Private banking development in China under two organizational structures:Economic analysis from an organizational innovation perspective

This paper investigates optimal decisions for private banking development in China under two innovative organizational structures—the big retail mode(BRM)and the independent development mode(IDM).Under the BRM,the retail and private banking divisions form a cooperative relationship wherein the former transfers highnet-worth customers to the *** addition,retail banking receives a share of private banking *** investigate the optimal revenue-sharing ratio between the two divisions and the optimal effort by private banking to serve transferred customers within the cooperative *** analytical results show that as the private banking division becomes more developed,the optimal revenue-sharing ratio decreases,and the private banking division’s optimal effort to serve transferred customers decreases because it puts more effort into acquiring new *** the IDM,the two divisions form a competitive relationship since they compete to acquire customers *** investigate customer acquisition efforts in this interdivisional *** customer acquisition efforts by both divisions increase in potential assets and rates of *** paper contributes to the literature by(1)analyzing financial innovation by private banks from an organizational perspective;(2)providing an economic analysis for private banking development in China.

Using Xinbei Branch of Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Urban Planning as a case,this study carefully examines how organizations innovate in China's urban planning *** study builds itself upon a network analysis of the data collected through a survey of all the relevant members about their working relationships after their organizational *** shows that,with regional competition for economic development,the local government departments in developed areas tend to actively seek opportunities for organizational innovation in order to ensure planning management effectiveness and promote planning implementation *** reform measures and their effects are carefully examined for identifying lessons and experiences in planning implementation in China.

Social services are a protection system that seeks to assist people throughout their *** is essential for enabling us to respond to the problems that society is currently facing and to adapt to our changing *** paper validates an instrument based on the Public innovation Hexagon(PIH),for measuring the degree to which an innovation culture is being implemented in the Spanish social services system.A sample group of social services professionals were asked to complete a questionnaire based on the variables that make up the PIH *** our initial validation of the PIH model,we reduced the 42 initial items to 32,while maintaining the initial six *** objective was to eliminate redundant items and ensure that the resulting end model was more solid and *** new improved model(PIHn)that we created achieved greater consistency with a smaller number of items while maintaining the initial six dimensions.

U. S. Academic Medical Centers Under the Managed Health Care Environment

This research investigates the impact of managed health care on academic medical centers in the United States. Academic medical centers hold a unique position in the U. S. health care system through their missions of conducting cutting-edge biomedical researeh, pursuing clinical and technological innovations, Providing state-of-the-art medical care and producing highly qUalified health professionals. However, policies to control costs through the use of managed care and limiting resources are detrimental to academic medical centers and impede the advancement of medical sciTo survive the threats of managed care in the health care environment, acadendc medical centers must rely on their upper level managers to derive successful strategies. The methods used in this study include qualitative approaches in the form of key informants and case studies. In addition, a survey questionnaire was sent to 1h8 CEOs in all the academic medical centers in the U. S. The findings revealed that managers who perform the liaison, monitor, entrepreneur and resource allocator roles are crucial to ensure the survival of academic medical centers, so that academic medical centers can continue their missions to serve the general public and promote their well-being.

Review of science and technology innovation policies in major innovative-oriented countries in response to the COVID-19 pandemic

Since the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,major innovative-oriented countries have adopted various science and technology innovation(STI)policies to address global public health *** data from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development STI Database,this study analyzed international STI policies in response to the COVID-19 *** findings revealed that the pandemic has dramatically stimulated the application of STI policies,and there are commonalities and differences in the STI policies of different ***,COVID-19 has disrupted planning for allocating resources for STIs,leading to duplication and *** on the findings,this study recommends increasing research investment to address the long-term challenges of major infectious diseases,strengthening support for enterprises,promoting data sharing and openness,enhancing the internationalization of scientific research,strengthening scientific consultation and communication,and devoting more policy attention to vulnerable groups.

本研究基于战略人力资源管理的情境理论，考察了组织结构特性和组织创新氛围在创新导向人力资源管理实践与组织创新关系间的作用。以97家企业为研究对象，本研究发现：创新导向人力资源管理实践对组织创新有显著正向影响；创新氛围在二者之间起完全中介作用；正式化和集权化调节了创新氛围和组织创新的关系，进而调节了创新导向人力资源管理实践通过创新氛围对组织创新的间接影响，表现为正式化、集权化水平越高，间接效应越强。本研究揭示了组织情境因素在战略人力资源管理对组织创新影响过程中的作用，为管理实践中组织创新氛围的塑造和组织结构的设置提供了指导。
