In China, the online payment for the online shopping is usually on the platform of the banks. It makes the buyer have to do shopping in one platform （the online store） and to pay in another （the online payment platform provided by the bank）. In this condition, it has the probability that the buyer’s payment state information is lost. This makes the article selected by the buyer in an uncertain state. Based on the analysis of this issue, solutions are proposed that can solve this problem.

Through analyzing the security problems which exist in general on-line payment systems,this paper proposes a scheme based on WPKI（Wireless Public Key Infrastructure）and further designs and implements a gas station on-line payment *** using WPKI technology which includes SSL（Secure Sockets Layer）protocol,digital signature and digital certificate,the designed on-line payment system can achieve data privacy,authenticity,integrity and non-repudiation during on-line payment process.

online Shopping A Block to E-commerce

The rapid growth oflnternet technology development has made Chinese consumers search for products over the Internet and purchase products or services from Web-retailers. E-commerce is growing to represent an increasing share of overall sale avenue, and online shopping is expected to continue growing for foreseeable future. As such, it is vital to identify the performance of shopping online and investigate the effects that shopping online has on *** methods used in this study are consulting some authentic materials and looking into some cases in point. It is found that shopping online has so many disadvantages, such as credit crisis, the insecurity of e-bank, express problem, a series of relevant law problems, limited payment options and so *** of these limitations, shopping online has interfered with e-commerce. Overall, shopping online is more or less a bar to e-commerce.
