超声诊断、超声理疗和超声外科等方面已有广泛的研究.但是,超声对肝细胞的作用除国外有少数报导以外,国内关于这一方面的研究甚少.为了研究超声作用下肝细胞坏死前的超微结构变化,作者进行了聚焦超声辐照在体大白鼠肝的实验. 1 材料和方法实验用健康雄性大白鼠24只,为同一品系,体重200～250克,随机分为四组.组一、三为实验组,组二、四为对照组.四组动物均以乙醚麻醉,常规外科手术切开腹壁,暴露肝脏.实验组以强度5W/cm~2,频率1.06MHz的聚焦超声辐照肝的中叶尖端3分钟.对照组作同样处理,唯独不启动超声源,也称为“假”照射.组一、二和三、四“真”“假”照射分别在宰杀

The integration of renewable generation and energy storage in the power system has significant potential to mitigate undesirable characteristics of the power output such as intermittency and variability, as well as to increase total profits. However,since each generation part and the energy storage owner typically optimize the planning capacity based on their individual gains,it’s challenging to get the system’s optimal planning decision. This paper proposes a cooperative game based model to size shared energy storage for centralized wind and solar generation. We define the value of energy coalitions as the additional profits and allocate the profits of each player according to nucleous of the cooperative game. An iterative method is put forward to calculate the optimal robust capacity of each participant when the objection is to find the highest value of Rate of Return（RoR）,considering uncertainty sets of wind speed. Finally, numerical results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method and the optimal robust capacities of the generators and the energy storage in this cooperative game based model are also obtained.
