parts:the hierarchical task network(HTN)planner based on Monte Carlo tree search(MCTS),hybrid plan monitoring based on forward and backward and norm-based replanning method *** HTN planner based on MCTS selects the optimal method for HTN compound task through *** on specific objectives,it can identify the best solution to the current *** hybrid plan monitoring has the capability to detect the influence of abnormity on the effect of an executed action and the premise of an unexecuted action,thus trigger the *** norm-based replanning selection method can measure the difference between the expected state and the actual state,and then select the best replanning *** experimental results reveal that our method can effectively deal with the influence of abnormity on the implementation of the plan and achieve the target task in an optimal way.

The Blade Integrated Disk(Blisk) is one of the key components in the aero-engine, it is generally manufactured by the multi-axis milling and almost 90% raw materials are removed. To avoid the full immersion of a cutter in the rough machining of a blisk channel, the trochoidal milling is a promising strategy since it can keep a small immersion angle in the rough milling process while maintaining the high machining efficiency. However, while toolpaths are being planned for the trochoidal milling process, the conventional methods are mainly for the planar machining area with fixed tool orientations, which cannot be used for complex channels where the multi-axis machining should be employed. To this end, this paper presents a four-axis trochoidal toolpath planning method with a ball-end cutter, and thus the blisk channel can be machined *** this to happen, the trochoidal paths are planned in the parametric domain and then mapped into the physical domain, with tool orientations controlled by the quaternion interpolation method to have smooth tool movement along the toolpaths. Both geometric simulation and physical milling experiments of the proposed method have convincingly demonstrated the validation of the proposed method.

Electrical system planning of the large-scale offshore wind farm is usually based on N-1 security for equipment lectotype. However, in this method, owing to the aggregation effect in large-scale offshore wind farms, offshore electrical equipment operates under low load for long periods, thus wasting resources. In this paper, we propose a method for electrical system planning of the large-scale offshore wind farm based on the N+ design. A planning model based on the power-limited operation of wind turbines under the N+ design is constructed, and a solution is derived with the optimization of the upper power limits of wind turbines. A comprehensive evaluation and game analysis of the economy, risk of wind abandonment, and environmental sustainability of the planned offshore electrical systems have been conducted. Moreover, the planning of an infield collector system, substation, and transmission system of an offshore electrical system based on the N+ design is integrated. For a domestic offshore wind farm, evaluation results show that the proposed planning method can improve the efficiency of wind energy utilization while greatly reducing the investment cost of the electrical system.

This paper presents an FBCRI(feedback based compositional rule of inference)based novel path planning method to satisfy the requirements of real-time navigation,smoothness optimization and probabilistic obstacle *** local path-searching behaviors in regional ranges and global goal-seeking behaviors in holistic ranges,the method infers behavior weights using fuzzy reasoning embedded with feedback,and then coordinates the behaviors to generate new reference *** view of the deterministic decisions and the uncertain states of a UAV(unmanned air vehicle),chance constraints are adopted to probabilistically guarantee the UAV’s safety at a required *** results in representative scenes prove that the method is able to rapidly generate convergent paths in obstacle-rich environments,as well as highly improve the path quality with respect to smoothness and probabilistic safety.

Weapon project planning(WPP) plays a critical role in the process of national defense development and establishment of the future national defense force. WPP faces the backgrounds of various uncertainties, intense inter-influence of weapon systems and involves modelling, assessment, and optimization *** contents of this paper are mainly divided into three parts: first,the WPP processes are analyzed, and related elements are formulated to transform the qualitative problem to mathematics form;second, the value evaluation model of WPP solutions is proposed based on two criteria of total capability gap and total capability dispersion; third, two robustness optimization models are constructed based on the absolute robustness criterion and the robustness deviation criterion to support the robustness optimization process under multi-scenario. Finally, a case is studied to examine the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed models and approaches.
