In this paper, an optimal tracking control problem is solved for high-order heterogeneous multi-agent systems with time-varying interaction networks within the framework of reinforcement learning. First, the optimal tracking control problem is formulated as a leader-follower multi-agent system. Second, a policy iteration based adaptive dynamic programming（ADP） algorithm is proposed to compute the performance index and the control law. Furthermore, the convergence to the optimal solutions is analyzed for the proposed algorithm. Third, an actor-critic neural network is applied to approximate the iterative performance index function and the control law, which implement the policy iteration algorithm online without using the knowledge of the system dynamics. Finally, some simulation results are presented to demonstrate the proposed optimal tracking control strategy.

In order to implement the tracking control design towards concentrations of dissolved oxygen and nitrate nitrogen in wastewater treatment, a data-based iterative dual heuristic dynamic programming（DHP） method is established in this ***, the optimal tracking control problem is transformed into the optimal regulation problem. Then, the iterative adaptive dynamic programming strategy is introduced to solve the optimal control problem of the new system with the discount factor in the cost function, and the convergence analysis of the iterative algorithm is given. Furthermore, a new training approach is used to adjust the weights of the action and critic networks. Finally, the experimental simulation for a wastewater treatment plant is presented to verify the applicability of the proposed iterative DHP optimal tracking control method.

＜正＞It is shown in this paper that the successive approximation procedure simplifies computations of the optimal solution of a bilinear-quadratic optimal tacking control（OTC） *** bilinear system we study is affected by external *** the bases of the studies of Zijad and Hofer where the optimal solution has been obtained in the terms of a sequence of the differential equations,in the presented method only solutions of a sequence of the differential equations are required.A chemical reactor example is used to demonstrate the efficiency of the method.

An optimal tracking control problem for a class of nonlinear systems with guaranteed performance and asymmetric input constraints is discussed in this *** control policy is implemented by adaptive dynamic programming(ADP)algorithm under two event-based triggering *** is often challenging to design an optimal control law due to the system deviation caused by asymmetric input ***,a prescribed performance control technique is employed to guarantee the tracking errors within predetermined ***,considering the asymmetric input constraints,a discounted non-quadratic cost function is ***,in order to reduce controller updates,an event-triggered control law is developed for ADP *** that,to further simplify the complexity of controller design,this work is extended to a self-triggered case for relaxing the need for continuous signal monitoring by hardware *** employing the Lyapunov method,the uniform ultimate boundedness of all signals is proved to be ***,a simulation example on a mass–spring–damper system subject to asymmetric input constraints is provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

In the CABG surgery the robot dynamically cancels the relative motion between the point of interest （POI） on the beating heart and robotic instruments,such that the surgeon can operate as if the heart is *** to high bandwidth of the POI motion,the quick and precise tracking ability of the robot system is *** from other heart motion tracking system with only position measurement,our system had both position and acceleration measurement to achieve better tracking *** state analysis of the physical model of surgical robotic system offered us the possibility to decrease the tracking error by adding *** control algorithm based on the adaptive heart motion model employed the optimal tracking theory with Kalman Filter state estimation is *** result showing better tracking performance is achieved by the added acceleration measurement which provided pre-lead phase over position and more *** comparison tracking results with and without acceleration measurement which was experimented on 3D test bed Phantom robotics are reported.
