To clarify the internal mechanism of the influence of the aging population and the new generation on housing prices is helpful to scientifically analyze and predict the trend of housing prices and the aging population and the new *** paper uses the intergenerational overlap model of the two periods as the theoretical basis,and uses the provincial panel data from 1998 to 2018 to study the impact of the elderly population and the new generation on the price fluctuations of commercial *** results of the study show that on the whole,both the aging population and the new generation have promoted the rise in commodity housing ***,the regional heterogeneity is *** aging population has the most significant impact on housing price increases in developed and general developed areas,and has no significant impact on housing price increases in other *** new generation has a negative impact on housing prices in backward areas and a positive impact on housing prices in other *** further,using the ARIMA model to predict housing prices in the next 10 years,it is concluded that housing prices will show a slow upward trend in the next 10 ***,the government can ensure the stable development of the real estate market by revitalizing the second-hand housing market and implementing housing projects.

The massive scale of new-generation rural-urban migrants in China has attracted extensive scholarly attention in recent *** previous studies on China’s rural migrant workers focus on migrants’settlement intentions,migrants’family migration decision-making and the intergenerational differences between the old-generation migrants and new-generation migrants are *** on the data of the 2017 China Migrants Dynamic Survey,this paper adopts a multilevel logistic regression approach to explore family and destination factors influencing the family migration decisions of China’s new generation of rural migrant *** empirical results reveal that both the migrants’family and destination attributes significantly influence their family migration *** demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of the family have been pivotal factors underlying the family migration decision of China’s new generation rural-urban migrants,while 16.9%of the chances are explained by between-destination ***-employed migrants with housing properties in host cities,long migration duration and high-income levels are more likely to migrate with their family ***,the possibility of family migration is found to be significantly and negatively correlated with the age,education level,number of children and inter-provincial mobility of the new generation of migrant *** addition,new-generation rural-urban migrants’family migration is more likely to be found in cities with service-oriented industry structures,better environmental quality,and higher hukou barriers which is possibly related to more job *** research findings not only complement the existing literature on China’s new generation of rural urban migrants,but also have important policy implications for reforming the hukou system and enhancing social integration of the rural-to-urban migrant population.

Development of new-generation space-borne rubidium clock

Palestinian Culture of Identity： 1948 Palestinians

Beijing Institute of Radio Metrology and Measurement began to develop space-borne rubidium clocks from 2000. As one of the manufacturers of space-borne rubidium clocks, the institute had delivered more than 10 products to a satellite system of China until 2011, greatly supporting the construction of the satellite system. This paper summarizes the design features and performances of its previous products. The institute started to develop the new-generation space-borne rubidium clock in 2011. By using a series of new techniques, a prototype has been built. Compared to the previous products, the performance of the prototype is greatly improved. This paper also discusses the main differences between the previous and current products, both in design and in performance.

Write down： I am an Arab! This powerful proclamation is an extract from a poem composed by the eminent and late Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish. His instructive and proud words were the initial spark that challenged to respond to the question of the suppressed identity of Palestinian Arabs in Israel. This study will attempt to explore the cultural representation of identity for generations of Palestinian young men and women who were born and lived in Israel but remain culturally repressed and silenced by the hegemonic forces. Identity has been a controversial issue in the mind of every Palestinian ever since the 1948 ＂Al-Nakbah＂.2 This study will attempt to comprehend and analyze the multiple ways in which different generations of 1948 Palestinians identified themselves within their societies. While studying the Arabs of Israel3 one notices that their cultural and intellectual productions （poetry and literature） reflect aspects of the conflicts they endured. Confusion and contradictory feelings permeate their psyches as they attended Israeli schools and spoke Hebrew as their official language. This paper will explore the literary heritage of two generations of 1948 Palestinians： the writings of Palestinians of 1948 who were born before Al-Nakbah （living within the borders of Israel today）. Those include poems, plays and novels. It will also explore the writings of the younger generation of 1948 Palestinians （born and raised after the Al-Nakbah and considered to be the new generation of Israeli Arabs）. A critical analysis will identify how these two generations of Palestinian writers dealt with the contradictions of living inside Israeli society that did not acknowledge them as the indigenous inhabitants of the land. Their translation of their sense of belonging within their literary works will be evident and how they dealt with the conflict of being simultaneously Israeli Arab as well as Palestinian. Due to the complexity of installations and connections of subsea production equipment and the massive structures involved in a challenging environment,the failure of subsea production equipment could induce enormous loss to the safety and reliability of structures in addition to the cost of the oilfield *** of the challenges that the subsea production structures face,as it moves to ultra-deep water and polar underwater equipment,is to design subsea shell structures capable of withstanding high external ***,a subsea function chamber(SFC)has been lately proposed as a viable solution,which has a high level of safety and reliability,and a technique for the subsea production *** paper presents a general and efficient buckling and collapse analysis *** this work,the SFC is composed of cylindrical and hemispherical shaped steel *** imperfection-based nonlinear buckling analysis has been carried out to investigate the buckling and risks associated with different thicknesses of the *** and nonlinear static buckling analyses have been carried out using ABAQUS *** introducing the nonlinear properties of materials,the nonlinear numerical model of SFC is *** effects of the thickness of differentmodels and the number of stiffeners on the bucklingmodes are *** wall thickness is calculated by the Donnell equation and Timoshenko’s classical *** has been found that the classical solutions given by the Donnell and Timoshenko equations are more accurate for structures with larger lengths and *** thickness and number of stiffeners have a great influence on the ultimate buckling external pressure load of SFC structure.

中国农村地区家庭禀赋对个人的行为决策有着重要的影响，需要学术界予以更多的关注。为了考察外生性的家庭禀赋对劳动力就业流动的影响，文章通过构建新生代外出务工劳动力和户主子女的回流决策两个计量模型来进行经验论证。分析结果表明，农村劳动力的迁移选择是综合考虑家庭禀赋状况的理性决策，尤其是对于年轻一代的外出劳动力。家庭经济资本的增加会阻碍家庭外出务工成员的回流。外出劳动力回流的概率起初随着家庭人力资本和家庭自然资本的增长而上升，达到一定程度后开始下降。家庭成员只有拥有较为丰富的人力资本，外出务工劳动力才能对家庭社会资本加以充分利用。另外，分析显示年轻一代劳动力和第一代劳动力对家庭社会资本和自然资本的利用是有差异的。
