In this paper, we conduct research on development outline of contemporary art of Chinese sports under the background of differences between Chinese and western culture. The development of any industry must experience the formation, growth, maturity and decline of the industry life cycle. Its period in the entire industry by the proportion of growth, the sports industry is no exception. But due to the particularity of the Chinese system, China’s sports industry life cycle has its particularity. Technology, is the carrier of knowledge talent, technology, knowledge of competition, is essentially talent competition while the country is increasing investment in sports industry, scientifi c research, education, strengthen the training of management personnel, to improve the quality of sports market management. Therefore, we propose the novel idea on the issues that is meaningful.

The initial point and edge are first determined, the subsequent edges on contour are searched by comparing the angles formed by vectors of the candidate edges and the reference vector, repeat this process until the searched edges are closed. The bi-directional list is adopted to store graphic data. Data structure for storing the point and graphic entity is also discussed.

《科学大纲》(The outline of Science)是英国生物学家、博物学家兼科普作家John Arthur Thomson(1861—1933年)主编的高级科普巨著,于20世纪20年代由商务印书馆出版,是民国时期科学传播研究的典型案例。本文以《科学大纲》、其英文原著以及当时的评论文章为研究对象,考察了英文原著的科学传播理念,以及《科学大纲》在中国的传播及影响。研究表明,《科学大纲》的翻译、售价并不能令当时的读者满意,对传播产生了一定影响;另外,当时将传播重点放在了汤姆生强调的科学的趣味性方面,对于科学的认知方式以及科学的动态发展等方面传播不足。
