For nonlinear continuous-time switched systems,the problem ofhowto overcome the controller vulnerability is studied when the saturating actuator is *** sufficient condition of non-fragile stabilisation of the system is derived by using the method of multiple Lyapunov ***,a switching law and the non-fragile state feedback controllers are designed such that the closed-loop system can be asymptotically stabilised at the ***,when some scalar parameters of the closed-loop system are given,the design issue of the non-fragile state feedback controllers and the switching law,which aim at enlarging the estimation of domain of attraction for closed-loop system,is transformed into a convex optimisation issue with linear matrix inequalities(LMI)constraints,and a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper presents a study on the problem of non-fragile state feedback H-infinity controller design for linear discrete-time systems with quantized signals. The quantizers considered here are dynamic and time-varying. With the consideration of controller gain variations and quantized signals at the same time, a new non-fragile H-infinity control strategy is proposed with updating quantizer＇s parameters, such that the quantized closed-loop system is asymptotically stable and with a prescribed H-infinity performance bound. An example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

This paper is concerned with the non-fragile robust model predictive control（MPC） for a class of polytopic uncertain systems with packet dropouts.A novel system with respect to non-fragile controller and packet dropouts is investigated by MPC approach.A non-fragile controller is adopted with hope to deal with the controller perturbations and deviations,which might be a potential factor for system dynamic performance deterioration and ***,a sufficient stability criterion is presented by using stochastic analysis and Lyapunov-like function approach,meanwhile,the corresponding control law and the upper bound of the quadratic cost function are derived by solving an optimization subject to the convex ***,some simulation examples are employed to show the effectiveness of the method.

This paper considers the problem of delay-dependent non-fragile H∞control for a class of linear systems with interval time-varying delay. Based on the direct Lyapunov method, an appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional(LKF) with triple-integral terms and augment terms is introduced. Then, by using the integral inequalities and convex combination technique, an improved H∞performance analysis criterion and non-fragile H∞controller are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs), which can be easily solved by using standard numerical packages. At last, two numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.

This job focuses on the stroke regulation of a class of high-precision metering pumps.A parametertuning method of robust non-fragile PID（proportional-integral-derivative）controllers is proposed with the assumption that a PID controller has additive gain *** H-infinite robust PID controller can be obtained by solving a linear matrix *** approach can guarantee that the closed-loop control systems is asymptotically stable and the H-infinite norm of the transfer function from the disturbance to the output of a controlled system is less than a given constant to attenuate *** simulation case shows that the control performance of the proposed strategy is significantly better than the traditional PID approach in the situation with perturbations of controller parameters.

This paper is concerned with the design problem of non-fragile controller for a class of two-dimensional (2-D) discrete uncertain systems described by the Roesser model. The parametric uncertainties are assumed to be norm-bounded. The aim of this paper is to design a memoryless non-fragile state feedback control law such that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable for all admissible parameter uncertainties and controller gain variations. A new linear matrix inequality (LMI) based sufficient condition for the existence of such controllers is established. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the applicability of the proposed method.

This paper addresses the problem of non-fragile H filter design for two-dimensional systems. This filter has interval-type gain variation, which means that it cannot be fully performed. Firstly, by Finslers’ lemma, the nonfragile filter design has been formulated as a robust convex optimization problem, which is solved by the classic vertex algorithm. It should be noticed that, for high dimensional systems, the number of LMIS involved is so large that it may be over the processing capacity of Matlab LMI Toolbox. To solve this difficulty, an efficient randomized algorithm is proposed. This algorithm can reduce the number of LMI conditions significantly. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper studies the non-fragile H∞ filtering for Markov jump systems with incomplete transition probabilities and intermittent measurements. The transition probabilities are assumed to be known, uncertain but with accessible bounds and completely unknown. The missing measurement among the plant and the filter is described by a stochastic variable following the Bernoulli random binary distribution. Resorting to Lyapunov theory, sufficient conditions for the designed filter with normbounded uncertainties are formed in a set of linear matrix inequalities. Then the closed-loop filtering error system is guaranteed to be stochastically stable with prescribed H∞ ***, simulations show the validity of the proposed method.
