Employing the Pekeris-type approximation to deal with the pseudo-centrifugal term,we analytically study the pseudospin symmetry of a Dirac nucleon subjected to equal scalar and vector modified Rosen-Morse potential including the spin-orbit coupling term by using the nikiforov-uvarov method and supersymmetric quantum mechanics approach.The complex eigenvalue equation and the total normalized wave functions expressed in terms of Jacobi polynomial with arbitrary spin-orbit coupling quantum number k are presented under the condition of pseudospin symmetry.The eigenvalue equations for both methods reproduce the same result to affirm the mathematical accuracy of analytical calculations.The numerical solutions obtained for different adjustable parameters produce degeneracies for some quantum number.

An approximate analytical solution of the Dirac equation is obtained for the ring-shaped Woods-Saxon potential within the framework of an exponential approximation to the centrifugal term. The radial and angular parts of the equation are solved by the nikiforov-uvarov method. The general results obtained in this work can be reduced to the standard forms already present in the literature.

We consider the effects of quantum dot radius,confinement potential depth and controllable effective mass on the optical rectification coefficient(ORC)in spherical quantum dots,which is confined with Modified Kratzer-Coulomb Potential(MKCP).Using the nikiforov-uvarov method and compact density matrix theory,the ground state energy,ORC and wave function of electrons under the combined action of many factors are calculated.The results show that they affect the optical rectification response from different angles,including the position of peak and formant.

We study the effects of the perpendicular magnetic and Aharonov-Bohm （AB） flux fields on the energy levels of a two-dimensional （2D） Klein Gordon （KG） particle subjected to an equal scalar and vector pseudo-harmonic oscillator （PHO）. We calculate the exact energy eigenvalues and normalized wave functions in terms of chemical potential param- eter, magnetic field strength, AB flux field, and magnetic quantum number by means of the nikiforov uvarov （NU） method. The non-relativistic limit, PHO, and harmonic oscillator solutions in the existence and absence of external fields are also obtained.

Relativistic symmetries of the Dirac equation under spin and pseudo-spin symmetries are investigated and a combina- tion of Deng-Fan and Eckart potentials with Coulomb-like and Yukawa-like tensor interaction terms are considered. The energy equation is obtained by using the nikiforov-uvarov method and the corresponding wave functions are expressed in terms of the hypergeometric functions. The effects of the Coulomb and Yukawa tensor interactions are numerically discussed as well.

The development of potential theory heightens the understanding of fundamental interactions in quantum systems.In this paper,the bound state solution of the modified radial Klein–Gordon equation is presented for generalised tanh-shaped hyperbolic potential from the nikiforov–uvarov method.The resulting energy eigenvalues and corresponding radial wave functions are expressed in terms of the Jacobi polynomials for arbitrary l states.It is also demonstrated that energy eigenvalues strongly correlate with potential parameters for quantum states.Considering particular cases,the generalised tanh-shaped hyperbolic potential and its derived energy eigenvalues exhibit good agreement with the reported findings.Furthermore,the rovibrational energies are calculated for three representative diatomic molecules,namely H2,HCl and O2.The lowest excitation energies are in perfect agreement with experimental results.Overall,the potential model is displayed to be a viable candidate for concurrently prescribing numerous quantum systems.

By applying an appropriate Pekeris approximation to deal with the centrifugal term, we present an approximate systematic solution of the two-body spinless Salpeter （SS） equation with the Woods-Saxon interaction potential for an arbitrary/-state. The analytical semi-relativistic bound-state energy eigenvalues and the corresponding wave functions are calculated. Two special cases from our solution are studied： the approximated SchrSdinger- Woods-Saxon problem for an arbitrary/-state and the exact s-wave （l=0）.

We examine the profile of second harmonic generation(SHG)for GaAs/GaAlAs spherical quantum dots(QDs)of Woods-Saxon(WS)plus attractive inversely quadratic(AIQ)potential under the joint influence of additional factors(pressure and temperature)and structural parameters(strengths and radius).The energies and wave functions in GaAs/GaAlAs spherical QDs under WS-AIQ limiting potential are calculated using the parametric nikiforov-uvarov(NU)method.Depending on the calculated energies and corresponding wave functions,the SHG coefficient is examined by the iterative procedure in the density matrix method for this system.Finally,the calculated results display that a strong SHG coefficient response,and red shift or blue shift energy can be acquired by adjusting parameters.
