The fall in international oil prices,which began in the second half of 2014,had a severe impact on the economy of Saudi Arabia,and the country began to adjust its economic development *** main contents include:changes in the allocation of resources from reliance on government intervention to reliance on the dominance of market;government revenue shifts from dependence on oil revenues to expansion of non-oil revenues;industrial structural changes from excessive dependence on oil economy to diversification in the field of new energy and mining;enterprise ownership structure changes from nationalization to privatization;source of investment funds shifting from basically relying on domestic investment to paying attention to foreign investment;labor and employment change from relying on foreign workers to a trend of localization in Saudi *** priorities in the economic development if Saudi Arabia with the key areas of the“one belt and one road”Initiative,energy security,cooperation capacity,infrastructure and finance are the most promising fields in bilateral economic cooperation.

"one belt and one road" is a signifi cant move of China to further deepen reform and opening up and improve economic development, and also a key working point of the future national development. This paper, on the basis of study on "one belt and one road" strategy and current situation of green tourism in Jiangxi, proposed that green tourism in Jiangxi could integrate into the construction of "one belt and one road" from the four perspectives of information flow, cultural flow, traffic flow and regional collaboration flow, which contributed to the implementation of national strategies, promoted green tourism development of Jiangxi, and showed the "exceptionally beautiful scenes" of Jiangxi.

This paper employs a cluster approach to study the trade relationships among one belt and one road country through 30 characters concerned by *** show that these countries can be divided into three main parts,and PC A are carried out,which hints to a core-periphery structure in these ***,highly-interconnected trade clusters results are compared with domain expert methods published in *** can be seen that;rich countries display more similarity and are more *** most important factor for measuring level of cooperation between OBOR country with China is "Investment situation from Asian Investment Bank",then,"Bilateral currency swaps","Local currency interchange liquidation" are the main factors for measuring level of *** results reported proposed here are more reasonable than most of results published recently（such as that of national information center of China）.Finally,some discussions were proposed on this *** results are helpful for finding a better way to further promote free and inclusive trade under BRI and for constructing a more prosperous country relationship.

This paper describes the development and optimization plans for the China Railway Express(CR Express).As a new type of international land transport organization,CR Express has emerged with the continuous expansion of China toward European investment and trade,and in particular,has expanded with the continuous progress of the one belt and one road(OBOR)*** addition to improving the service quality of CR Express,the operating costs must be reduced for developing“smart railways”that serve“smart cities”.We propose a dualobjective-based function mathematical optimization model;the satisfaction of the cargo owner is considered,and the timeliness,transportation capacity,and goods category constraints of CR Express transportation are ***,we present the normalized equivalent method of the two-objective function of the ***,a case study is conducted against the background of certain trains in the western corridor of CR Express to validate the effectiveness of the model and research methods proposed in this study.

Navigation satellite systems are the symbols of states’hard power,and so are the assets of science and technology *** the new era,the structure of great powers’navigation satellite systems is characterized by“one superpower”(the US GPS),“multi-pillars”(EU’s Galileo,Russian GLONASS and Chinese Beidou),and“multi-centers”(Indian regional navigation satellite system and Japanese quasi zenith navigation satellite system).Beidou is of great significance to promoting“one belt and one road”Initiative in the Arab world,and the essential measures to deepen the strategic partnership between China and the Arab League in inter-connectivity;it will also be an essential step for Beidou’s“going global”strategy in the long *** implementation of Beidou’s projects in the Arab world is confronted with four dimensions of challenges of political,security,judicial and socio-cultural *** implementation follows an incremental principle,choose pivotal states,create a radiation effect,which will lay a foundation for Beidou to open the West Asian and African market in the years to come.

New Silk road Economic belt has an important strategic significance for European and Asian economic integration, which is a concept that formed on the ancient Silk road and is about of contemporary economic and trade cooperation. The focus of New Silk road Economic belt integration strategy implementation is the energy integration. The key areas in energy development are electricity, oil and gas. This article analyzes the opportunities and challenges for the power equipment manufacturing enterprises, power generation enterprises and electric grid enterprises on the New Silk road Economic belt. This article also emphasizes the importance of seizing the development opportunities and strengthening the international power cooperation.
