Maintenance is an important aspect in the lifecycle of communication network.*** problems in the maintenance of communication network. include inconvenient data carrying and sub-optimal scheduling of work orders,which significantly restrict the efficiency of maintenance ***,most maintenance systems are still based on cloud architectures that slow down data *** a focus on the completion time,quality,and load balancing of maintenance work,we propose in this paper a learning-based virus evolutionary genetic algorithm with multiple quality-ofservice(QoS)constraints to implement intelligent scheduling in an edge *** algorithm maintains the diversity of the population and improves the speed of convergence using a fitness function and a learning-based population generation *** test results demonstrate that the algorithm delivers good performance in terms of load balancing and QoS *** also propose a knowledge push algorithm based on a context model for intelligently pushing relevant knowledge according to the given *** simulation results demonstrate that our scheme can improve the efficiency of on-site maintenance.

The dynamics behavior of a synthetic gene network.controlled by random noise is investigated using a model proposed recently. The phenomena of noise induced oscillation (NIO) of the protein concentrations and internal signal stochastic resonance (SR) are studied by com-puter simulation. We also find that there exists an optimal noise intensity that can most favor the occurrence of effective oscillation (EO). Finally we discuss the potential constructive roles of SR on gene expression systems.

A novel compound (NH4)2Y(H2O)8[PMo10V2O40]·10H2O has been prepared in an aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and TG-DTG analysis. X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out on (NH4)2Y(H2O)8 [PMo10V2O40]·10H2O single crystal, which crystallizes in the monoclinic system of a space group P21/C with a=0.9871(3) nm,b=1.5424(5) nm,c=2.7924(9) nm,β=94.183(5)°and Z=2. In the compound, a two-dimensional network.is constructed by the PMo10V2O405- anion and the Y(H2O)83+ cation building blocks via hydrogen bonding exhibiting the porous structure.

A novel two-dimensional network.manganese(Ⅱ) polymer complex [Mn(O2CCH2CI)2-(phen)]n has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The crystal structure of title complex has also been determined, which is in monoclinic of a space group P21/c with the following unit cell parameters at 294K: a=1.9738(4) nm, b =1.1384(2) nm, c =0.74915(14) nm, V =1.6795(5) nm3, Z= 2.

Star sensor is an avionics instrument used toprovide the absolute 3-axis attitude of a spacecraft by utiliz-ing star observations. The key function is to recognize theobserved stars by comparing them with the reference cata-logue. Autonomous star pattern recognition requires thatsimilar patterns can be distinguished from each other with a small training set. Therefore, a new method based on neural network.technology is proposed and a recognition systemcontaining parallel backpropagation (BP) multi-subnets isdesigned. The simulation results show that the method per-forms much better than traditional algorithms and the pro-posed system can achieve both higher recognition accuracyand faster recognition speed.

A new method is proposed to combine the network.method with electromegnetic field numerical method. It can be used to calculate the generalized network.parameters for discontinuities in waveguide with arbitrary boundaries including multi-medium problems. It provides good convergence and needs less computing time and a small memory space. This method can be applied to microwave and millimetre-wave circuit design and calculations.

A new neuron model with a tunable activation function, denoted by the TAF model, and its application are addressed. The activation function as well as the connection weights of the neuron model can be adjusted in the training process The two-spiral problem was used as an example to show how to deduce the adjustable activation function required, and how to construct and train the network.by the use of the a priori knowledge of the problem. Due to the incorporation of constraints known a priori into the activation function, many novel aspects are revealed, such as small network.size, fast learning and good performances. It is believed that the introduction of the new neuron model will pave a new way in ANN studies.

Common sense processing has been the key difficulty in Al community. Through analyzing various research methods on common sense, a large-scale agent-oriented commonsense knowledge base is described in this paper. We propose a new type of agent——CBS agent, specify common sense oriented semantic network.descriptive language-Csnet, augment Prolog for common sense, analyze the ontology structure, and give the execution mechanism of the knowledge base.

network.d control system is new hot-point in control engineering. A new delayed model for network.d control systems is presented, based on which an LQR controller is designed. A method of delays estimation online is also given. For the difficulty on implementation of LQR in NCSs with time-variant delays, the Mamdani intelligent logic with LQR controller is addressed. The stability of the network.d control system is also given. Simulation results prove that the novel controller can make the system stable and robustly preserve the performance in terms of time-variant delays.
