Effectiveness of oral care in Implant Denture Restoration in Chronic Periodontitis

Objective:To explore the effect of observation of oral care in implant denture restoration of chronic ***:80 patients with chronic periodontitis implant denture restoration admitted from March 2022 to March 2023 in the hospital were *** were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each *** groups of patients received routine treatment and *** patients in the control group used routine oral care methods to carry out oral care,the patients in the observation group carried out oral care on the basis of the control group,observation and analysis of the patients'mastery of oral knowledge,as well as the depth of the probing and the level of clinical ***:The oral knowledge mastery of the observation group was 72.31±6.98 after the nursing intervention,which was significantly higher than the score of 86.12±7.36 of the patients in the control group who used conventional oral care,and the difference was statistically significant at Poral care can effectively improve the treatment effect of implant denture prosthesis for chronic ***,it is necessary to pay attention to the psychological counseling of the patients in the specific clinical application to ensure that the patients can actively cooperate with the clinical treatment.

Effects of comprehensive nursing with cognitive behavioral therapy in orthodontic osteodilated arch treatment

BACKGROUND This work explored the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)-based comprehensive nursing intervention(CNI)mode in arch expansion to treat patients with orthodontic osteodilated arch(OOA).AIM To explore the application effect of CBT-based CNI model in orthodontic expansion arch *** Using convenient sampling method,81 patients with OOA were selected and rolled into a control group(Ctrl group,40 cases)and an observation group(Obs group,41 cases).During the treatment,patients in the Ctrl group received routine nursing intervention mode,and the those in the Obs group received CBT mode on the basis of *** and after intervention,the incidence of oral mucositis,the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method,self-rating anxiety scale score,soft scale index,and plaque index were compared for patients in different *** addition,satisfaction and complications were comparatively *** Incidence of oral mucositis in the Obs group was lower(14.6%vs 38.5%),and the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method was obviously higher(90.2%vs 55.0%)was obviously higher(all Poral health of patients,improving the patient compliance.

Hepatitis C(HCV)is a viral infection that affects an estimated 71 million people worldwide,with over 1 million new infec-tions *** medical treatments exist,HCV continues to be a significant public health *** prevention and transmission risk factor identification remain key in helping decrease disease *** intravenous drug use,healthcare exposure(*** transfusions and surgical care),and body modification(*** and piercings)are well accepted risk factors for HCV transmission,others remain *** dental practice is often asso-ciated with procedures and bleeding,the possibility of HCV transmission seemed reasonable to ***,we review the evidence for dental care as a potential risk factor for HCV *** identified a total of 1,180 manu-scripts related to HCV and dental care,of which 26 manu-scripts were included in the study after exclusionary criteria were *** per our review of the available literature,in the developing world,the improper use of sterile technique and lack of provider education likely increases the risk of HCV transmission during dental *** developed nations,on the other hand,general dental care does not appear to be a significant risk factor for HCV transmission in non-intravenous drug user patients;although,the improper use and reuse of anesthetics during procedures poses a rare potential risk for viral transmission.
