The application and development of a wide-area measurement system(WAMS)has enabled many applications and led to several requirements based on dynamic measurement data.Such data are transmitted as big data information flow.To ensure effective transmission of wide-frequency electrical information by the communication protocol of a WAMS,this study performs real-time traffic monitoring and analysis of the data network of a power information system,and establishes corresponding network optimization strategies to solve existing transmission problems.This study utilizes the traffic analysis results obtained using the current real-time dynamic monitoring system to design an optimization strategy,covering the optimization in three progressive levels:the underlying communication protocol,source data,and transmission process.optimization of the system structure and scheduling optimization of data information are validated to be feasible and practical via tests.

The simulation of intercity population mobility helps to deepen the understanding of intercity population mobility and its underlying laws,which has great importance for epidemic prevention and control,social management,and even urban planning.There are many factors that affect intercity population mobility,such as socioeconomic attributes,geographical distance,and industrial structure.The complexity of the coupling among these factors makes it difficult to simulate intercity population mobility.To address this issue,we propose a novel method named the quantum harmonic oscillator model for simulation of intercity population mobility(QHO-IPM).QHO-IPM describes the intercity population mobility as being affected by coupled driving factors that work as a multioscillator-coupled quantum harmonic oscillator system,which is further transformed by the oscillation process of an oscillator,namely,the breaking point of intercity population mobility.The intercity population mobility among seven cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and its surrounding region is taken as an example for verifying the QHO-IPM.The experimental results show that(1)compared with the reference methods(the autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA)and long and short-term memory(LSTM)models),the QHO-IPM achieves better simulation performance regarding intercity population mobility in terms of both overall trend and mutation.(2)The simulation error in the QHO-IPM for different-level intercity population mobility is small and stable,which illustrates the weak sensitivity of the QHO-IPM to intercity population mobility under different structures.(3)The discussion regarding the influence degree of different driving factors reveals the significant“one dominant and multiple auxiliary”factor pattern of driving factors on intercity population mobility in the study area.The proposed method has the potential to provide valuable support for understanding intercity population mobility laws and related decision-making on intercity population mobility c

Under the background of the new era,higher requirements are put forward for colleges and universities to carry out teaching reform.Teachers of electrical automation control courses should update their teaching ideas regularly,innovate teaching methods,and take novel and effective measures to carry out related work.Because electrical automation control courses tend to be technology-oriented,teachers can help students consolidate basic knowledge.They should also focus on developing practical skills so students can easily adapt to future job positions.However,there are many problems in the actual teaching process,which hampers the improvement of the teaching quality to a certain extent.In view of this,this paper presents an in-depth exploration based on theories and practical experiences.It starts with an analysis of the current teaching status of electrical automation control courses in colleges and universities,followed by suggestions to improve them based on their characteristics and students’needs.

According to the global study achievements of the continuous prosperous development on renewable energy systems, the paper overviews the multi-source hybrid generation technologies and their satisfactory practicality in the application schemes primarily. Meanwhile, the evaluation approaches regarding relevant techno-economic indices are collected in detail. And the effectiveness of the optimization strategies concretely proposed by the relevant prominent researches is analyzed purposefully, which can precisely adjust the configuration and operation of renewable energy systems for the ideal payback. Ultimately, this review presents summarization, appraisal and prospect of the described approaches in the references.

Understanding of the charge storage mechanism of MnO_(2)-based aqueous zinc-ion batteries:Reaction processes and regulation strategies

