Two new organic-inorganic compounds [（CH2）5NH2]3[PMo12O40]·3[（CH2）NH] 1 and [（CH2）5NH2]6[P2Mo18O62]·5H2O 2 have been synthesized using conventional and hydrothermal methods, respectively, and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray analyses show that in these compounds heteropolymolybdates [PMo12O40]^3- and [P2Mo18O62]^6- are reserved their Keggin or Dawson structures and linked to piperidine through electrostatic and hydrogen-bonding interactions.

inorganic-organic hybrid materials have received considerable interest due to their combination the desirable characteristics from both inorganic and organic components within a single composite[1-2].In this paper,Two different compounds[(CHN)(HO)(MnCl)(MnCl)(CI)]·3(HO)(1) and[(CHN)Br](MnBr)(2) were obtained based on tris(2-aminoethyl)amine and MnX(X=Cl,Br).In emission spectra,complexes 1 and 2 display red and yellow emissions located at 586 and 575 nm,*** quantum efficiency of complex 1at 15.8%is lower than that of complex 2 at 36.6%which may was caused by 1 has two coordinated geometries in Mn *** two crystal field energies were not matched,and lost when they interference with each other.

Hybrid organic-inorganic metal halides(HOMHs)have attracted tremendous interest in the past decades due to their diverse functional properties,such as ferroelectricity and ***,although a large number of ferroelectric HOMHs and luminescent HOMHs have been reported,the HOMH ferroelectrics with white-light emission remain very ***,for the first time,by using the Z/E isomeric organic cation,we designed a cadmium-based HOMH ferroelectric[EE-PMU]CdCl_(4)(EEPMU=pyridin-2-ylmethanamide muconate)with broadband white-light *** contrast to the[ZZ-PMU]CdCl_(4)with centrosymmetric crystal structure at room temperature,[EE-PMU]CdCl_(4)adopts the polar crystal symmetry,which shows piezoelectricity with a piezoelectric coefficient of d33up to 19 pC/N and ferroelectricity with the saturated polarization of 1.52μC/cm^(2).Moreover,[EE-PMU]CdCl_(4)exhibits a broadband white-light emission with an ultra-high color rendering index of 91under UV excitation,which is related to the severely distorted[CdCl_(4)]^(2-)tetrahedron in the *** our knowledge,[EEPMU]CdCl_(4)is the first example of Z/E isomeric cation-designed HOMH ferroelectric and the first cadmium halide white-light emissive *** finding paves a new way for the design of organic-inorganic molecular ferroelectrics with white-light emission.

A new bismuth（III） iodide inorganic/organic hybrid containing larger heterocyclic conjugated organic ligand, [（dppz）2Bi2I6]·2DMF （1）（dppz = dipyrido[3,2-a：2＇,3＇-c]phenazine）, has been synthesized by solution process and structurally determined by X-ray diffraction method. 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pī with Mr= 1844.08, α = 9.215（5）, b = 11.488（6）, c = 12.424（9）？, α = 106.66（2）, β = 90.84（2）, γ = 92.34（2）°, V = 1258.5（13）？3, Z = 1, Dc = 2.433 g/cm3, F（000） = 830, μ（MoKα） = 10.702 mm–1, the final R = 0.0834 and wR = 0.1947 for 2749 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. 1 consists of a dimeric structure [（dppz）2Bi2I6], in which two [（dppz）BiI3] fragments are bridged by a pair of iodine atoms. Hydrogen bonds and π···π stacking interactions contribute to the structural extension and stabilization. Experimental band gap of about 2.13 eV indicates its semiconductor nature. The optical absorption spectrum and electronic structure were also discussed.

Long afterglow organic-inorganic hybrid materials have attracted much attention in recent years and are widely used in information security, biological imaging and many other fields. Since up-conversion long-persistence materials are promising for bio-optical imaging due to their high penetration depth and elimination of autofluorescence background, it is highly desirable to combine down-conversion and up-conversion pathways to obtain smart materials with excitation-dependent tunable room-temperature phosphorescence properties. In this work, a metal-organic framework(Zn-DCPS-BIMB), consisting of divalent zinc ions, o-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene and 4,4-dicarboxydiphenylsulfone, is designed to stabilize triplet excitons, coordinate the emission of different ligands, and endow materials with tunable emission color and up-conversion properties via heavy atoms effects promoting single-triplet orbital coupling and intersystem crossing.

Near-unity quantum yield in zero-dimensional lead-free manganese-based halides for flexible X-ray imaging with high spatial resolution

Low-dimensional luminescent lead-free metal halides have received substantial attention due to their unique optoelectronic *** them,zero-dimensional(0D)manganese(II)-based metal halides with negligible self-absorption have emerged as potential candidates in X-ray ***,we for the first time report a novel lead-free(TBA)_(2)MnBr_(4) single crystal synthesized via a facile solvent evaporation *** this crystal,[MnBr_(4)]^(2-)units are isolated by large TBA^(+)organic cations,resulting in a unique 0D *** prepared manganese-based crystals exhibit a bright-green emission centered at 512 nm with a high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 93.76%at room temperature,originating from the ^(4)T_(1)–^(6)A_(1) transition of Mn^(2+).Apart from their outstanding optical performance,the crystals also show excellent stability and can maintain 94.4%of the initial PLQY even after being stored in air for 90 ***(TBA)_(2)MnBr4 films prepared as X-ray imaging scintillators exhibit a low detection limit of 63.3 nGyair/s,a high light yield of 68000 ph/MeV,and a high spatial resolution of 15.4 lp/***,this work not only enriches the family of lead-free metal halides but also expands the application of manganese(II)-based halides in flexible X-ray scintillators.

Inorganic Perovskite Solar Cells: A Rapidly Growing Field

Since the first report in 2009, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells(OIH-PSCs) which have achieved the power conversion efficiencies(PCEs) over 22% have gathered interest in the scientific community. Such high PCEs achieved by low-cost solution-processed fabrication techniques are comparable to the traditional commercial solar cells. However, before practical applications, the main challenge that must be addressed is material stability. Replacing organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite(OIH-PVK)with inorganic perovskites(I-PVKs) in PSCs has been a promising resolution and up to now, much progress has been made. In this review, a systematic review on the most recent research and progress in inorganic PSCs(I-PSCs) is presented, which is divided into three parts according to material category(lead-based I-PVK, lead-free I-PVK, and perovskite-derived materials). Moreover, current challenges and future research directions are suggested from the aspects of material stability, synthesis methods, device structure and working mechanism.
