An important effect of technological progress is the increasing replacement of manual labor by mental labor in productive and military operations. The variation of the operator's capabilities in cognition, judgment and decision-making has drawn much attention from operation management researchers. Monitoring and evaluation of these capabilities is especially significant in conditions such as long-time operation, operation with special properties and operation under special circumstances. The military power and economic power are both the key concerns for a nation. The military power depends not only on the weapon system, but also the operators' capabilities of manipulating the system. Similarly, the economic power is not only dependent on advanced machine system, but also the operational capability of the operators. Thus it has become a hot field of research and practice to monitor and assess the operator's physiological and psychological states online based on neural measurement technology, and then to give real time intervention, so as to reduce the occurrence of accidents and increase the operation performance.

＜正＞The service trade of information is one of the leading industries, which lead to the development of the world’s economy nowadays. If an enterprise expects to gain the advantage in the competition, it must appraise its service operation management performance scientifically and try to make it perform perfectly. We apply the grey cluster method on appraising the performance of the operation management so that to get a more reasonable and more scientific result.

Wind power can provide pollution free power, and occupies a considerable proportion in power grid, but because the wind speed and wind direction is changing, its operating conditions and the safety and reliability of the entire power grid is directly related. With the continuous improvement of the capacity of wind farms, the impact on the grid will become more and more obvious, reliable wind power grid control technology research becomes necessary. This paper studies the characteristics of decentralized wind power plant electrical system. Due to the small number of wind turbines and the lack of power distribution, the integrated design of wind turbine system is difficult to realize. Through the design of integrated control system, centralized control to achieve decentralized wind turbine operation. Based on the characteristics of decentralized power plant, decentralized wind power plant is directly connected with the power grid, the wind turbine is running independently, without centralized power flow control, distributed wind farm integrated control system design.

Kongquegou Artificial Aggregate Preparation System for the Xiaowan Hydropower Plant is the second largest of this type built in complicated geological conditions and narrow spaces in China. This system is large in capacity and synthetic in technology, representing high requirements for the quality and adjustability of finished aggregate. As limited by the field and geological conditions, the regulation capacity of all workshops is relatively small, which represents a high degree of difficulty in design, construction and operation management. As proven by operation over a year or so, the system is operating normally.

A multi-objective robust operation model is proposed in this paper for an electronic market enablexi supply chain consisting of multi-supplier and multi-customer with uncertain demands. Suppliers in this supply chain provide many kinds of products to different customers directly or through electronic market. Uncertain demands are described as a scenario set with certain probability;, the supply chain operation model is constructed by using the robust optimization method based on scenario analyses. The operation model we proposed is a multi-objective programming problem satisfying several conflict objectives, such as meeting the demands of all customers, minimizing the system cost, the availabilities of suppliers＇ capacities not below a certain level, and robustness of decision to uncertain demands. The results of numerical examples proved that the solution of the model is most conservative; however, it can ensure the robustness of the operation of the supply chain effectively.
