This paper considers the problem of delay-dependent stability conditions for a class of nonlinear T-S fuzzy systems with time-varying *** on lyapuonv-krasovskii functional and utilizing linear matrix inequality（LMI） approach,sufficient conditions are present to guarantee the closed-loop system to be robust *** then we check H performance of this ***,a numerical example is provided to show the effectiveness of my method.

This paper studied the robust H ∞ stochastic stability problem of nonlinear stochastic network control system containing time-varying delay. There are two kinds of time delays researched here. One is a constant delay in controlled object,another is a network-induced delay which is a variable time delay occurring when the sensors, controllers, and actuators of the network control system exchange data through the network. This paper concerned the parameter uncertainties and employed the improved free weighting matrix（IFWM） method to obtain the less conservative robust H ∞ stochastic stability criterion of the system in this paper. A numerical example is given to illustrate the suitability of the method proposed in this paper.

This paper is concerned with the H state estimation problem for hybrid-triggered networked control systems(NCSs) with stochastic nonlinearity and quantization. In order to establish a higher utilization of the network resources,a hybrid-triggered transmission scheme(HTTS) and measurement size reduction scheme are introduced. Firstly, the HTTS is presented such that the signal can be transmitted according to the law, and the measurement size reduction scheme, i.e., the quantization is applied. Then, considering the effect of HTTS and quantization, the original NCSs model is reformulated as a new hybrid-triggered state estimation systems with communication delay. By using Lyapunov functional method and linear matrix inequality technique, sufficient conditions for system stability with a prescribed H performance level are established, and the design of state estimator and hybrid trigger parameters can be ***, a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Synchronization of directed complex networks has been extensively studied in the previous two decades due to its potential applications in the real world practices. To reveal and analyze the inherent mechanism of global synchronization in the complex networks with directed topologies, this paper attempts to developing a novel synchronization approach by using algebraic connectivity and PI control protocols. First, we studied the distributed PI control for synchronization in directed strongly connected networks and obtained some sufficient conditions to guarantee the networks reach global ***, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical results.

This paper is concerned with the dynamic output feedback Hcontrol problem for networked control systems with random consecutive packet dropouts,where the random consecutive packet dropouts from the sensor to the controller and from the controller to the actuator are considered simultaneously.A novel random consecutive packet dropouts model is proposed,and by using this model,the system performance is *** dynamic output feedback controller is designed to stabilize the closed-loop system with a prescribed Hperformance *** example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
