In order to improve the accuracy and stability of transplanting machine seedling picking,a seedling pick-up mechanism was designed,which was controlled by a controller and driven by brushless DC servo *** the same time,the parameters of the seedling manipulator were optimized:the mathematical model for the seedling pick-up mechanism was *** to the predetermined trajectory requirements,the objective function and constraint conditions were proposed,and then the optimal size was obtained by a multi-objective genetic *** last,Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems(ADAMS)software was used to simulate and analyze the kinematics and trajectory of the seedling pick-up mechanism,and the mechanism was tested to verify the effectiveness of the mechanism *** experiments showed that the success rate of seedling picking was 94.32%,the rate of acceptably planted seedlings was 96.67%,and the rate of excellently planted seedlings was 63.48%.

The forming process of biomass fuel pellets using a ring mold pelletizer was analyzed,optimized,tested and evaluated in this *** effects of stress amplitude and the stress ratio on the fatigue failure of the ring mold under 4-,3-,and 2-roller designs were *** on the calculation of stress amplitude acting on the ring mold,the 4-roller design was chosen for having the smallest value of stress amplitude in this *** determining the main design parameters,a three-dimensional model of the ring mold pelletizer was established based on the Pro/Engineer software,and the model was transferred into ADAMS software through Mechanism/Pro which is a dedicated interface *** ADAMS software was used to run *** order to obtain the highest efficiency and the lowest power consumption,the optimal result was the 4-roller ***,a prototype of the ring mold pelletizer with four rollers was designed and manufactured for biomass fuel pellet *** stover biomass was used as material for experimental manufacturing of fuel *** and evaluation showed that the optimized pellet durability was 99.79%with ground corn stover particles passing a screen size of 1.97 mm,moisture content of 21.2%*** a material moisture conditioning time of 3.82 *** formed in the prototype ring mold pelletizer using corn stover had acceptable durability according to European standards.

This paper designed the self-insulation concrete block meeting the energy-saving standard in northeast severe cold zones and introduced the whole design process of this new self-insulation concrete block. The size of the block is 390mm*280mm*190mm. We designed 15 types of block altogether, used ANSYS finite element software to analyze the combined influence of thermal engineering, mechanics and unit weight, got the best block type Q3 and optimized it twice in mechanical property and thermal performance, made the load-carrying capacity of the self-insulation concrete block tend to be more reasonable, and improved the thermal performance at the same time.

In order to improve the performance and service life of the Leningrader seal of the Stirling engine piston rod,interference,pre-load and friction coefficient were taken as influencing factors,and the curved surface response method was adopted to reduce the contact stress of sealing surface and von Mises stress of the sealing sleeve as the response index,with the optimization goal of reducing wear and extending *** above three key parameters are analyzed and optimized,the influence of each parameter on the sealing performance and service life is obtained,and the best combination scheme of the three is *** results show that the interaction between pre-tightening force and interference fit has the greatest impact on contact *** interaction between interference fit and friction coeffi-cient has the most significant effect on von Mises *** optimized parameters can reduce the maximum contact stress and maximum von Mises stress of the sealing sleeve by 26.3%and 20.6%,respectively,under a media pressure of 5-9 *** bench verification shows that the leakage of the optimized sealing device in 12 h is reduced by 0.44 cc·min^(-1)(1 cc=1 cm^(3)).The wear rate of the sealing sleeve is 1.08%before optimization and 0.45%after optimization,indicating that the optimized parameters in this paper are effective.

In this paper,a design is presented for a high-speed,high-power motor for a four-legged robot actuator that was optimized using the weighted sum method(WSM)based on the Taguchi method,and the response surface method(RSM).First,output torque,torque constant,torque ripple,and efficiency were selected as objective functions for the optimized *** sampling method was implemented to use a mixed orthogonal array and the single response characteristics of each objective function were compared using the Taguchi ***,to consider the multi-response characteristic of the objective functions,WSM was ***,the 2D finite element analysis result of the RSM was compared with that using the ***,an experiment was carried out on the manufactured motor and the optimized model is presented here.

