目的研究探讨思维导图引导下的康复护理对肾病综合征(ns)患者激素治疗依从性及心理韧性的影响。方法选择2021年1月至2023年1月收治的ns患者70例,随机分为2组,每组35例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取思维导图引导下的康复护理,观察比较护理前后2组心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)及自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分;并比较护理后2组的激素治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组激素治疗依从性(97.14%)显著高于对照组的77.14%(Pns患者实施思维导图引导下的康复护理,可有助减轻负性情绪及心理负担感,提升患者的心理韧性、自我护理能力及激素治疗的依从性,护理满意度提高,值得合理推广。

The results by using Ans fluorescent probe and spin labels 5-ns show that the fluidity of L.（H+-ATPase）+Mg2+ (H+-ATPase from pig heart mitochondria reconstituted in the presence of Mg2+) is less than that of L （H+-ATPase）-Mg2+ (proteoliposome reconstituted in the absence of Mg2+). But no significant difference in fluidity has been observed when both reconstituted systems were monitored by using spin labels 12-ns and 16-ns. This indicates that Mg2+ may cause changes in fluidity of the lipid molecules near the surfaces of the bilayers, but does not affect significantly the fluidity of the deeper layer of the reconstituted system.It is tentatively supposed that in the presence of Mg2+, enhancement of activities of reconstituted H+-ATPase may be due to the Mg2+-mediated change in physical state of the lipids in the more superficial region of lipid bilayers so as to ensure a suitable conformation of ATPase complex, thereby possessing higher activity.

A new high resolution approach based on spectral element method is proposed to analyse the complex global stability for the non-parallel flow passing a rotating and translating circular cylinder. The studies presented here predict the variation of Strouhal number St as the spin parameter α increases from 0.0 to 1.4, for the Reynolds number Re = 60. The direct numerical simulation shows a small increase of vortex shedding frequency at αnset of vortex shedding.

Although the important role of the non-structural (ns1 and NEP) gene of influenza A in virulence of the virus is well established, our knowledge about the extent of variation in the ns gene pool of influenza A viruses in their natural reservoirs in Kazakhstan is incomplete. 17 influenza A viruses of different subtypes were studied in this paper. Seven types of haemagglutinin and five different neuraminidase subtypes in eight combinations were found among the isolated viruses. A comparison of nucleotide sequences of isolated viruses revealed a substantial number of silent mutations, which results in high degree of homology in amino acid sequences. By phylogenetic analysis it was shown that two distinct gene pools, corresponding to both ns allele A with 5 Clades and B, were present at the same time in Kazakhstan. The degree of variation within the alleles was very low. In our study allele A viruses had a maximum of 5% amino acid divergence in Clade while allele B viruses had only 4% amino acid divergence.

In this paper,the structure and characteristics of the ns high-efficiency composite trays based on the doublelayer aperture jet sieve plate and compositely structured packing were investigated.The effect of aperture and opening ratio of plate on the fluid dynamics of the ns high-efficiency composite trays,such as the dry tray pressure drop,the wet tray pressure drop,the entrainment,the froth height,the leakage and mass transfer characteristics,were investigated.As a result, the low pressure drop,the high efficiency and the high capacity are the main advantages of the ns high-efficiency composite trays compared to other types of trays.According to this study,small aperture is useful for reducing the pressure drop and entrainment with a high mass transfer efficiency;while large aperture can achieve high capacity and efficiency in a broader operating range at the same pressure drop and entrainment.
