***,a perennial evergreen herbaceous plant,is mainly distributed in the northeast of China,including Shengshan,Jiagedaqi,Tahe,Wuying,Xinlin,Wudalianchi and ***,because of its function of slowing down ageing and boosting immunity,it was used as a kind of tea called Lu shou cha for daily drinking in *** it is important to find a novel and effective extraction *** pressure cavitation-microwave assisted extraction technique（NMAE） was developed for extraction of Pyrola incarnata *** extraction yields of hyperin,2′-O-galloylhyperin and chimaphilin（1.339 ± 0.029,4.831 ± 0.117 and 0.329 ± 0.011 mg/g,respectively） were achieved under the following optimised conditions: 700 W microwave power,50 °C extraction temperature,30:1 mL/g liquid–solid ratio,-0.05 MPa negative pressure,55% ethanol concentration and 12 min extraction *** studies indicate that 2′-O-galloylhyperin significantly decreased the ROS production via activation of Akt and nuclear translocation of the NF-E2-related factor 2（Nrf2）,along with the increased expression of heme oxygenase-1（HO-1） and levels of glutathione（GSH）.In addition,2′-Ogalloylhyperin significantly reduced the production of TNF-α,IL-6,and nitric oxide（NO）,suppressed the expression levels of iNOS,blocked the translocation of NF-κB from the cytosol to nucleus,and decreased the MAPK activation in LPSactivated RAW 264.7 ***,administration of 2′-O-galloylhyperin attenuated the TNF-α and IL-6 production in the serum,infiltration of inflammatory cells,liver tissue damage,and the mortality rate of LPS-challenged *** collective data indicate that 2′-O-galloylhyperin could potentially be a novel functional food candidate.