In Xinjiang,in the process of whole stalk harvesting of cotton stalks,there is a problem that the cotton stalks are easily pulled off,and there is an urgent need to develop flexible stalk-pulling *** literature,patent summary,and field research,it is found that domestic researchers have designed many kinds of machines for the problem of easy breaking of cotton stalks,but there is no flexible cotton stalk-pulling machine for the time *** this study,two flexible cotton stalk-pulling machines were intended to address the problem of easy breakage of cotton *** the basis of the first-generation machine,the design of the second-generation machine was *** order to further improve the operational performance of the flexible cotton stalks pulling tools,the operational mechanism of the core working parts of the tools was analyzed and a comparative test was done in a large *** and the comparative tests proved that improving the clamping working stroke s of the stalk-pulling components can effectively reduce the cotton stalks leakage *** using a flexible clamping process,a part of the deformation of cotton stalks can be transferred to the flexible *** a certain extent,the deformation length L of the contact surface between the cotton stalk and the stalk pulling part is reduced,and the deformation displacementΔy is correspondingly *** toughness of the cotton stalk is not significantly decreased and the cotton stalk does not break *** improved second-generation machine has a 3.67% to 3.79% lower cotton stalks leakage rate and a 5.65% to 6.30% lower cotton stalks breakage rate than the first-generation *** the land in Xinjiang is clay soil,soil bonding to cotton stalks pulling force F2 is larger,resulting in cotton stalks being more difficult to be pulled out of the machine at *** test proved that the improved second-generation implements had a significant improvement in the cotton stalk-pulling effect

A new anchor-siphon drainage combined method used for slope stabilization is proposed in this *** includes an anchoring section and a siphon drainage *** novelty of the anchor-siphon drainage combined method is the realization of the drainage and anchoring in the one inclined *** engineering cost of drilling and the resulting disturbance to the slope is *** validate the feasibility of the proposed method,a numerical method that combines the pore water pressure distribution after siphon drainage and the anchoring force of the anchoring section is used to evaluate the safety of the slope with the anchor-siphon drainage *** proposed method was illustrated and validated with the Hongpu Village landslide,in Tonglu County,Zhejiang Province,in *** with the common anchor bar with the same length in the anchoring section,the factor of safety(FOS)for Hongpu Village slope with anchorsiphon drainage is increased by *** calculation method of the optimal length ratio between the drainage section and the anchoring section and its influencing factors were *** the different design parameters,there is always an optimal length ratio of the drainage *** with the siphon drainage and full-length anchor bar with the same borehole length,the anchor-siphon drainage combined method shows better landslide prevention ***,when the optimized parameters with a bond strength of 560kPa,a borehole inclination of 35°,and no reduction in length are used,the calculated safety factor is 1.316,which is significantly higher than the FOS of 1.131 for the slope with siphon drainage.

In Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)guided intervention procedures,the flexibility and reliability of the mammary gland fixation device are important indicators for cnsuring the quality of *** paper presents a bionic flexible fixation system for MRI-guided breast biopsy,and establishes a mathematical model of the palm-type curved plate and a breast compression *** bending angle,eccentricity,and tightening stroke of the palm-type curved plate are considered the main influencing *** bending angle and eccentricity of the bionic palm-type curved plate and flexible fingers are optimized,and a prototype of the breast fixation system is *** experimental results show that when the external force is 10 N,the average repetitive accuracy of four lesion points is 0.71 mm,0.60 mm,0.63 mm,and 0.68 mm,*** the pressures are 8 N,10 N,and 12 N,the thickness of the compressed tissue is 76.27 mm,72.8 mm and 68.73 mm,*** has good repetitive accuracy and is compatible with the concept of flexible fixation that reduces the uncomfortable feeling of the human *** propose that by optimizing the flexible tightening mechanism,it is feasible to properly control the external compression force to effectively reduce the compression pain for patients while guaranteeing the tightening reliability in breast biopsy.
