Based on the social exchange theory,this study aims to reveal the influence of benefit and cost factors on users’ specific knowledge sharing intention in online health communities,and further explore the moderating effect of sense of *** structural equation model was used to test the hypothesis model based on 302 online health community users’ *** found a significant positive effect of perceived worth on specific knowledge sharing *** results also show that expected benefits（e.g.,reciprocity,reputation,emotional support and companionship） and executional costs indirectly affect the specific knowledge sharing intention by weighting perceived *** sense of belonging differentially moderates the effect of perceived worth on specific knowledge sharing intention and the effect of executional costs on perceived worth.

As the global demand for healthcare services continues to grow,improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare ecosystem has become a pressing *** systems are transforming the healthcare delivery process,shifting the focus of healthcare services from passive disease treatment to proactive health prevention and the healthcare management model from hospital-centric to *** study focuses on reviewing research in IS journals on the topic of e-health and is dedicated to constructing a theoretical model of intelligent health to provide a research basis for future discussions in this *** addition,as the innovation of intelligent healthcare services has led to changes in its elements(e.g.,an increase in the number of stakeholders),there is an urgent need to sort out and analyze the existing research.
