This paper focuses on observer-based controller design for a class of fractional-order nonlinear systems with Markovian jump, which can be approximated by using fractional-order T-S fuzzy model with Markovian jump. based on parallel-distributed-compensation（PDC） scheme, the model-dependent observer and observer-based fuzzy controller are designed. Moreover, the multiplicative sensor noise over the measurement output is considered, the mutual independent random variables are introduced to govern the phenomena. A model-dependent Lyapunov function is proposed, by using the matrix singular value decomposition method（SVD）, sufficient conditions in form of LMIs are obtained to guarantee the closed-loop fuzzy system is stochastically stable. Finally, an example demonstrates the effectiveness of the new design techniques.

This article concerns a coupled LMIs approach to delay-dependent observer-based output feedback stabilizing controller design for linear continuous-time systems with multiple state delays. The advantage of our proposed delay-dependent coupled LMIs criterion lies in that: ( 1 ) it can optimize one of multiple time delays with others selected properly, and at the same time, the feedback-gain and observer-gain can be obtained, respectively. (2) it is less conservative than the existing delay-independent ones in the literature. Algorithm to solve the coupled LMIs is also given. Numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of our method. This paper investigates the problem of path tracking control for autonomous ground vehicles(AGVs),where the input saturation,system nonlinearities and uncertainties are ***,the nonlinear path tracking system is formulated as a linear parameter varying(LPV)model where the variation of vehicle velocity is taken into ***,considering the noise effects on the measurement of lateral offset and heading angle,an observer-based control strategy is proposed,and by analyzing the frequency domain characteristics of the derivative of desired heading angle,a finite frequency H_∞index is proposed to attenuate the effects of the derivative of desired heading angle on path tracking ***,sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee robust H_∞performance of the path tracking system,and the calculation of observer and controller gains is converted into solving a convex optimization ***,simulation examples verify the advantages of the control method proposed in this paper.

Microgrid has emerged as an answer to growing demand for distributed generation(DG) in power systems. It contains several DG units including microalternator, photovoltaic system and wind generation. It turns out that sustained operation relies on the stability of these constituent systems. In this paper, a microgrid consisting of microalternator and photovoltaic system is modeled as a networked control system of systems(So S)subjected to packet dropouts and delays. Next, an observerbased controller is designed to stabilize the system in presence of the aforementioned communication constraints and simulation results are provided to support the control design methodology.

This paper investigates the problem of observer-based H∞ control of discrete-time systems with redundant ***, a redundant channel is considered to increase the probability of successfully delivering measurements over the network,and two mutually independent Bernoulli sequences are used to describe the packet dropouts phenomena in the main channel and the redundant channel. Then by constructing a Lyapunov functional, the sufficient condition is obtained to guarantee the closedloop networked system is stochastically stable with a prescribed H∞ performance. Meanwhile, an observer-based controller is designed by solving a strict linear matrix inequality on the basis of employing the singular value decomposition ***, a simulation example is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The problem of guaranteed cost observer-based controller design for a class of singular systems time-delay with uncertainties is investigated. The design method of guaranteed cost observer-based controller is given. based on linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, sufficient conditions for the existence of guaranteed cost observer-based state feedback control law and corresponding guaranteed cost performance index are obtained by constructing generalized Lyapunov function. It makes that the closed-loop system is robust stable.

This paper provides a linear matrix inequality(LMI)approach to delay-dependent observer-based stabilizing and H controller design for linear state-delayed *** resulted delay-dependent criteria for the existence of controllers are presented by two independent LMIs via constructing a proper Lyapunov *** benefits of the proposed method lie in:(1)The feedback-gain and the observer-gain can be computed simultaneously;(2)The delay-bound or the H per-formance bound can be optimized;(3)The result obtained is less conservative than the previous work existing in the literature.A numerical example illustrates the potentiality of our claim.
