Modular organization is an important component of forming regional innovation system,but also an important engine of driving regional economic development and upgrading the industrial *** this paper,make the concept of optimal organizational unit model,establish a theoretical foundation for the integrated designation of organizational structure,analyzing cooperation conditions between optimal organization units through incomplete information dynamic game,and then we construct double-unit cooperation game model,after we educe that the technical cooperation innovation between units is related to investment returns,future earnings and trust *** that the organizations can adjusted their own function,enhance the innovation capability of units and the overall,making the organizations adapt to the needs of market and the times and achieving maximum benefit.