Rapid decline of the battery SOH is one of key bottlenecks hindering further promotion and application of new energy vehicles（NEVs） in China.In order to improve battery SOH,this study focuses on electric passenger vehicle as the research object and proposes optimization strategies on the vehicle user behaviors.First,we calculate and compare the monthly average SOH decline level of on-board power batteries made of lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide（NCM） and lithium iron phosphate（LFP） cathode materials based on the big data of 525 electric passenger vehicles that operated for one year from the platform of Shanghai EVData.Second,we analyse the main factors affecting SOH.Combined with the investigations,14 indicators of vehicle use behaviors,such as the average vehicle speed and charging depth,which affect the SOH of power battery,are determined as input variables,and the prediction model of batteiy SOH is established based on Back propagation（BP） neural network.Third,we use the two-step clustering method to divide user behaviors into two categories,namely the private car mode and the online car-hailing mode.Finally,we propose optimization strategies on user behaviors for different battery types of vehicles respectively,followed by contirming the results via deploying the SOH prediction model.The results show that the proposed strategy is efficient on improving the SOH of the two cathode materials-based batteries under three scenarios,while their degree of improvement is different.

Though secondary aqueous Zn ion batteries(AZIBs)have been received broad concern in recent years,the development of suitable cathode materials of AZIBs is still a big challenge.The MnO_(2) has been deemed as one of most hopeful cathode materials of AZIBs on account of some extraordinary merits,such as richly natural resources,low toxicity,high discharge potential,and large theoretical capacity.However,the crystal structure diversity of MnO_(2) results in an obvious various of charge storage mechanisms,which can cause great differences in electrochemical performance.Furthermore,several challenges,including intrinsic poor conductivity,dissolution of manganese and sluggish ion transport dynamics should be conquered before real practice.This work focuses on the reaction mechanisms and recent progress of MnO_(2)-based materials of AZIBs.In this review,a detailed review of the reaction mechanisms and optimal ways for enhancing electrochemical performance for MnO_(2)-based materials is proposed.At last,a number of viewpoints on challenges,future development direction,and foreground of MnO_(2)-based materials of aqueous zinc ions batteries are put forward.This review clarifies reaction mechanism of MnO_(2)-based materials of AZIBs,and offers a new perspective for the future invention in MnO_(2)-based cathode materials,thus accelerate the extensive development and commercialization practice of aqueous zinc ions batteries.

Motion simulation of moorings using optimized LSTM neural network

Mooring arrays have been widely deployed in sustained ocean observation in high resolution to measure finer dynamic features of marine phenomena.However,the irregular posture changes and nonlinear response of moorings under the effect of ocean currents face huge challenges for the deployment of mooring arrays,which may cause the deviations of measurements and yield a vacuum of observation in the upper ocean.We developed a data-driven mooring simulation model based on LSTM(long short-term memory)neural network,coupling the ocean current with position data from moorings to predict the motion of moorings,including single-step output prediction and multi-step prediction.Based on the predictive information,the formation of the mooring array can be adjusted to improve the accuracy and integrity of measurements.Moreover,we proposed the cuckoo search(CS)optimization algorithm to tune the parameters of LSTM,which improves the robustness and generalization of the model.We utilize the datasets observed from moorings anchored in the Kuroshio Extension region to train and validate the simulation model.The experimental results demonstrate that the model can remarkably improve prediction accuracy and yield stable performance.Moreover,compared with other optimization algorithms,CS is more efficient and performs better in simulating the motion of moorings.

Electrochemical machining(ECM)is an economical and effective method for blisk manufacturing and includes two steps:channel machining and profile machining.The allowance distribution after the channel machining will directly affect the profile machining.Therefore,to improve the uniformity of allowance distribution in the machining of channels,a method that incorporates a variable feed rate mode is developed.During the machining process,the feed rates are dynamically changed according to the needs of the side gap at the different feed depths.As a result,the side gaps at the different feed depths vary,contributing to a decrease in the allowance difference.In this study,the dissolution processes of a blisk channel are simulated using different feed rates,and prediction profiles are obtained.Based on the prediction profiles,the relationship among the feed rate,feed depth,and side gap is established.Then,the feed rates at different feed depths are adjusted according to the relationship.In addition,contrast experiments are conducted.Compared with blisk channel ECM using a constant feed rate of 1 mm/min,using the variable feed rate decreases the allowance differences in the convex and concave parts by 62.2%and 67.4%,respectively.This indicates that using the variable feed rate in the ECM process for a blisk channel is feasible and efficient.
