为了提高云环境的可靠性,对虚拟资源的管理是一个关键.针对虚拟机的自适应配置问题,提出一种分层强化学习Options和蚁群优化算法融合的方法 A-HRL.该方法记录蚂蚁遍历过程中留下的信息素,利用信息素变化率引入粗糙度概念,并根据粗糙度阈值创建子目标实现任务分层.将A-HRL算法应用于虚拟机自适应配置中,通过创建任务组和虚拟机可用性评估表监督每个任务的进度与质量,最大限度地提高每个应用的性能.实验结果表明,A-HRL算法比传统的强化学习算法性能更优.

With the development of photovoltaic(PV) industry, installing small-scale PV systems which are integrated into the buildings becomes popular. Therefore, it is important to make optimal investment decisions for investors and consumers. This paper proposes an improved group decision-making method which integrates the cumulative prospect theory and Choquet integral for the investment Options of small-scale PV systems. From the perspective of sustainability, the alternatives are evaluated by four criteria, including economic benefits, solar energy condition, carbon emissions and social benefits. Since the performances of criteria are given by decision makers as linguistic variables, the proposed method measures the criteria values by intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Then the alternatives are evaluated and ranked to determine the optimal option. Finally, the proposed method is implemented in a case study to illustrate its feasibility and effectiveness.

Finding semiparametric bounds for option prices is a widely studied pricing technique.We obtain closed-form semiparametric bounds of the mean and variance for the pay-off of two exotic(Collar and Gap) call Options given mean and variance information on the underlying asset price.Mathematically,we extended domination technique by quadratic functions to bound mean and variances.

After addition to farms by fertilizer, crop residues, biological fixation and animal excreta, nitrogen can be lost through gaseous emission, runoff and leaching to contaminate the atmosphere and water bodies, and cause adverse health effects. The efficiency of fertilizer hitrogen can be increased and losses reduced, by matching supply with crop demand, optimizing split application schemes, changing the form to suit the conditions, and use of slow-release fertilizers and inhibitors. In addition, agronomic practices such as higher plant densities, weed and pest control and balanced fertilization with other nutrients can also increase efficiency of nitrogen use. Efficiency of use by animals can be increased by diet manipulation. Feeding dairy cattle low degradable protein and high starch diets, and grazing sheep and cattle on grasses high in water soluble carbohydrate result in less nitrogen excretion in urine and reduced ammonia volatilization.

The pastoral and agropastoral systems of the Borana in southern Ethiopia are highly vulnerable to climate change and its impacts. Assistance to enable these smallholders to successfully adapt to future climate change in locally relevant ways can be usefully informed by the analysis and better understanding of past and ongoing adaptation. We conducted farm household surveys, focus group discussions, expert consultations and secondary data collation in 2012 in the Borana. The study employed a combination of Pressure-State-Response (PSR) framework to analyse how climate change put pressure on pastoral and agropastoral farming systems and livelihoods, and Pelling’s (2011) typological framework to analyse local adaptation responses. Results showed that pastoral and agropastoral households, their communities and institutions adopted a wide range of adaptation Options primarily through adjusting their farming practices and diversifying into non-pastoral livelihoods. The smallholders primarily pursued a resilience approach to adaptation with short term goals intended to avoid system disruptions instead of long-term transformational approaches that significantly address the root causes of vulnerability. A range of barriers constrained local adaptive capacity and shaped routes for adaptation. Adaptation pathways that address critical barriers to adapt, integrate indigenous institutions into adaptation and link adaptation with local development process are necessary to bring long-term and non-marginal, major changes that reduce vulnerability and ensure co-benefit of improving livelihoods.

A Fast Fourier transform approach has been presented by Carr & Madan (2009) on a single underlying asset. In this current research paper, we present fast Fourier transform algorithm for the valuation of Multi-asset Options under Economic Recession Induced Uncertainties. The issue of multi-dimension in both finite and infinite case of Options is part of the focus of this research. The notion of economic recession was incorporated. An intuition behind the introduction of recession induced volatility uncertainty is revealed by huge volatility variation during the period of economic recession compared to the period of recession-free. Nigeria economic recession outbreak in 2016 and its effects on the uncertainty of the payoffs of Nigeria Stocks Exchange (NSE) among other investments was among the motivating factors for proposing economic recession induced volatility in Options pricing. The application of the proposed Fast Fourier Transform algorithm in handling multi-assets Options was shown. A new result on Options pricing was achieved and capable of yielding efficient option prices during and out of recession. Numerical results were presented on assets in 3-dimensions as an illustration taking Black Scholes prices as a bench mark for method effectiveness comparison. The key findings of this research paper among other crucial contributions could be seen in computational procedure of Options valuation in multi-dimensions and uncertainties in Options payoffs under the exposure of economic recession.
